To start, the first thing she shared about her day was the tips were really good today and she hopes it continues. Which already made me feel off. The wax was really hot, she constantly broke sticks when applying (I mean the entire time) and I didn't realize until a few days after, she didn't wax everything. There were little small areas left. Super disappointed. No longer coming to this location. It's not worth it.

She has done wonders for the hair growth on my legs! I came to her with hair growth so messed up (from a not so great wax from another individual) that it was a wonder how she was able to wax my legs in the first place. There were short, but wax able hair, medium hair and oh my long kinda hair. After the first two sessions she was able to help the hair growth so that my hairs grow around the same time. Her technique has been so amazing that you really don't feel the hairs being pulled out. She's also done wonders on my ingrown hairs. True, I'll still get them every now and then, but April has been wonderful about helping with those too! She's also the only I can trust with my brazillians! This is a small bussiness and they treat all customers like friends. It was my first Brazilian and Sharon made me feel super comfortable. She explained everything as she went, and mid wax she had me laughing and not nervous. She then also did my tan, which I chose the lightest color since I'm fair skin. The tan is cold but goes quick, and dried quickly as well. Looked natural and not streaky. My Brazilian by the next morning looked so good, no more redness and they apply these really awesome smelling oils at the end. Did I mention they have a loyalty punch card! For all their faithful customers after you purchase so many services they will give you a service listed free. I am now considering doing some lashes just because I love this place and really trust in their work.

I had henna brows done and somehow the lady used the wrong color and mine were a blondish color. I sent a picture after I left and they refunded the service. I also got a spray tan that was u even and blotchy all over my body. My friends definitely made fun of my spray tan... my hands, feet, arms, legs all streaked all over. It was a cheap groupon so i guess you get what you pay for. I went here right before a trip to Mexico and left doing damage control.
