This place is hidden and looks very run down. When you walk in get in line to ready to order, the menu is up above on the person taking your order. You could get someone that does not speak English, but just order as you would and ask for the receipt. You can hang around and watch them make your order to make sure you got what you ordered. I got 2 carne asada tacos and 2 chicken tacos with cheese, plus rice and beans. They have a salsa bar with all the fixes (greens, limes, etc.). It is like a tortilla factory in there, they it it fresh. You can watch that too! This is a small area to sit and eat in the back with the storage. Food is good!

Order carne asada burrito w beans cilantro and onion no rice got rice no cilantro no onion on top tortillas was all burn and the two tacos i order ask to deep fried the tripas and no deep frying tripa call spoke to supervisor she said i made the order and i deep frying the tripa always order my food and never get what you ask don't see the point on asking if you want everything or not if they are going to sell you what the want not for what you're paying

Best carna Asada I've ever had I don't even get to use the hot sauce because the meat flavors is too good that's the only downfall. #allmeat #fried chili #addcrema

The best Quesabirrias I've had in a long time. So delicious

I was visiting from out of town and was at the laundromat next door. I decided to give this place a try because I love quesabrilla tacos. When I tell you it was so delicious. The service was great. The Horchata was amazing. It was authentic food. You can fix your sauce and fixing at the end to carry with you. Please give this place a try. It's small inside so I took mines to go.

I've been here a couple of times and this place makes me happy. Authentic delicious food. Todo está para chuparse los dedos. Their aguas frescas are delicious. Best hole in the wall in Avondale. Tortillas are made there, take some home. Menudo was perfectly cooked.

Media libra(half pound) of asada with cheese and red and green salsa to go with.

Great little place. It helps if you know some Spanish. They also have a grocery store inside with good prices.

I stopped by on a Saturday night to finally check it out. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the trompo right away, which is always a good sign. I stepped up to the counter and was greeted with a warm smile from the young lady up front. After looking over the menu, I ordered two tacos de tripa and two tacos de suadero. She asked if I wanted the tripas extra crispy I said no. I also asked how they prepare the suadero since I didn't see a choricera, but she wasn't sure. When the food came out, the tripas were a letdown. The texture was off, almost like a stale chip, and they were clearly overcooked. I asked if I could swap them for something safer, so I went with asada instead, but that didn't impress either. It didn't taste very fresh. Now here's the reason you should come to Tacos Chilangos: the suadero. Even though it's not cooked the traditional way, it was absolutely delicious. Perfect meat-to-fat ratio, super flavorful, and easily the standout. The guacamole salsa was top tier. I kept going back to that one over the others. All in all definitely stop by to try the suadero as for as the other two I'd would probably give them a second try.

I would say inside is similar to a Filiberto's, but I don't really care as long as the food is good. I'm a big taco fan and the tacos here are just ok. (Pastor way too salty, asada seemed blah, but suadero was good) I did make a lil drive to come out here but probably wouldn't do it again unless I'm just in the area. If o had to compare, I would say taco boys, ta carbon and tacos calafia are well above this spot. Good visit though and really just stopped to try.

The crowd was lively, everyone was cheering, and it created such a fun environment for my friend's birthday dinner. Service ran smoothly the entire night, and the food was genuinely impressive. The shrimp and mahi mahi tacos were fresh and flavorful, and the Fez Burger was the standout. Cooked perfectly to a medium, the combination of the fried onion ring, barbecue sauce, and ciabatta bread made every bite a hit. They even went above and beyond with the birthday cake. You order at the counter and they bring your food to the table. Service was friendly. We had a few questions on the menu and the girl at the counter was super helpful. Our group ordered a couple of the Aquachile Shrimp Ceviche's. I ordered the Mahi Fish Tacos and a side of fries. One of the ceviches came out very quickly, the other came out last and we had to inquire about it. Not sure if they forgot or were just making a new batch. All the food was good. No complaints. The ceviche is a good sized portion. Two could share if they wanted to. The fish tacos were really excellent - definitely kicked my craving. Fun spot with a unique menu - I would come back!
