It's always fun to go to aesthetically pleasing places and this one did not disappoint. When you walk in your taken back to a 90's nostalgia. Reminded me of the max. From saved by the bell. The hours say they open 11am I tried to walk in at 11:15am but door was locked. The employee cleaning opened the door said it was fine if I came in when I asked her what time they open she said 11 to 1130 and that she didn't have the black tapioca Boba balls ready so that's why she hadn't opened however every single item was available except those. She was also on the phone the entire time I ordered my drink and sat down to wait patiently because it was obviously the Employee did not want me in there or to serve me. She was bothered by my presence stayed on the phone, the whole time which is fine Because I was just waiting for my Matcha. I could not get out of there fast enough. THE CUTEST cafe/ coffee shop we have in town. It's new and fresh, so many cute places to take pictures at. The bears all around make it so fun, it's bright and has lots of lights, as soon as you walk in there's music playing. They give you a menu, super sweet. and please note only the drinks with a bear in the picture come with it BUT you can buy one at an additional price to any drink. What an adorable boba shop. Drinks include hot treats, frappe, Italian sodas, slushies, ice cream, Sundaes, cones, chamoy, and more. But you can get the cutest ice bears ($1 to add to some drinks). They also have the chimney cakes i have seen in LA. The interior is darling so cute for photos and Instagram. The drinks ordered mango passion which came with the bear. Affagato shot drink came with chocolate milk bear. Both very delicious. Prices are on the higher side (2 drinks plus tip was $19). But this is a place to bring for birthday celebration or out of town guests. Such a cute place (did i already say that). Again reminds me of a LA shop. Very nice customer service. 4.5/5 ! It's such a unique and vibrant place. Staff is nice. They take a while to give you your drinks and they tend to give one thing at a time. However if you're a patient person it's worth the wait because the drinks are very good! The beats are such a fun addition and they are pretty good. The toast was super good, I'm just not sure it's worth the 13.95. The drinks and desserts are pretty pricey. So not sure if it's a place I would come to that often. But I would be back to treat myself to a new drink. read more

Decided to give La Chime a try after driving by a couple of times and was not disappointed. The place has a really nice vibe/aesthetic. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the employee and she offered us menus right away. We looked through the menus and it being our first time here she gave her recommendations and told us about how the drink was made and what they came with. She offered us many different variations of the drink depending on what we liked. She was very professional and welcoming. The place itself is very clean and well put together. The drinks were not too pricey in my opinion and were really good. I got the mango chamoy one and it was very good. She made them very quickly as well. 10/10 definitely recommend giving this place a try. It's definitely something new to add to the community. read more

I will start with the food being very delicious especially the French toast. The restaurant is really cute. A lot of places to take selfies and to enjoy your dessert with friends and family. I do not remember her name but the cashier is a wonderful woman, She is the one that took my order, made my order and took my order too the table. I gave her 100% and my respect. One thing that really disappointed me was that one of the owners was sitting at the back table with his family just looking at me and looking at the wonderful lady trying to complete my order but not once did he get up and help. Hoy 09/01/2025 visitamos esta locación las 7:10 pm aproximadamente, somos dos familias con ocho personas que siempre visitamos este lugar y siempre pedíamos lo mismo nuestras niñas les gusta mucho La Chime todas pedimos bebidas pero una de ellas es pequeña, sólo pide un ice cream de vainilla y siempre pide un pequeño osito encima por el cual pagamos , pues la señora que estaba hoy, dijo que no podía eso que lo tenía estrictamente prohibido por la dueña , que eso no lo iba a vender, cuando yo entiendo que tienen reglas se me hace raro porque ya lo hemos hecho muchas veces antes, pero no es tanto que no vendan el osito es la actitud de la señora cuando yo le mencioné que siempre venimos a este lugar y lo hacen, me dijo que por eso despidieron al otro que trabajaba aquí yo entiendo que la señora estaba trabajando sola y estaba muy caliente este lugar y le pregunté si no había aire, sólo me contestó pues yo ya ni lo siento, pero si no sirve, yo creo que tienen que tener un poco de mejor Customer Service anteriormente me habían atendido de una manera muy buena, no entiendo qué pasó hoy, pero bueno yo creo que gastamos una buena cantidad siempre que venimos y esta experiencia me para pensar dos veces, antes de regresar a este lugar de nuevo un poquito mejor de Customer Service, no les haría mal.
