I got the delux spa medicure and regular manicure! She was gentle, took her time, gave an amazing massage and great service! The chairs are comfy, the staff was sweet. The spa itself is stunning!! I've been following La Belle nails around through the years. First, at their location in Lake Oswego and now the Cedar Hills location which is closer to me. The pedicure was great with a long massage. Very clean, quiet and professional. I would recommend Hannah. I also got a full set and they have the SNS dipping powder. Over 500 colors!! read more

I was able to walk in and be serviced immediately for a shellac polish, with a smile. Leeanne was kind, gracious, and complimentary, and was very attentive to detail. I came in for a pedicure which typically included buffing your heels and actually removing callouses on the edges of big toes. What I received instead was a foot washing and toenail painting with gel polish for $37!!!! I'm extremely unsatisfied and would not recommend this place if you are expecting a true basic pedicure. Instead they want to upsale you their Signature Package for $40 plus an extra $10 for gel polish. read more

My mom and I were visiting OR for the weekend and wanted to get our nails done for our birthday so we decided on La Belle Nails in Beaverton. We went off of the other 4-5 star reviews and were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the salon. They are very meticulous when it comes to the customer's hygiene and the tools they used for our pedicure and gel manicure. We got the $40 deluxe pedicure and thoroughly enjoyed our time relaxing with unlimited red wine. Sophia and Leanne were great nail techs because they took their time to make sure we liked everything they were doing for us. They are very friendly gals. We highly recommend this salon. read more

This particular nail salon is a step above! The customer service, the ambiance AND LeAnn, make this La Belle location exceptional. I took my mom (who is in her 70's) in to have her nails done for the first time in about 25 years. She did not want her cuticles trimmed and just wanted some color. No shellac or extras. LeAnn was so kind, patient and understanding. She treated my mom like she was paying for ALL the things and her manicure lasted for almost 3 weeks!!! My family and I have been La Belle customers since we moved here 15 years ago. When we lived in Lake Oswego, we would go to the Boones Ferry location quite often so naturally we were thrilled when we heard the Cedar Hills location was opening up since we live on this side of town now. This entire summer, we have made appointments for our services and every time we go, they seem to have forgotten our appointment and there ends up being a lot of confusion on their end. This is very disappointing and it seems that as the company has grown, they have forgotten about customer service. I always get a great shellac manicure at La Belle if you are willing to deal with the bad customer service. read more

I came to Oregon to celebrate my best friends birthday since she lives in Beaverton and I'm in L.A. and we had a great experience at La Belle Nails! I got Leanne as my technician and she did a fantastic job. My pedicure was so relaxing and I left there with the softest feet. Hannah did my besties nails and she did an amazing job as well. They offered us drinks, both alcoholic and non, and we each had a mimosa. Would definitely recommend. Also, the salon is very clean and inviting. No harsh lighting and very modern. read more

I am so sorry to share this negative review as this is something I never do but I am so disappointed with the interaction I just had at the La Belle Cedar Hills location. This is the second poor customer service experience I have had with La Belle and I am sad to say that I will be finding a different salon in the future. I did try to give another chance! I probably get my nails done just a few times a year when I am trying to treat myself from kids/work. I fit in a shellac mani at the end of the day, Friday, and by Saturday evening all the nail polish except two nails had curled up and peeled off. I don't have time on a busy Sunday nor the upcoming work week to sit for another manicure. I stopped by quick during errands and communicated my disappointment and asked for a refund. This had kind of spoiled the experience for me and I honestly was not interested in a redo. They offered to sit and "quickly" paint my nails again (not interested in a quick redo of poor quality) and I declined because I had my two young kids with me. I said I would prefer a refund and was told no "because I did get the cuticles done and massage." The woman who did my nails was extremely kind as is everyone, there. But the fact that a 35 manicure didn't last 24 hours did not warrant a refund is a little concerning from a customer service POV. read more

I came to get my nails done on grand opening, I got the dip manicure. They were not the best, they were bent upwards and chipping off. Within 7 days 4 nails came off and a few were ready as well. So I called to make another nail appointment. The technicians I spoke to and got my nails done by were really sweet and understanding and replaced them right away free of charge, she did a great job and listened to what I wanted. I've been getting acrylic nails for 7 years, so I know the drill when it comes to acrylics. First thing I noticed is that they only accept cash/check. I understand this, however, it would be beneficial to let people know this before they come in, especially because it's a new salon (I made an appointment over the phone) and have to use an atm (with a fee). For the nails, everything was fine during the lady doing them (with the exception of getting a talk about how solar is better than acrylic- something I have done my research on and would not like a lecture about it), everything was great. After 3-4 days, the polish started chipping. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as maybe it was just the polish. I went back in, explained my situation, and they were very friendly and super helpful and took the old polish off, replacing it with new. A week goes by, and my nails start popping off. Really? I can go 4 weeks sometimes without having to get a fill and they were coming off within 2. I was actually thinking about going back since they were so nice about the polish chipping, but I unfortunately don't think ill be returning. I really wanted to like this place but I wouldn't recommend it. read more
