My overall visit was pleasant. The $10 valet for self parking when there was only 3 cars in the lot is a tad excessive in my opinion. Lot is very small though. Walked in and nobody greeted us however we went straight towards the back and found a table. The waiter was prompt with water and to take our orders. I requested the chips and salsa and that was our only complaint. The salsa was very watery with no real flavor. We ordered the steak quesadilla and birria tacos and we loved both! I found this restaurant on tik tok so I already had an idea of what I was getting myself into but for those that don't, this is a Mexican sports bar/lounge. One major note that I did not know about is that the restaurant is valet only, and it was $10 when I went around 6pm. The waitresses are in bottle girl outfits which was fine but just something to note and the music was loud and explicit. Once again, neither of those two things bothered me at all but just things to note depending on the vibe you're looking for. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant but the food definitely stood out. I had the carne asada fries and they were absolutely delicious. The fries were crispy and the meat was tender. Decor I seen the advertisement of this restaurant on social media, and it definitely gave a better appeal, via social media, than in real life. The place was a bit smaller than expected, but I really enjoyed the thought and creativity behind the decor. I also really loved how they had the name of the restaurant on all the lovely mirrors, and the flower wall. The bar was absolutely amazing and very well lit, and very well set up. Service This contributed a big part of why I didn't give the restaurant five stars. After being seated, the initial waiter that came to us, had a bit of a chip on her shoulder and was very rude and rushing and I did really appreciate that. Thankfully our waiter was changed and she cater to us so much better, was much more helpful, and all with a beautiful smile! Drinks I absolutely love drinks from Mexican restaurants. I am a tequila lover and I feel that these restaurants always cater to that while also giving me a variety. they always come out beautifully made with the flavor to back it up! Your cocktail queen stamps her approval! Food Something I took heart was, I felt that they were being a little stingy on the servings sizing but overall everything tasted absolutely amazing. I visited this venue on Friday, 10/17, and we sat at the bar. Our bartender was Priscilla, who we later found out is the bar manager. We ordered lemon drop shots, a classic margarita, and a classic mojito. All of the drinks were poorly made and didn't taste right. This was really disappointing, especially coming from someone in a management position. Hopefully, this serves as a learning opportunity for her. We went there on a Monday night just for drinks as we had already had dinner. It was pretty empty so we decided to sit at the bar. We got two Texas margarita and one of their specialty cocktails which was very sweet. The spot is a cool hangout place, and they have the sparkles they bring out if you get bottles. Another Tik Tok destination I wanted to try based off the birria grilled cheese and ramen. I guess maybe I should have read the fine print that it's 21 and over after 2pm which was weird to me. I arrived with my daughter at 1 pm for lunch and the waitress said we had like an hour before the rule took effect. I looked around like what is this a strip club? lol. They had a few lunch specials for 10 bucks but the grilled cheese wasn't on that menu. We got that and some 10 dollar wing and fries. Hey peeps ! My first visit since I've been coming to Marietta GA. I ordered the sopes and was surprised at first because I felt like I was the only person inside the restaurant at 17:30 ish. I was greeted right away and I sat at the bar since I was solo. So I ordered my new thing Jameson and ginger ale. I also ordered food. That was sopes with chorizo and I wasn't disappointed. I really liked my dish. No BS. They also sale hookah but I haven't tried it yet next time I visit I will try some. Overall this place seems good and authentic. So far so good. I dined in at La Chingada with my friends on Saturday night around 8:30 PM. There was no parking available at that time, aside from valet, which was $10. There is a shopping plaza directly behind La Chingada (behind Title Max) that seemed pretty full and easy to access for free, but I do not recommend parking at the Title Max next door, per the staff there. We chose to valet since we were meeting two other friends there that had arrived an hour earlier. The security guard checked our IDs and bags before allowing us to enter. The inside and patio area were aesthetically pleasing with typical ATL lounge decor. The patio could seat a good 35-40 people and had string lights covering the area. The inside had dim colored lighting, grass walls, neon signs, black cushioned chairs and booths with, white tables. It was cute with a few spots to take pictures for social media (There was even a ring light near one of the grass walls. There was seating along the walls and in the middle of the floor plan as well. The seating along the wall had black cushioned booths with white rectangular tables. In the middle, were tables that could seat two comfortably and groups of 4-5. Each white rectangle table had a black cushioned chair. We were seated in the middle area closest to the Djay booth. The music was great! There was a mix of r&b, hip hop, and latin music played. It was loud like a lounge environment, so it made it hard to hear our conversations without projecting. Once settled in, I decided to order the birria nachos (per our server Emily's recommendation) and one La Mezcalita (Casamigos based drink with a smoky flavor, torched orange and lime juice + a tajin rim). I chose the drink because I like Casamigos, but was not a fan of the drink flavor overall. Because of their no-return policy for all food, drink, hookah etc., I drank it of course but would NOT order it again. I also split a margarita pitcher (peach flavored) with my friends. It was a fair price, but the drink flavor was