The chicken is the best IMO, that's definitely what I stick to. I haven't tried those tostada shells yet but they look intriguing for sure, maybe next time. I wasn't in the mood for a burrito so I went with the chicken mole. I'm a big fan of mole and this was pretty good stuff. It came with beans, rice, tortillas, and chips. They also threw in a small container of some spicy green hot sauce. The chips ended up in a puddle of mole in transit so the hot sauce wasn't too helpful but I got to enjoy more of the mole sauce on the chips. The truck has good parking and a small shed with some covered seating (I think there were four picnic tables in there). I also heard the owner talking to someone about them getting a new truck and being able to move in and replace this one soon.
