We absolutely loved all the cocktails and bites while here. The decor is classic and so much natural light in this place that you feel a lightness while dinning. We had a reservation for 5PM and the place quickly filled up so I do recommend a reservation. The Happy Hour bites were wonderful as well. I do not remember the name of everything, but we very much do enjoyed ourselves. Can't wait to return!

Oh La Cave! How I adore you. Felix's sister restaurant, La Cave, opened with flair creating a cozy, small bite cocktail restaurant. These are seats you sink in and lose time to. I came here with two of my friends and had a marvelous night. We ordered a variety of small plates - the French fries, oysters, mini-cheeseburger, and the filet mignon tartine. Everything was fantastic. They were the tastiest little bites that ended up filling us very well. Their French fries are oddly addicting but that filet mignon tartine? Perfectly cooked, tender, flavorful and so easy to eat! Tito, our server, was amazing (as always). Tito provided top-notch service, and made our whole experience very personable and welcoming. Tito is a fantastic bartender and epic server. La Cave adds a bit of something different on King Street - small plates, delicious cocktails, with a very relaxed atmosphere. Loves it!

Charcuterie was good but needs smaller pieces of bread or just more to enjoy the full board without fork and knife.

Have a cute drink, get food elsewhere, check your bill. Likely to go elsewhere due to additional charges that you're not notified of. Beautiful interior, delicious overpriced drinks. The saddest display of $8 fries I've ever seen. Aioli was delicious, however, it was as if they replated a large McDonald's fry that had been sitting in the warmer for a day. The portions on the $35 charcuterie board did not make sense. 4 small pieces of grilled bread for at least 4-6 pieces of 4 types of cheese, meat, honey, olive spread, mustard. Paired with undesirable canned fish and grapes. The grapes and selection of cheese and meat were good. Unless you're mixing cheeses and meat on bread for every bite, you'll end up eating everything with fork. Easily ~50+/person plus a 4% credit card charge. Majority of cost is drinks. The Cave did sales tax based off total after credit card charge. Meaning 14% sales tax + 3% credit card charge before tip. Note the sales tax increased to 14.5% + 3% credit card charge after charged. #fraudulentmath $161 meal pretax, is now $220 after tip. Without notice, the server charged an addition ~$2 in sales tax after running the credit card in addition to the 3% credit card charge. Math is not mathing. See attached receipts. Vesper. Perfection in a glass

Ok. We only had drinks but this place is great. Place is fancy way beyond pricing. If you come downtown you owe it to yourself to stop in. Looks like mixers are all made in house. The bartenders are true mixologist. Not just pour and sell. They don't have a cocktail that sounded good to me but he was able to make me a Vesper no problem no question. And it was PERFECT. Wife claims any cocktail that comes with caviar is good! They hades out little bites of food during happy hour. No charge. And good! Place itself is really cool. Can't wait to come back. Thank you folks

WOW !!! This place is amazing. Every bite was an experience. I didn't even come hungry and ended up ordering four dishes not good for my calories but worth every one. Try their file mignon sliders and their chocolate cake for sure !!! It's tapas style so get a bunch of the plates to try.

Upper king cocktail bar with small plates and a well constructed cocktail menu. The good- food and drinks. The cave martini with foamy egg whites was not too sweet and super punchy. I could drink 5 of these. The food came out hot, well plated and was very fresh- we had the warm Camembert, the tapenade and the Poisson Provençal. All delicious. The not so great....its a cocktail bar on King, so around 7ish, it fills up as they allow people to stand around the bar. Large groups, clearly over-served elsewhere, stood directly next to our table yelling, swaying and pushing each other around like we were at ACs. The service was okay- plates were cleared quickly, no new utensils between courses, waters refilled regularly, then a somewhat curt request to leave at the two hour mark due to an incoming reservation. Take this as you will- it's a cocktail bar that lets anyone in to stand wherever they please, not an intimate date night spot in the south of France where you can have a conversation without screaming.

I was so excited for this new cocktail bar to open and it's fabulous! The drinks were delicious and the service was great. It's such a cozy, classy vibe.