not great. It was strong and had an aftertaste, but def. seemed to kick in and taste better upon allowing the ice to melt inside of it. I am unsure if it was the Lunazel tequila or the mango puree, but something was off. My birria nachos were delicious! I would order them again for the flavor. It was a good ratio of meat to cheese and toppings. It had beef birria, queso, sour cream, pinto beans, lettuce, pico and tortilla chips. My ticket was around $50 with gratuity included automatically. They do charge automatic gratuity of 18% for parties of 4 or more and tickets over $100. Throughout dinner, I felt like our table was ideal for a group of two to three people because the table itself was small. Our table size made it hard to eat and drink comfortably with four ladies, but our server, Emily did a great job clearing stuff as needed and checking in on us. Overall, the experience was okay. I would return for birria nachos if in the area, but try out different drinks. It's a cute vibe for those living in the Marietta (Austell/South Cobb Drive adjacent) area. read more

A couple of good friends of mine who reside in the area suggested we all try this place. Disclaimer: This place is not very big and it's VALET parking only. Driving past this place, if you blink you will miss it especially at night. It If you can please carpool or take Uber to this spot. Valet parking is 10 dollars & they do take cash. If you wish to have pensive conversation with your peers be aware that you'll have to text them because it's that loud. Food: Amazing. Top tier so good! I tried my friend's wings which did not disappoint. My main course was the popular Birria tacos with the soup sauce (I don't remember the actual name of that). It was mouth watering & I would just come back for them. The chips & salsa was great as well. The server did let me know they charge for the dipping sauce which to be honest surprised me. Mainly because the dipping sauce is apart of the dish. Now, to get to the alcohol portion. Me and my friends ordered a mango margarita pitcher to split with the four of us. The pitcher was way too strong which made the drink simply taste like liquor & nothing else. Since the pitcher did not hit the spot I got the mexiculta drink which had a orange garnish on top. Upon looking at the drink it looked amazing however looks can be deceiving. I felt like they made this drink with the mindset of drinks with a smoked flavor. The smoked flavor did not work & I'll be sticking to margaritas from now on. I told my server who told me there was no exchange or substitute & her only solution was to give me mango purée to make it sweeter. It did not do the trick whatsoever. I planned a Taco Tuesday event for my Facebook group (Atlanta Social Crew). We came at 7. Early enough for a large party. We were seated right away. I paid $10 for valet. The parking area is small. I think valet could be cheaper being as though there's no options for self parking. They have an outdoor patio and spacious inside. For it to be not a lot of people initially, our waitress seemed overwhelmed and rushing through every interaction. She wasn't going in an order to get everyone's food orders, she rushed off. Didn't give the last call for food. She forgot my friend's food order and rushed off as my friend tried to get her attention. So my friend had to wait until she came back and got her food well after ours. I ordered the sex on the beach drink. I thought it was really good for a creamy styled drink. I would definitely recommend. When we got there, we did have to pay $10 for valet. The server was so nice and the ambiance was good. Just a heads up they don't serve any nonalcoholic drink besides water but the pina colada was really good and it wasn't strong which is really good for people who don't want anything too overpowering and bonus points it was delicious. I finally did it!!!! I've been wanting Birria Tacos for the longest time! Was it worth the hype?? Let's get into it! So from the outside this place looked a little underwhelming but surprisingly, very cute on the inside. The greeter and waitress were really nice and attentive I just didn't understand why her butt was hanging out of her shorts and her breast covered by pasties and sleeves pretending to be a shirt. Wanted to try this place for a while. After a long overdue wait, I went with a few of my sorority sisters to check them out. First thing is parking was Valet-$10 or self park behind the building. We did valet of course. We ordered the pineapple & mango hookah ice based. It was nice and different than the typical hookah which also had the restaurant engraved in the coal cover which I thought was dope. The DJ or vibe level was a 6/10 due to music playing low and more so background music than a sports bar vibe. I do know it was still early but every sports bar I've been to has music blaring to create that ambiance. Appetizers: we had the carne asada fries & Texas dip. Both tasty. Food: I ordered the WRONG food by mistake and there are no refunds but I still enjoyed the quesabirria (which I've had before). It comes with beans & rice. The Carne Asada fries are a must! We came here for lunch and we got there at 11 to avoid long waits and crowds. Once seated our server came over several minutes later to get out drink order. The service was just okay for there not to have been many people in the restaurant our server was not as attentive as she could have been and we often had to wait for her to come back to get simple things like more water, napkins, and our check. I decided to try several different tacos for my entree i got the birria, Al Pastor and Pollo tacos. They charge you extra for the consome dripping sauce that goes with the birria taco which didn't make sense to me. I was disappointed with the tacos they were just ok but they didn't have the flavor to make it worth while, i will say the Al Pastor taco was the best one in terms of flavor. I honestly could have just done the Carne Asada fries for my entree as they were the best part of the meal. If you're in the Cobb Co area they may be worth trying out but i wouldn't recommend coming from the other side of the city like i did for this one.
