Upon entering I was welcomed and offered water. They have local goods including Maya tea and essential oils they use for sale as well. The massage itself was fantastic- the hot stones and essential oils were so relaxing. I was able to note that I am not chatty during my sessions and she was perfectly respectful of that. The pressure she applied was perfect and I was a pure puddle of relaxed goo at the end. They offer subscription programs that can be shared with friends. So again, nothing against their girls, and their products, and perhaps my experience was isolated but I am not interested in going back to them even though i have an active membership. One thing they could improve on is for the masseuse to ask you about any parts on your body that may be sensitive or need extra attention, but other than that, it was enjoyable.
