A local friend told us it's always busy, no matter the time of day, and it's open until midnight, making it a reliable late-night food spot as well. What We Ordered: * Beef Soup: This was my personal highlight. The beef was exceptionally tender, reminiscent of Korean galbitang (beef soup), though the ingredients and broth had a distinctly different, Mexican flair. The broth leaned oily, but the flavor was rich and comforting. Next time, I'd like to try it with regular beef instead of tendon. For my personal taste it was still pretty greasy. * Beef & Cheese Quesadilla: Massive in size and definitely enough to share. Yes, it was oily--but that added to the indulgent, local flavor. Considering the quality and authenticity, it still feels like a great value. Final Thoughts: Most of the patrons appeared to be from Central or South American backgrounds, which added even more credibility to the authenticity of the food. I would absolutely return next time I'm in Kennewick. If you're craving hearty, flavorful, and truly authentic Mexican cuisine, this is a must-visit.
