If you are thinking about hiring Jeremy as your photographer, DO NOT. I wish someone had told me this before we committed to him as our wedding photographer. Jeremy, by far, was the WORST part of my wedding experience. He is lazy, manipulative, rude, so so slow, and makes excuses for every little thing. He will also charge you extra left and right and will not deliver when he says he will. We recently JUST got the final pictures and videos, now almost a year after the wedding I know what he will do once he sees this review. He will make excuses just like he did every step of the way. But honestly, if I can stop one more bride from having a aggravating experience, I will be happy. Fast forward to the wedding day. I had texted him two days prior to the wedding to let him know that we would like him in our hotel room at 1:30pm so that he can take pictures of us getting ready. It was now almost 2pm, he was nowhere to be found, and I had my husband call him. He tells us that he's been sitting in the lobby and that we should've called him earlier. WHY would I need to call him when I told him two days prior to be there at 1:30pm with our hotel room number. I was busy getting ready, and I knew that was going to happen which is why I gave him instructions beforehand. He was obviously just late and instead of letting us know that he might be late or even apologize, he just brushed it off. He didn't even get any picture of my husband and the groomsmen getting ready. After the wedding it was time to take pictures with family and friends. Obviously we relied on him on where to stand for then pictures. Well it turns out ALL of those pictures have a bright circle from the sun. Most of the circles are on our faces. When we brought it up during the editing phase, he told us that it couldn't be removed and that that's just how it is. AND YOU COULDN'T TELL US US THIS WHILE WE WERE TAKING THE PICTURES?! He also chose a place that had guests and workers in the background of our photos. We thought he was editing them out, but he tells us after the fact that they can't be removed. Why didn't we take the pictures at a different location or angle? Mind you the entire time we were asking for the edits he was being defensive and telling us he disclosed all of this to us....well he didn't. We also didn't get any pictures with our wedding singer (even though we specifically hired him for the ceremony and reception) despite our request. It took us about 12 weeks to get the unedited pictures from the wedding.....which was a long time to wait. He shared like 5 pictures as "teasers" but it took him the full 12 weeks to upload the pictures into a file we can look at. NOT EVEN EDITED. So why did it take him that long just to upload? There were 4000+ pictures and he made it sound like we were getting ALL of the pictures as a favor. Well let me tell you that no one needs 4000+ pictures. Most of them were us with weird faces and some weird pictures that no one needed. Just an organized ~500 pictures would've been fine, but no. He uses the 4000+ pictures as an excuse that it took so long..... uploading 500 or 4000+ unedited pictures into a folder for us to view does not take that long. He then told us to pick our favorites to go into the Album, and those pictures would be edited. Well I don't even know what his idea of editing is because the final pictures still had graffiti and bird poop in the background. He told us those can't be edited out. OKAY SO WHY DID WE TAKE THE PICTURES THERE?! Also, every time he gave us a delivery date, it was not met. We always had to follow up and he would tell us "oh I sent it yesterday" .....well you didn't because neither of us got it. He always had something or someone to blame. When I pointed out his terrible customer service, he decided that he wasn't going to talk to me anymore. He sends a message to my husband saying he won't communicate with me anymore. EXCUSE ME I paid for the service. What kind of a business refuses to talk to his clients that paid him?! Because I was pointing out how frustrating it was to work with an arrogant, lying person? He is ridiculous. He was literally the worst part of the happiest day of our lives. If you are considering him, please for the life of me, don't. You will regret the choice. He told us that the wait is worth it for the pictures. Trust me, they are not. P.s. do you really want someone that says "I'm also happy to offer your husband a discount on his next wedding" to be your wedding photographer? Let's think about that one. read more

This review is a little late - sorry! - but just wanted to say Jeremy is an excellent choice as a wedding photographer. A few weeks before our wedding last June (again, I know its late) we had our engagement shoot and everything, of course, came out great. He worked with us on the guestbook and only used photos that we selected. The day of the wedding was the same story. He and his partner arrived promptly, took fantastic photos and send us a link to view all of the photos two days later! We had just gotten to the hotel for our Honeymoon and were able to look through every single photo that was taken. The photos turned out terrific and we had a number of them blown up for framing. We dragged our feet on selecting photos for the wedding album but, once we got around to it, Jeremy was quick to respond to everything and put together a fantastic looking book for us. We had met Jeremy about a year or so before our own nuptials at a mutual friend's rehearsal dinner. He was a cool guy to know well before we even considered him to capture our own momentous event. EDIT: First of all, how dare you post my personal pictures without my consent? That is unheard of, unprofessional and it just shows how low your business values are. I request that you take down these pictures immediately. Second, we never asked for a refund from you, so you are wrong. Not every review demands a refund, you can keep the money and your bad manners. They are all yours. Third, we never asked to extend more than our