Met a friend for lunch here based on Yelp recommendations, and it didn't disappoint. It is a hectic area of Sandy but worth it. I went for lunch. Atmosphere is way better than what you would expect from a shopping center location...had to get you the pic so you could see it. I had the Birria Quesadilla which was great and the breakfast items that came out looked like winners as well. The service matched the quality of food...check it out.

Service was great, the staff was attentive, kind and friendly. Food was a bit plain for me. But cocktails hit the spot!!!

Super cute brunch spot with beautiful floral decoration and cozy seating options inside. Tried this spot out on a Sunday morning for brunch and it was packed! We waited about 45 minutes to get seated so I would definitely keep that in mind if you plan to visit on a weekend. I ordered a pistachio latte & I would highly recommend! Real pistachios and a yummy pistachio cream was around the sides of the cup. Their food is fresh & flavorful and our server was super friendly and attentive to our table.

Super beautiful spot! So vibey. I feel like the prices are a little high and the service was a tad slow for example my friends never got the water cups they asked for. The food was delicious though! The orange juice was way good just pricy at $7 for a glass.

This might be the only place in the Salt Lake Valley where brunch is actually worth it. The servers are so nice and friendly and are working so hard the whole time we were there. The food is so flavorful and the portions are pretty sizable. The ambiance is pretty similar to Sunday's Best (Brunch Hard) but I honestly think La Condesa pulls it off better. So many pretty colors everywhere, so many decorations that work well together. My wife and I will be coming back here every month as long as we live here haha

I was wowed from the moment I walked in till I left this place. Service was top tier and the staff was so welcoming :) The food oh my goodness everything we had was delicious! The birria is where it's at :) we tried a little bit of everything and it was all perfectly prepared and the taste was finger licking goood :) I didn't have room for dessert at the moment but I did order a tres leches cake to go and it was everything I ever dreamed of :)

Went back today for brunch. Got the Chilaquiles Verdes & the Abrazo de Leche Pancakes to share. I would order these again! I will say the service was extremely slow today and not as good as before but I would come back for the food!

Came on a Sunday morning. I recommend reservations if you don't want to wait or don't want to sit at the bar. I read some reviews before going and consistently most people complained about the temperature of the food and drinks. We sat at the bar because we don't want to wait 45-50 min for a table of two. We Were greeted nicely. Our waitress was very attentive to us. Despite the bar tender being in her way to serve or take our order she did come around and speak with us. We ordered cafe de olla. She did recommend no cream or sugar as it is already sweet. 5/5 loved it, perfect. I can see where people feel like it's not hot. It is like warm. I like my coffee hot. My mom on the other hand thought it was a perfect temperature. So it depends on the person. But I can agree with those who said the coffee was cold. I wanted to taste the Mexican bread and she said it would be cheaper to get the basket the just one. And thinking about it. 12 dollars for basket of bread vs only one. The one bread must be expensive unless they don't sell it by the piece. The bread was good but I couldn't get over the smell. More the concha than the other bread. It smelled like queso cotija. I am not sure if it's next to the bread or near it and the bread just absorbed the Smell. Turn off for me. The orejitas (palmier) bread was really good. I ordered the normal breakfast eggs and bacon. Again. Not hot just slightly warm. The bacon was THIICCCK!!! I Liked the potatos and the eggs. The bread is meh. It wasn't toasted enough for me, no butter on it. I think they need to switch this up to something else. You do have an option of tortillas also. My mom had green chilaquiles. I thought they tasted delicious. Was not spicy. Seasoned well. My mom also enjoyed them. But they get soggy quick! Maybe less and add beans on the side? Ambiance is cute. I liked the decor. The staff again were friendly. I'd like to come back and try other plates on the menu.

We love this spot for breakfast. But weekends are pretty busy. Taco tuesday is fav, they have this giant taco with different kinds of meat and on burnt cheese fresh tort. Bomb.

