Throughout the meal, he spent more time chatting with someone he appeared to know than checking on his guests. We frequently had to wait for basic service, and it felt like we were being ignored. Our server's lack of professionalism, attentiveness, and courtesy completely overshadowed the experience. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident, because no customer should be treated this way.