allocated time. You were supposed to do a full hour of shots. Even with us being late, you had 25 mins not used to take pictures that you didn't. Fourth, if you oversold groupons and can't fulfill them properly is your fault Fifth, we had to be polite to you, because we wanted the pictures. We didn't really trust you that you are going to give them to us. You actually took 3 weeks or so to retouch them, which basically was just raising up brightness. I can do that in photoshop in 5 mins. Also, being polite is something that you can't understand. Sixth, again, take down the pictures, they are not yours to do whatever you want with them. You have no permission to post them here. They are our personal property. Paid for. Unbelievable, unprofessional behavior. Seventh, what does the outfit have to do with that? I don't even remember you asking, but can't you just walk 2 mins to another location, take a few pictures there as well? Do we need to change clothes? Also, you never told us to bring more clothes. How are we supposed to know these things? It's your job to get the most of the pictures. If you thought that was a good idea, you should have told us in advance. I also have emails and other proof that show your behavior, but hey, some people keep private things private. Some people have integrity, some don't. ----------------------------------------------------------- What a terrible experience we had with this photographer! We got a deal with groupon. First of all, he was unavailable most of the days. It seems that he puts the groupon customers at low priority. Second, he was not willing to go to locations that we wanted (Echo Park for example) and we were forced to go to USC. When I said that we don't like a university setting for this photoshoot, he said it's not a university setting. Guess what, we took pictures on a bench with a university building on the back! Terrible. By the way, USC had some many better locations, he chose an ugly corner. Third, the photoshoot was supposed to last an hour, but we only did 15 mins and he said, ok, i have everything i need. My husband and I chickened out and only confronted him with a text message 10 mins later after we let and he said 15 mins is plenty when you have a baby with you! Awful! He knew we would have a baby, he could have told us ahead of time. But no, instead, he was more than happy to cash out our money. There is so much more wrong things with this guy, but basically the whole experience was awful. Honestly, I never felt more robbed in my life. My husband and I felt sick after the photoshoot. Another funny thing with this guy is that we were indeed late 10 mins for the shoot. We texted him and the guy tells us, if you are more than 15 mins late we will have to postpone this, since we will not have enough time to do the shoot. Then, we arrive there, and he only does 15 mins of pictures? Ridiculous, what a scam! I can go on and on and on, but honestly, just avoid him! By the way, Groupon was also awful with the whole experience. When we realized he was not helpful, before the photoshoot, we asked Groupon for a refund, but they basically told us, take it with the photographer, we don't care. So, just to summarize: Awful experience with the photographer, awful customer service from Groupon. read more

First off I found Him on Groupon. I had a few questions so I emailed the owner. I did not get a response from him until 4 days later. Such a slow response time. I already emailed other photographers while I was waiting on him and got a response time within 1 to 2 days. I found out that unlike most photographers, he does not have any props! No basic or simple prop. Not even if I paid for it. He told me if I want any props to bring it and if I want a chair to bring it myself. Very limited options here. I found him on Groupon, beware! He does not drive more than 11 mile radius and no weekends even if we upgrade or pay additional. It is very obvious that he is just going on Groupon so he can get clients to fill his not important days and schedule. Why on Groupon first place? Come to think of it he must be desperate for clients. When I converse with him he just try to brush me off. His tone is we made it low cost so why expect anything? By time he answered my questions, I wanted a refund with Groupon because he is not who he said he is. He told me to talk to Groupon like he has no responsibility and made no effort. Groupon told me no refund after 3 days but owner of this place did not respond to my questions until 4 days later!! I was trapped and missed my timeline to get refund. Jeremy is an amazing photographer! He was able to get so many great shots for our family holiday photos, all in 20 minutes, AND he got plenty with our 7-month old baby smiling! We had Jeremy as our photographer for our wedding exactly 2 weeks ago! I couldn't wait to write a good review for him and his team to let everyone know not only how talented they are, but also how fun and easy they were to work with. They really made me feel like my wedding went smoothly since I was so worried about the timeline and making sure I was able to get as many photos with family and friends. First of all I was so impressed that he put together a photography timeline for us a few days before the wedding! This timeline was almost better than the one my planner put together :) That level of organization really put me at ease that I truly have a professional. It is a little ironic that we were almost going to cancel on him because we weren't so pleased with our engagement session, but then later I realized that was my own fault. We had scheduled it on the one day that it actually rained in LA this February, and Jeremy was recommending we re-schedule. However at this point I had already got my hair/make-up and other girly grooming done, so I was the stubborn one hoping it would clear up. Luckily we didn't get rained on, but it was pretty cloudy and windy. Despite the circumstances, we got quite a few nice photos that we were able to use for our save-the-dates