Out of all the table service restaurants in Venice, this one gets the award for best service. We had multiple servers, all we very attentive and prompt, even as the restaurant filled up. We got their on a Saturday around 7pm and had a reservation for 7:15. (Your hotel can help you make reservations and so recommend restaurants to try). As with many Venetian restaurants, the menu is littered with seafood items, but there are plenty of other choices with pasta. We were served complimentary glasses of prosecco with our dinner which was a nice touch. I had the spaghetti ragu (I know, I know. Since it was my last night, and I hadn't had spaghetti and red sauce, I owed it to my inner child to have that before I left Italy. I was not disappointed! Very delicious. After two dinners in this restaurant I can strongly recommend them to everyone! Our waiter Armando, was very focused on us enjoying our dining experience! The first visit we had a traditional Italian meal with appetizers and a special seafood pasta that was excellent with a nice white wine! On our second visit we had an incredible T-Bone steak for two with an excellent red wine recommended by our waiter! Fifth time here, a place I have recommended to so many. A genuine disdainful waiter, gum on his front teeth, pushing a dish we did not want and totally uninterested by the fact that it was my wife's sixtieth birthday. My sea bass was under seasoned, the wine he suggested as a substitute for what I had ordered, which was out of stock, quotidian at best. And a crème brûlée which was poor. Tried to speak to someone, but nobody was interested as they must make money too easily. A shame to see a place where I have enjoyed some good meals just sell out. read more

We have walked by this restaurant several times during our stay in Venice. After reading the reviews we thought let's give it a try, the inside looks beautiful. Upon arrival we were greeted by Roseanna, our waitress a delightful young girl. After chatting a bit with her we ordered our meals, one squid ink pasta which I don't think was squid ink it was more dark green? My wife ordered another pasta that was pretty good according to her. Unfortunately in Venice I'm expecting and looking for something that's better than just pretty good. With all the Italian restaurants nearby I would suggest that the owner re-evaluate both the flavor and the portion size. With so many restaurants nearby I would suggest keep looking. read more

We were trying to find another restaurant and Google was not helping us - actually it was leading us into a canal. We were actually standing outside of La Feluca being angry-hungry, saw the Yelp rating and went right in. The vibe of this place is that they are a moderately fancy place trying to be very fancy. The service seemed a little over the top, but you could tell the servers were doing a good job, just trying to comply to the serving policies in place. The server tried to up sell us 3 times in the welcome speech, which I appreciate as a former server, but was not interested in as a customer. Anyway, on to the food! We had a bottle of prosecco and a chef's selection seafood sampler appetizer. SO good. About six different samples of seafood - prawns, octopus, sardines, etc. Then we ordered the spaghetti del mare (seafood) and gnocci with salmon and cream sauce. Both were amazing! Well priced too - about 15 euros for each dish, with huge portions and tons of fresh seafood. They offered dessert, we declined, they brought biscotti with the check. Stop looking for somewhere else to eat and go here. It is outstanding. I started with the lasagna and it was really, really tasty. My wife had the seafood lasagna and she loved it. We shared the shrimp with bacon and cous cous. This was the highlight of the night. One of the best meals I've ever had. I mean seriously tasty. We shared a bottle of the house white and it was good. The service was very nice, but a little overpriced. The truffle pasta wasn't as soft as I'd like, but still very tasty. Loved the raw seafood starter, and red snapper special was prepared in front of us and was also delicious. The prawns with pancetta and cous cous was yummy too, and we enjoyed a bottle of red wine. I had the ink fettuccine with lobster, my daughter had the lasagna Bolognese and my fiance has the rib eye. The steak was ok, but everything else was delicious. We would love to go back and try a few more dishes!. Their gelato was just ok, I would take the time and try one of the other local places. read more

We were in Venice for only 2 days but ended up at La Fecula both nights. The service and prices were great and the food is fantastic. Ask George the manager to make a suggestion for dinner. Will come back again next time too. read more

Came here based off a recommendation from our gondolier. I had the tagliatelle al pomodoro mio. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't the tangy flavor I was expecting but more of a bitter, almost burnt tomato. My friend had the minestrone, some beef pasta, and the grilled sea bass, all of which he said was mediocre. I also ordered a side salad, three times, but never got it. The three courses we did get took an hour and a half, and we had to walk up to the counter to pay the bill, after waiting for it for 20 min. On top of this, it was expensive. Tl;dr: Food was mediocre, service was awful, was expensive. Don't waste your time or money. read more

The worst costumer services ever, the owner told 2 lady's to go out if they only want it to drink. Food is average and prices sky high.

I feel that there's a better way to spend your evening than with this restaurant. I wanted to enjoy them more because of a friends recommendation but they did not deliver. It was raining so my husband and I didn't want to go far from our apartment. We were lucky to find la Feluca just a few blocks away. The staff was great and very friendly. The bottle of house white wine was very nice. Bread as well as bread sticks were served with individual small plates of olive oil, I had fried calamari and an order of grilled vegetables. The calamari was fried perfectly and was so tender! My husband had the lasagna bolognaise which he said was delicious. We didn't want dessert but they brought complimentary lemoncello and cookies. The entire experience was excellent. And very reasonable for what we had. My husband says he would go back there every night. Since we are in Venice for a few weeks I am sure we will return a few times. read more

This started with great promise but was disappointing. We were sold by 21 day aged T-bone in the window. When we sat sown we were offered wine. Got the wine ordered the T-bone for 2. It was 84.00 euros. 1 hour and 10 minutes later it came out and it was cooked rare not med rare as ordered. During our 70 minute wait we never saw a waiter. It is also the restaurant we have ever gone to in italy that added a 12% service fee. Overall the 84 euro tbone was ok at best.
