Service was sub-par (had to ask twice for anything we needed), but if the crawfish was truly phenomenal- I wouldn't let the service stop me from returning. The place is not good. I had a pound of crawfish and half of it was just empty shells due to them being frozen. The crawfish I did eat did not taste good. The corn and potato were ok because they are just boiled with no flavor. My friends did enjoy the snow crab legs. The service was not good either. This was my first time going tot he restaurant even tho I pass it up all the time. I heard about their chicken wings here so we got up and came. I had the beignets fries, the crawfish rolls, the crawfish pho, and a couple of flavors of wings- and no I was not at the table by myself lol. I don't know why I've never tried this place, but I went home bragging about it to everyone. The pho was amazing! The beignets were great, and the chicken wings tasted like my grandmother was in the back shaking chicken and flour in a plastic bag and frying it herself!! Not to mention this place is a BYOB! ....Guys, I've been back already!!! This time I tried to crawfish curry, I got extra spicy but I probably should have only gotten spicy! This is the worst place to eat. The customer service is horrible. The receipt doesn't reflect what you ordered. What restaurant has a sign up that says no exchanges or refunds. The owner argued with a customer because his staff messed up the order. The owner didn't want to fix the order or give the customer their money back. My order was cold and the rest of my party's order were incorrect and still the owner didn't want to deal with the issue. I will never go here again. This was a waste of time and money. read more

I have been to several other LA Crawfish locations and this location I rated a two. Some of the crawfish was seasoned and other parts were not. There was no consistency. The server was super nice and busted her rump to ensure us a good dining experience. If you go here please do not order the Yeo's White Gourd Drink, it sounds great on the menu but it tastes like a gross caramel and sugar cane syrup. I hated it and asked if the drink could be taken off my bill. The manager came by my table and said um Nope due to it being a can beverage. This ruined the entire dining experience. If someone spends $90 + dollars in your restaurant the least you could do is take off $6 worth of horrible drinks. There was no way voiding this nasty canned beverage off of my bill would have affected the manager's ability to pay the electricity bill. The lack of empathy/ customer service here completely ruined the entire dining experience and I will not be returning to this location. read more

A must try if you love seafood and you are in the Houston area ! La Crawfish has many seafood combinations to choose from which was great. Me and my friend decided to split 2lbs of crawfish. WE LOVE THEM! They give you a choice of sauces to mix/match to your desired taste. I also had a pair of the barbecue fried crab. BOMB! We both had beers to accommodate our meal. Open seating and lots of televisions which were great for games and stuff. They place a "trash bag" on your table so that you can pour out your food and just indulge. Easy clean up. Price was decent for seafood and they give you enough to fill you up. Cant wait to return. read more

Crawfish were tiny anddisintegrated when you tried to open them. The flavor was good but the crawfish themselves tasted like they had been sitting in water for 12 hours and then microwaved. I told them how disappointed I was and they made me aware of the no refund sign. In my opinion, customer satisfaction is a lot more important than the cost of 2lbs of crawfish. We order from here quite often. I love how quick they are. The boiled shrimp with hot and sour seasoning are AMAZING. The chicken wings are DELICIOUS, especially with spicy garlic seasoning. The Shrimp Cajun Pho is ONE OF A KIND, very delicious as well. But for some reason I don't like the fishy taste their crawfish has at this location. I've had the crawfish at the 45 south location and it's really good. The waffle fries are great too. Their gumbo has very good flavor but could use more seafood and less rice or rice on the side. Also, if you're craving something sweet, the beignet fries will satisfy your sweet tooth. If you're in the mood for a flavorful michelada mix, theirs is definitely worth a try. read more

Nasty, they rewarmed my crawfish. They were dry and hard, old garnishes, brown cilantro, and soggy noodles. They should be ashamed of themselves. The quality of this location food is horrible this has not been the first time. last time I got old dry sausage. I had to trash this entire order. What a waste of $18. Never again. Love this place!! Hot and sour Pho is so full of flavor and delicious!! Crawfish is always fresh and tasty! We always get the mango green tea drink and it is so refreshing and not too sweet just how I like it! Service has always been great and even when their is an error they are quick to fix it without complains. We try to go at least once a month or more if financially possible! During crawfish season I eat allot of crawfish. I decided to try this place for the first time on Monday because my usual preferred location is closed on Mondays and this location is really really close to my home. I was skeptical and I wish I would have listened to my intuition. The crawfish is small and mushy the shrimp was rubbery. It definitely was not fresh. The corn even looked reheated. I paid twice as much as I usually would and I barely ate any of my food because it is not edible. When I saw that big sign on the wall saying no refunds I should have known. Please people if you want crawfish or shrimp trust me don't do it. Not sure what the other selections taste like but the crawfish was so bad I'm not willing to pay money and give it another try. Please note I went at 1 pm during the day it was not just opening or near closing however my food was still not fresh. This review is based solely on customer service by the manager there today Monday 19th 540 shift p.m. I live down the road from this place I've never tried it but decided to order delivery. I ordered crawfish pho, chicken pho, shrimp Po boy. Delivery time was average 30 to 40 minutes. When I opened my food the crawfish Pho only had seven crawfish tails and three thinly sliced sausage. The chicken pho only had 4 to 5 pieces of meat inside the broth. For those who don't know when you order pho to go normally serve separate noodles,meat, veggies on the side and then you have your broth in a cup on the side as well. My shrimp Po boy tomatoes were thinly slice that you can see through them.When I called to speak to the person I place my order and with she quickly transferred me (I could only assume is the manager since there was no introduction). I began to let him know about the food, I offered to provide photos. He said because I couldn't prove the order was insufficient that he was willing to provide a discount for later. I know that's the fastest way they can get you off the phone because how can you keep track of that. I quickly told him that would not do that I want my order complete he basically said that would not happen. The staff allowed patrons not on or at the bottom of the waiting list to seat themselves.
