I love pizza from La Bella's in Amarillo. Unfortunately, here in Canyon, it's definitely lacking in freshness, delivery is always hours long when the wait should've only been 30 minutes, the staff is rude and on every occasion we've gone to pick up our food, everyone who works there is just standing around. They tell you you have a wait on your food still because it isn't done, but when it's in your hands, it's very clear the food isn't fresh at all. We stopped in because of the reviews we'd read here...and were not disappointed! Because we were traveling with kids, we only tried the pepperoni pizza. It was delicious, much better than any chain pizza, and was less than $7. There was none left either. We ordered some wings, too, and they were cooked perfectly. The food is definitely good, but the 5th star came because of the friendly, accommodating staff. Great service and good food equals 5 stars for us. You won't be disappointed!!! read more

We are staying at the Holiday Inn in Canyon, and after a long drive we just didn't want to go anywhere . they delivered , and thought why not to give it a try. Ordered the food , large pizza wings and cheesecake . Everything was great. The pizza was really good , and the wings had the right crunch and taste to it. Can't complain much . Fast service and the girl on the phone that too my order was really friendly and helped me with my questions. Will definitely order again, if we stay in the area . This is probably my favorite place to ever have delivered to my house they are always on time and never late and they always bring the freshest pizza I've never had anything wrong with their pizza before definitely recommend it because it's just so good we always get the pepperoni in the supreme and sometimes we get the fried pickles and those are amazing so you can try those and you will fall in love read more

La Bellas has such a great staff they are so friendly. The prices are really good. The food was Awesome I really liked our deep dish pizza and our salad to go with it. I would definitely recommend trying them out. read more

I will admit this place has great prices for the amount of food that you get. that being said, the only issues i have with them is that anytime we try to call in our order we either get put on hold and then hung up on or they get our order wrong. Its frustrating to be honest. read more

Tasty pizza. Nothing fancy inside, just simple tables and chairs and sit and eat. Was told a place the college kids eat and we were fine with that. After touring, etc we were hungry, they didn't disappoint. Young cashier was friendly. read more

Excellent pizza! I love that they have a gluten free crust option. Quick service- we ordered and the pizza was ready in ten minutes.

We ordered food at 1:20 pm online. Received an email that stated it would be delivered in 60 min. At 2:24 we still had no pizza or no communication so I called. A man answered the phone and said there was only 1 delivery driver today (new year's day temps below freezing... seems like a prime pizza delivery day?) but that all delivery orders were out for delivery. At 3 pm we still had no pizza so I called to cancel. The girl who answered apologized and again explained they had only 1 delivery driver today and said our order was out for delivery if we still wanted it. I declined. I did not want pizza that had been sitting in a car for over an hour. At 3:20 the delivery driver called for directions so my husband told him we no longer wanted the pizza. The delivery driver said "awesome" and hung up. So based on statements from the staff, my food was out for delivery at least from 2:24-3:20. My husband and I each left a review on FB detailing our personal experiences (his with the driver and mine with the staff at the facility). The page responded telling me they had more than 1 driver and that my claim was hilarious. I waited 2 hours for food. Didn't seem hilarious to me. The page comment also said my account was "refunded and noted." What would they note on my account? I am now concerned that if i order from there again something would be done to my food. It just seemed like a threat. Then the owner, Brenda Long, started commenting saying we were slamming them and claiming they served unsafe food. We never said that, we said they were willing to serve subpar food as another customer had left a review about the crust tasting like cardboard. La Bella responded to their review saying the crust gets hard if you don't pick it up for an hour. My pizza was out for delivery for at least an hour so I based my assumption that I would be receiving subpar food from la Bella's own admission that pizzas sitting for an hour might have a hard crust. They said I was trying to make them look bad by slamming them on multiple forums over 1 late delivery. Not true. I am leaving negative reviews as the purpose of a review is to let other potential customers know of your experience so they can decide if it's a place where they want to spend their money and to let owners/management know so they can take steps to improve. After interacting with the owners, I assume they just want to blame me for being upset. No apologies from owners (employees did apologize in the midst of giving me excuses) and no offers to make it right. (I don't want free food, I just want them to fix the problem). So since the owners were not interested in correcting the issue and more interested in FB fighting, I now feel potential customers should be aware of that as well. They incorrectly assumed I never received a late delivery from them before. I just didn't leave a review over the others, but this was was epically late. And we may have still ignored it if not for the rude response from the delivery driver. And we may have left our review on Facebook if not for the bullying from the owners. So now I am sharing my review here as well. Not to slam them, but to warn others. read more

We'd spent an afternoon at the Panhandle Plains museum and had big appetites. We decided to try La Bella based on the reviews. The restaurant doesn't have much seating, but it wasn't an issue for us because it was well after lunchtime. My husband and I and two kids split a 16" pizza and wings. Pizza was bad. It was very bland and the cheese was rubbery. They also didn't offer anything like marinara, parmesan, etc. We had ordered a special over the phone that we were told was $13.99. When the delivery guy arrived, we were handed a receipt for over $23. We questioned him about this and were told that there is a $6 delivery charge. That is unusually high and well above average of industry standard. If they are charging such a high surcharge, they should be giving their customers a heads up. When the total still didn't seem right, the delivery guy couldn't give us any answers (other than the delivery charge) and we were not given an itemized receipt. So looking at my bill, my order has some money that is unaccounted for based on what we were told our order cost and I feel like I've been misled and overcharged. read more