Great brunch spot. Very boujee, picture worthy atmosphere. There was a 30 minute wait on a Sunday around 1 pm. It was worth the wait. The staff is very friendly and took the time to explain their recommendations. We tried their chicarron bites w/ guacamole. Very fresh and flavorful. They are know for their chilaquiles dishes. My husband tried the Chilaquiles Miss Condesa. That was a big meal and then some. They bring you a small plate of French toast later on in the meal but my hubby was already full by the time they brought it later. I tried their quesa birria tacos. They put a lot of meat in their tacos and very tasty. This place is kind of pricy but I highly recommend if you're taking someone for a special occasion or want to impress someone.

This place is so cute!! The decor is really pretty. I'd recommend making a reservation--we went on a Sunday and it was pretty busy, so it took a bit for our food to come out. I ordered the chilaquiles and they were pretty good! My mom (who's Latina) was really happy with her meal, which says a lot. And the coffee Cafe de Olla, is sooo yummy!

As someone from Mexico City, I'm always searching for flavors that feel like home--and the La Condesa Mexican Brunch truly delivers. Finding authentic sweet corn tamales can be surprisingly difficult, but they have them here, and they're exactly as they should be: rich, comforting, and deeply nostalgic. The cafe de olla is just right, carrying that familiar warmth, cinnamon and depth, and the chilaquiles are beautifully done--balanced, vibrant, and full of soul. It's rare to come across a place that honors these traditions so thoughtfully. This one feels special. My brother and nephew recommended this restaurant, they frequent here and now I can see why.

    Breakfast burrito
    Hannah N.

This place is sooooo adorable. They have done such a good job decorating and I really wanted to love it! I got the breakfast burrito and the burrito itself was good. The potatoes were okay and felt like they had been sitting for a while. My friend had the rise and shine breakfast. The ham was good. Her potatoes were also lukewarm. They also didn't have butter for her toast. The Diet Coke brew was amazing and very crisp. They have a lot of really amazing looking chilaquiles, so I kinda feel like maybe we just ordered the wrong things.

Every dish that came to our table looked like it belonged in a magazine, but the best part was that the food tasted just as incredible as it looked. We started with the Eggs Benedict, which featured perfectly poached eggs, flavorful rosemary ham, rich hollandaise, and crispy potatoes. The Funky Monkey French Toast was over-the-top in the best possible way, loaded with Nutella, bananas, berries, roasted peanuts, and real maple syrup. The double cheeseburger was juicy, packed with flavor, and paired perfectly with crispy fries. We also loved the Beet & Strawberry Panzanella, which balanced sweet strawberries, earthy beets, creamy whipped goat cheese, crunchy pecans, and fresh mint for a refreshing combination. The biggest surprise of the meal was the beignets. Warm, fluffy, and generously dusted with powdered sugar, they were easily one of the best we've ever had. They practically melted in our mouths and were worth the visit all on their own. If you're looking for an outstanding brunch spot in Utah with creative dishes, generous portions, and an unforgettable atmosphere, Sunday's Best is an easy recommendation. Both dishes were outstanding. The smoked salmon toast was bright and fresh. I loved the hard boiled egg and dill. The chicken and waffles were a standout. The chicken was crispy and coated in a sticky, flavorful sauce that kept us coming back for more. The waffles were exactly what you want them to be. The ube pancakes were also incredible. Four large, lightly crisped cakes topped with ube whipped cream, blueberries, blueberry syrup drizzle, and a mint sprig. First bite was so good that I didn't talk for at least five minutes, so I could shovel in more and more. They came with a side of syrup, but it was definitely not needed. This location was to be an Even Steven's that we used to go to on occasion, and Dali Crepes did an amazing job with this space! It is so nice and inviting inside. I've always loved a savory crepe, so I was excited to take a look at the menu and see the options they had. That being said, the sweet crepe options looked so delicious that my husband and I contemplated splitting a sweet one in addition to what we were ordering. I was glad we decided not to because my goodness! These crepes came out and they were HUGE! It really justifies the cost of the crepe because I mean it; they were massive. Here's what we ordered: * I'm Vegetarian crepe: I can't begin to explain how obsessed I am with this crepe. The combination of flavors is so delicious. I love pesto in a breakfast item and that in combination with the avocado mayo is so good. The crepe is not heavy at all and every bite is refreshing with the greens, cherry tomatoes, and feta. * Breakfast in Montenegro crepe: My husband loves this crepe and gets it every time. He said the prosciutto and fresh mozzarella really makes it and he loves a perfectly cooked runny egg yolk. * Mango smoothie: I ordered a mango smoothie to-go because I can't resist a mango menu item. It's a very uncomplicated smoothie with mango, mango purer, milk, and whipped cream. But it was the perfect way to end my meal with a little "dessert." The wafer straw was also a tasty touch. * Espresso & Biscoff: My husband ordered an espresso with his meal and he said the flavor was great. It came with a Biscoff cookie for dipping, which you can never go wrong with. I can't tell you how many times that I've ordered crepes to-go from them now because they also travel well. Big fan of what we've tried so far and I'm glad that Dali Crepes is here!

