Checked out this food truck at the 4 corners in Spring Hill. Ray the owner greeted us and was very friendly. I know Spanish food very well, and let me tell you this food is great. Cuban sandwich is the best I've ever had and I've had them every where up and down the East Coast. Tried some Yellow rice and black beans and they were awesome. This guy takes pride in his food and enjoys what he does. It comes out in his personality and most importantly in his food. Try this place. Trust me Yelpers it's good stuff. Today was my first day going to La Cucina Internazionale. I enjoyed the cuban, the black beans and rice were very average. I ordered the cuban, black beans with rice and a coke and it was $15...wow! My husband and I have driven past this truck numerous times so one day we decided to stop and give it a try. Unfortunately they didn't have any menus when we went. I had absolutely no idea what to get or what they even offered. Luckily the owner/cook was awesome. He told us to try the Cuban sandwich, so we both ordered one. While he was cooking he talked to us. He was very friendly and we'd go back just to talk to him again. We got home and decided to try a Cuban sandwich, which I know is a big thing here in Florida. It was really good. It's the only Cuban I've ever had, so I have nothing to compare it to, but it was amazing. I can't even begin to describe how amazing this place was! Oh my god it was delicious I literally was amazed. I've never had a Cubano I just never really found the right place, but I found it! The owner here is probably the nicest guy I ever met and his cook as well they let us taste the food without paying just to be friendly and they also talked to us as if we were friends since we were born it was an awesome experience from customer service to the food I mean holy guacamole that cubano and the rice and beans actually everything was just straight legit! Hands down best Cuban around. Nice people BUT not very consistent with the hours they advise for. Mon-Friday is supposed to be 9 or 10 -6 but a few a times I've called to place a order and their already closed or fixing to close and its around 3 or 4. Some days they just aren't open at all even though it's Mon-Friday. So if it's later in the day your more than likely not going to get a Cuban unfortunately. Stick with the hours you advertise or just change the hours to close earlier. read more

Just moved to Spring Hill from Chicago area and have been trying new restaurants and foods here in Florida. My folks recommended I try this food truck and the Cuban sandwhiches. I was very surprised how friendly the service was and how good the Cubans tasted. They are large and meaty for $7 a sandwich. It had a bit too much mayo on it and I will probably tell him to ease up on it next time I make a stop. I plan I bringing my husband back to try them. Give this guy a try. I don't know if this is the best Cuban in the area (because I don't leave here) but I'll tell you this is the best one I ever had and by the way went to key west 2 years ago and had one there and it was pretty good, but this one top it off. Really awesome Cuban- I've had many and this one has by far the best roast pork. It's juicy tender and very generous on the portion. It's the sandwich with a side of rice and beans is more then enough for two people or two meals- and this girl can eat. Super reasonable and super nice guys.