    Duck Confit Gnocchi & Oysters

Loved it!! Had high expectations from Felix and was not disappointed. It's very pretty inside and has a variety of seating options from bar seating, small tables, couches and a large table off to the side. Perfect for just cocktails or for food as well - we tried the Duck Confit Gnocchi, Oysters and the Filet Mignon Tartine. I'm normally not a huge duck fan but the Gnocchi was a knockout, very flavorful. The mignonette on the Oysters was delicious. The Tartine was not nearly as flavorful as the other two dishes, it was good quality but slightly plain. We also had La Cave Martinis - the sugar rim rounded out the grapefruit very nicely! Overall would recommend and will be returning.

From the moment I walked in, the vibe was intimate, beautiful, and the perfect setting for a relaxed Saturday night cap. What made the experience truly special was the bartender. There's no traditional menu, instead, he takes the time to learn what you like and crafts drinks based on your taste. I've never experienced anything like that before. The level of knowledge and creativity behind the bar was incredible. Every drink he made was stunning and tasted even better than it looked. I was honestly so impressed that I couldn't even remember all the ingredients he mentioned because I was too busy being amazed at how good everything was. It was one of those moments where you realize there are real levels to this craft. I walked in thinking I knew a thing or two about mixing drinks at home, and left with a whole new respect for the art of it. The atmosphere, the personal attention, and the quality of the cocktails made this place feel truly top tier. Huge shoutout to the bartender, easily a 15 out of 10. Cool, knowledgeable, and passionate about what he does. If you're looking for an intimate spot for date night or just want to experience thoughtfully crafted cocktails in a beautiful setting, the Annex is the place. I will absolutely be back as soon as possible.

(On occasion, I rant about how we need more cocktail bars and wine bars that don't serve food at all or just snacks like nuts - don't get me started.) Last Saint is a really cool dual concept cocktail bar. The front of Last Saint is more casual - small, cozy, allows walk-ins. But you can also make reservations (or try to get lucky walking in) at the Annex. The Annex is their weekends-only cocktail experience in the back of Last Saint. You walk to the back of the bar and press ring the bell by the yellow door. Someone answers and seats at one of six seats at the bar and three small (but private) tables. The Annex is a no-menu experience. The friendly and creative staff ask you questions about your preferences for drinks and then make you something that fits the bill. It was personal and fun, and we enjoyed all the drinks we had. A reservation at the Annex is good for a 1.5 hour time frame, which was perfect for us to have two drinks before closing out and heading to our dinner reservation. We sat at the bar, which I loved, because we got to chat with the staff and watch them make our and others' drinks while we enjoyed our creative cocktails. The staff have a wide knowledge of cocktails and an almost endless supply of ingredients to choose from when making your drinks. A truly fun experience. One I haven't had in any other city. I wish there were more bars like Last Saint!

It sets the tone immediately, and the festive energy carries straight through the meal. We kicked things off with Bloody Marys and a Morning Fog -- simple, classic, and done right. For starters, we shared the Hula Hoisin Wings. They were definitely on the heavier side with the hoisin, but still absolutely delicious. The Mistletoe Mango Tuna Poke Tacos were a standout. They come as a small plate with three appetizer-sized tacos, and every bite was bright, fresh, and beautifully balanced. The Buddy the Elf Burger offers a choice of a single or double patty; ours was cooked perfectly. The smoky bacon really brought everything together and gave it that extra "wow" factor. We rounded things out with the O Come, All Ye Fried Rice with Hanger Steak, which was another winner -- perfectly cooked, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. As if the meal wasn't great enough on its own, we happened to be there while Emily Curtis was performing. She's truly incredible and added such a fun, memorable vibe to the day. I'd be remiss not to mention Kevin our server. Go see him. He was great. The whole team works great together. Don't let the bar-like atmosphere fool you -- Prohibition is far from your typical bar food or bar scene. There's a great space in the back, and the elevated menu makes it absolutely worth the visit. A festive, flavorful, all-around fantastic experience.