Our server was funny, personable, and attentive, especially when it came to drinks and refills. Things started going downhill when I received my entree, the Poor Man's Truffle. Unfortunately, the only way this dish lived up to its name was in how little the supposedly high-quality ingredients seemed to come through. The dish itself is fairly simple, which normally isn't a bad thing when the ingredients are meant to speak for themselves. With Belper Knolle, truffle oil, pistachio pesto, tomato, fennel, and arugula, I expected something flavorful and well balanced. Instead, the entire dish tasted incredibly mild. Belper Knolle is typically a bold, salty, peppery cheese, and I could visibly see the black pepper around the edges of the thin shavings, but the flavor barely registered. I also couldn't taste the truffle oil at all. There was visible oil pooling at the bottom of the plate, but no noticeable truffle flavor. I understand pistachio pesto tends to be more subtle than a traditional basil pesto, but altogether, this dish just fell completely flat for me. The presentation didn't help either. It looked more like something that had been scooped from a pan and dropped onto the plate than a thoughtfully plated entree. When a dish misses both on flavor and presentation, that's when it becomes a real disappointment for me. I will say the gnocchi itself was cooked well, which was one of the few positives. I also tried the burger, and it was significantly better than my pasta. However, the very small sprinkle of bacon was a little baffling considering it was an additional upcharge. Where the night really went downhill was at the end of the meal. I had been excited to try the beignets because that isn't a dessert I see on menus very often. Our entree plates were cleared, and then we waited about 20 minutes before our server returned and asked whether we were ready for the check. Dessert wasn't mentioned, and by that point our table was tired of waiting, so we decided to skip it and asked for our checks. Then our server disappeared for another 30 minutes. We eventually had to flag down a hostess who was seating another table and let her know that we were still waiting for the check. About five minutes later, our server finally returned and casually explained how "crazy" the night had gotten because of the show. I understand restaurants get busy, but the apology felt very dismissive after we had waited nearly an hour from finishing our entrees to finally receiving the check. It genuinely felt like our table had simply been forgotten. I also want to add that I tend to hold restaurants like this to a higher standard. I'm a big believer in "you get what you pay for." If I'm eating at a fast-food spot or somewhere inexpensive and casual, there's only so much room to complain. But when a restaurant has prices like this, highlights premium ingredients on the menu, and presents itself as a more elevated dining experience, I think that naturally opens the food and service up to more criticism. At that price point, I expect the quality, presentation, and overall experience to reflect what I'm paying for. My final takeaway is that maybe I ordered the wrong dish. Pesto is one of my favorite things, so I almost always want to give a pesto-based dish a try. Unfortunately, Prohibition's pesto gnocchi was not it for me. I also saw that they describe themselves as a scratch kitchen using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, which I don't necessarily doubt. What confused me was how so many ingredients that should have distinct flavors somehow tasted like almost nothing. If your goal is interesting drinks and a fun show, this is probably still a place worth considering. Since we sat outside, I can't speak on the show part, but it seems to be a big hit. Food-wise, though, it missed the mark for me.