and other things. After we had already booked him, I later find out he was on our hotels recommended vendor list, so that really ended up working to our advantage since he knew the venue inside and out! We ended up extending them for one more hour to make sure he was there for all the key events of the night through the cake cutting, garter/bouquet toss etc! At the end of the night, I recall him asking me if there was anything they missed and I told him I really felt like they had it all covered.They were right on time coming up to the bridal suite where my ladies and I were getting ready and started taking pics of my shoes, the dress, our rings, etc. We were able to do our first look on the helipad at our hotel and he was able to help coordinate with security to take us up there. He reminded my wedding planner to send our bouquets up to the suite. He even helped me put my veil on and fix my hair at times, which was really so sweet of him! Funny my friends were all asking who are your handsome GQ looking photo/video team ;) He texted us a preview of a few photos that same night, so we were able to see them before we went to bed. My sons one year photo shoot. Let me just start with Jeremy. He is a pleasure to work with. He was easy to get in contact with, he offered me a great deal at a great price, & meeting him was just the topping on the cake! He's so sweet! We had a bit of a dilemma the day of our photo shoot because it was gloomy but Jeremy made it so much better. He texted me, YES texted me (which is awesome) & asked if we would like to push out our photo shoot for a clearer day because he couldn't promise the best pictures. OMG. Jeremy is amazing! My wife and I knew from the start we wanted Jeremy to shoot our wedding. We just felt at ease and we knew he would take care of us, and it shows how amazing he is by his work. My husband and I met Jeremy at a bridal show about nine months before our big day. He was the first photographer we spoke to and the last. I recently did a senior portrait session with Jeremy and he was nothing short of FANTASTIC! His pricing was very fair for our photo shoot, which consisted of individual and group shots. He was VERY responsive to my initial inquiries and was great about communicating (via email and text message) throughout the entire planning process right up to time of the shoot and even afterwards. Jeremy made us feel very comfortable (as first time photo shoot newbies, it can be uncomfortable at first) and at ease during the shoot. Jeremy was amazing!!! We took engagement pictures a few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with the pictures! The lighting and quality is seriously amazing. From the beginning it has been a pleasure working with Jeremy... He recommended a place to take pictures after asking me what kind of pictures I was looking for. He also recommended the best time to get the best lighting. I love this because I wouldn't know this myself, I loved that he guided me through that. Once we got the location, we instantly felt very comfortable with him! He simply said act natural, have a conversation and try to connect with each other. Every now and then he would tell us to do something specific and the pictures are exactly what I wanted. Another thing I love is that we had the pictures back within the week!!! Jeremy is amazing! Our family is spread out all over the country and it has been 15 years since we have had a family portrait. Jeremy made the shoot effortless. My wife and I met Jeremy almost 3 years ago. We booked him for our wedding right away without hesitation and without meeting with any other photographers. We immediately knew we made the right choice as we felt an instant connection. Our engagement shoot and our wedding pictures were flawless. I couldn't imagine having used anyone else. My wife and I just got married at the end of May. We found (I should say she found) Jeremy at a bridal show at the Convention Center. There were A LOT, and I mean A LOT, of photographers and companies there. Some were very over zealous and "thirsty" for our business. Like, wouldn't let you leave to move on "thirsty." But it really came down to 2 photographers in the style and quality of pictures that we wanted and were looking for. Each one was still exceeded our price range and budget, but for the quality they were offering, we were willing to really consider them. I liked Jeremy from the beginning. His photos already spoke for him. He was very candid, straightforward, confident and unapologetic about his quality & prices. I liked that. He wasn't "thirsty" for business and when we told him that we want to look around and we have another appointment with a photographer tomorrow he was like, "Absolutely! But I know what's (the competitor's) around here and what they're offering. Trust me, you'll be back!" He waived and moved onto the next person. I was a bit taken back and thought, "That was a bold statement." But he said it in such a fun way, you couldn't help but to like him. Well, we came back. And although we paid a bit more than what we originally intended, it was well worth the investment. We only intend on paying for wedding pictures once anyway, so we might as well make sure they look good and we're happy with them. And if the wife's happy (which she is), I'm happy. Happy wife, happy life. Jeremy had ideas of what he wanted to do and capture with us in both times he shot with us. He knew what looked good, and we weren't spending a whole lot of time trying to catch the "right" shot. We we're always moving and going at a fantastic pace and when we were finished, my wife and I were like, "That's it? Well, that was painless." I've done plenty of photo shoots and there is nothing worse than a photographer belaboring shots and trying to figure out what to do next. Jeremy was amazing! He knew how to look out for little details like if the bridesmaids had their hair ties on the wrists. He even was great with my "shadow" of a flower girl who insisted in being my assistant for everything.
