They cater and also Chef Maezaki teaches sushi techniques in the surrounding area. I entered the front door and walked to the large counter. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. I asked a number of questions and realized that I must be talking to Chef Maezakl. He showed me the menu. He also showed me specials that they were offering. After taking some time I decided to order the special wagyu beef entree, and a spicy tuna hand roll. I sat down in one of the chairs available and waited. I could smell great aromas from the food being prepared in the kitchen. I was happy when my food arrived about 15 minutes later. I could sense his pride in what he had prepared for me. I enjoyed the complete dinner that was the wagyu beef entree. There was rice, pickled cucumber, California roll sushi, a special piece of fried chicken, and chicken gyoza. It came in a perfectly packed & arranged container, ready to eat. I'm happy to say the taste translated to a great experience in dining. The marinated beef was tender and flavorful. The chicken was moist tender with a crisp exterior. The cucumber salad was bright and refreshing. The fresh sushi was a nice touch. May order again if there's a deal.
