Loooooove this store - small but mighty! There is so much to see & buy - from sauce to fresh pasta…read moreto a copy of The Pizza Bible (my husband has a signed copy!) The whole ambiance of the store is such a vibe - my husband and I love it. Even down to the music being played. It passes the vibe-check as the kids say. lol. I've been in for their soft serve & cannolis - both so yums! You can never go wrong with soft serve! You can choose from either a cone or cup & they have a bunch of toppings - even the olive oil & sea salt which I have heard AMAZING things about but I am a plain-girly so I opted for a plain soft serve on a cone. EDIT: GET THE OLIVE OIL & SEA SALT SOFT SERVE - ZOMG ZOMG ZOMG, it's LIFE CHANGING! I would never think the combo works but it freakin' works! lol. TRY IT, you won't regret it! If you go here & don't get a cannoli, did you actually go here? Just asking. Cannoli choices: Plain, Pistachio, Chocolate Chips & Rainbow Sprinkles. My go-to is Chocolate Chips, it never fails! A great thing about their cannolis is that they make 'em after you order! Fresh & hot off the presses! They also have coffee but I have never tried it BUT it gives me a reason to come back!

Amazing soft serve and definitely the service was friendly and awesome…read more The ice cream was soft serve so there's no scoop ice cream but totally fine You can get toppings if you like I liked it just as is The store was really chill The people are very nice there Ask questions if you have any Lots of things you can take home to make

Oh my god this place is SOOO yummy. I visited this place twice over the course of 2 years. 2009 and…read more2011. It was delicious both times. When you arrive, look for an outdoor venue with a permanent food truck (before food trucks were cool) and outdoor seating. You'll be greeted by only the kindest Brit's you've ever met. Depending on how busy they are, they can get the food to you pretty fast considering they are deep within the tourist section of San Fran. 10-15 minutes. The cod has a crispy batter, fluffy inside, and tender white flaky fish. Perfectly seasoned to consume straightaway. If you'd prefer, their tartar sauce is also amazing. (Can't speak for the malt vinegar as that's not my thing.) Ditto for the shrimp. Medium sized, flavorful, and you can't have one seafood without the other. The fries are also perfectly cooked to order. I'm so happy to see, that in 2026, they are holding a 4.4 stars with over 3,532 reviews. I can't wait to visit them again. One of the cleanest "fried" food places this side of the coast. Only one place completes with them directly in my book down in Ventura. Way to go!

I was in San Francisco for my mother's birthday. She wanted fish and chips. The ratings were high…read moreso we decided on this place. The staff was friendly. Menu prices reasonable. My lower review was the food. My mom ordered fish n chips for 17.99 Clam chowder..no bread for 13.99. The clam chowder was disgusting. It was so watered down like water...a few potatoes...I saw no any clams...and no clam flavor at all...see my video. I make clam chowderfir my mom a few tines a year becauseshe loves it...I know what it should taste like. I tried my moms to see if she was over reacting...nope..it literally tasted like drinking warm milk..no flavor...disgusting and for 13.00 for maybe 8 oz...they should feel ashamed of themselves... My mom however loved her fish and chips. Fresh fish...batter light and crispy...good tartar sauce. I ordered the calamari and fish tacos. I loved the fish on my tacos..did not like the sauce. The smokey flavor was too much. It took over. I would order them again with no sauce...they give you a good size piece of fish on the tacos...and the fish is good. The calamari was good. Again the same sauce to dip made it where I do not want to eat it again. I dont like the Chipotle sauce...the smoke flavor is too powerful. A simple white crema would be much better. That is what I eat locally and keep ordering the tacos again and again. If I am in SF again..I would choose another place to eat. They have outdoor eating area. Flies and birds flying around. Covered tables which was nice since it was hot.

Gaucho Parrilla Argentina is decent, but it didn't totally live up to the hype for me. The meat is…read moregood and clearly high quality, but for the price, I expected it to be a bit more impressive. Everything tasted fine, just nothing that really wowed me. It was super busy when I went, which made the place loud and kind of stressful. Service was friendly but rushed, and we waited longer than expected for our food. Overall, it's not bad and I don't regret going, but I'm not in a rush to go back. Good food, just not as amazing as people make it sound.

I am fortunate to live in San Francisco where you will find international foods from all around world. There is one region in the world which are known for their empanadas also their meats. It seems the focus recently has been in the region of South America in 2026. The country of Argentina is famous for winning the World Cup in 2022 and is favored in the 2026 to repeat as World Cup Champions. Argentina is also has a region named Patagonia which is the rival jacket to California's own North Face jacket when it comes to jackets among the tech workers in San Francisco. There is a place in San Francisco which serves meat dishes which are served from a food truck in the city Tourist Trap. On a 2026 Fisherman Wharf stroll I went to Tanguito. This place has lots of beef dishes like the steak sandwich with cheese along with the cheeseburger. I wanted to try their empanadas. I got the ham and cheese empanada. It's was delicious and had it was pretty cheesy and it was a little flakey like some in SF. The ham was savory and tasty. I will come here again and try their different meat dishes. Come to Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco and try some "Argentine" meat "cuisine" and get the Argentina chimichurri which is a sauce that's "green "and Tanguito is a great addition to the San Francisco food "scene" South America is known in the soccer and now the political "arena "but you can come to a place in Fisherman's Wharf that serves food from "Argentina" just less than a mile from the "Marina "and a block away from the new "Taco Bell Cantina"
