5 stars! I went to Boba Point and tried the jasmine milk tea with Boba, and it was absolutely delicious! As a jasmine tea lover, I couldn't get enough of it. My girlfriend got the taro smoothie with Boba, and I have to admit, I definitely stole some of hers--it was so good! The Boba was perfectly chewy, and both drinks were made fresh and had great flavors. The staff was super sweet and amazing, making the whole experience even better. The facility was clean, cute, and had such fun decorations--I loved the vibe! As a bonus, my girlfriend bought me a yellow pineapple Boba stuffed animal, which was the sweetest touch. I had the regular sized strawberry tea with boba and was pleasantly surprised when it came with fresh strawberry pieces, but I wish it was chopped up smaller so they could fit through the straw. My, my, my. The owner of Boba Point was my old boss from Captain Crawfish whom I am really close with. It was so nice seeing Sophea and seeing how far she's come especially since she's talked to me about opening up/owning a Boba store years ago! She's a very hardworking woman, working most of the hours of the week towards her two businesses. Of course, when I came back to town to visit - I had to support her! As a tea lover I had to stop by when I heard about Boba Point. I visited over the weekend and went for the Nagasaki tea as I have not seen that one on menus at other boba places around town. The staff was very friendly when taking my order, it seems like it was a 2 man shop and they were rotating who was working register and who was making drinks. It did take a bit to get my drink but I didn't mind the wait too much. The drink itself was good but it was very sweet, it was sweeter than I remember Nagasaki tea being but overall it was still good. I'll give it another try if I'm nearby in the future. read more

Tried Boba Point after seeing a tiny sign by the Maya Theatre stating grand opening. I figured I'd give it a try since it is the closest Boba shop near my work. You can tell that this is a new business due to lack of decorations inside, and not everything has been set up yet. The menu is not up on the monitors yet, just piece of paper with the items they offer. I was greeted by a very sweet girl, she answered a few of my questions, and was very polite great customer service. Whenever having Boba I usually always order a jasmine milk tea. That is my go to, but I noticed that they offered a pistachio milk tea and decided to try it. I was pleasantly surprised it was very delicious, and taste just like pistachio ice cream. It is on the sweeter side, but I enjoyed it as I was really wanting something sweet. The Tapioca pearls weren't as firm as other places that I've tried, but still enjoyable! The gentleman at the register was very kind. Unfortunately the location itself could really use some work. The inside has plain off-white walls with a little bit of random home decor. The front counter is super plain as is everything else. The fluorescent lights are not very welcoming at all. We have been back a few times since and everything has been very consistent. They also have a rewards program where you get a free drink when you purchase 9. Awesome! I remember when I first discovered this place. Drinks were delicious! Price was reasonable and they didn't charge you for every little thing. I just went in not to long ago and drinks are still ok, but... they did use to be better. Price they have on the board according to them are not correct, so when they cchange you on their little machine they charge a dollar or 2 more which is false advertising! Then they don't tell you so if you not paying attention they just rip you off, they charge for whip cream which is apart of the drink. Every time you go in they try to pull something different. These are the best boba drinks I have tasted in town! We got a strawberry mango smoothie and oreo coffee frappe and they were both delicious! The wait time wasn't very long. I don't think we waited more than 15 mins. I would've given this place 5 stars if the inside of their shop was a bit cleaner. The floors were visibly dirty and so were the doors and windows. I'll definitely be back because I really enjoyed our drinks but this is something they should take a few minutes to work on when there aren't many customers inside. Also, not very important but I think the drinks would look better if they had the plastic film on top other boba shops have instead of the lid! Just left Boba Point after placing an order for 3 pistachio smoothies, when my daughter and I arrived no one else was in the store. As my daughter was grabbing the drink carrier with the 3 drinks she began to walk away when the drinks fell. The lids to the drinks were not correctly on due to the stores negligence. The worker begins to clean up, and I continue to wait as 4 other customers ordered after the drinks fell. 25 minutes later I approach the lady who makes the boba and ask her if the drinks that fell earlier were being remade. She informed me that she handed the drinks to the customer so it isn't on them anymore. I told her that we dropped them due to the lids not being placed correctly in the first place and I never received my product that I paid $25 for. She told me that if I wanted to I could place another order. That is straight crap, I never received the original product that I paid for and it's crazy to me that I waited and never received a replacement. Definitely horrible customer service and no pride in making it right for the paying customer. Would not recommend. Zero star if I could post without one! read more
