We saw on their IG that they had a deal going where you can purchase a day pass for $25 and then bring a friend for $10. The person working the front desk said she needed permission from the owner to run this deal. He said no. We were already there so we paid for 2. Decided to warm up with cardio and headed over the cardio area. I got on a treadmill that was open and immediately had a lady get in my face and yell that that was her treadmill and to get off. We did our workout and on our way out the person at the front counter asked if we would like to sign up. We said no, when asked why I mentioned the deal not being honored but hearing it being honored to other people. The. I mentioned the overly aggressive exchange with the lady on the treadmill. The front desk person wanted to know who it was immediately but when I described them I was told that she was the owner's girlfriend so there was nothing she could do about it. If you are someone who doesn't look like a body builder, or body exists outside of what society says a body should be I wouldn't come here. Society demands fat bodies to atone for their bodies, to shrink themselves and change their bodies. But when they do they are treated like they don't belong.

They have all the equipment you could need to work every part of the body. The trainers genuinely care and personalize the program to your needs. Plenty of parking. Lockers are available with a code. It's a get-in, workout, get-out gym. There are no people, just hugging machines or standing around. Everyone is usually doing something, and so it motivates me to keep working out. It's never so busy that it gets uncomfortable. I have seen people of all ages, body types, and abilities here. It is a good mix of healthy people. Cons: No showers yet (they are expanding to include showers and a sauna soon) Only two restrooms. (I have never had to wait to use one, but you never know). Overall, this gym is pretty well organized. They offer plenty of trainers of all genders. I believe they also do rehab and physical therapy. There also is someone that comes to do massages. Everyone I have seen here is pretty friendly and polite. I have been training with Laura, and in the past three weeks, she took me from 0 pull-ups to 20 chin-ups, 1:20 plank to 3:30, and 15 push-ups to 42 in 2mins, and my strength overall has increased. Chris (owner/instructor) is especially good at reading people and pushing you just past where you think your limit is. You end up doing more than you expected, regularly. Our first day was awesome, thanks to Chad, Marco, and Amanda. They really took care of us, answering all our questions and making sure we felt at home. Having both training and running areas side by side? So cool. We kicked things off with a Nike Running class, and Kate was our trainer. She crushed it, keeping the energy high between both the running and weight training areas. Her presence was just next level. She is super inspiring and motivating. On the training side, we had Dominique as our coach, and she's just incredible. She's got this amazing ability to command the room, making everyone feel seen and motivated. She brings such intense energy, and it's clear she knows her stuff inside and out. Dominique isn't just leading a workout; she's creating an experience. She's got eyes on everyone, making sure we're all giving our best and staying safe, all while keeping the vibe upbeat and fun. Her passion for fitness shines through, and it's contagious--you can't help but want to show up to every class she teaches. She's honestly the best! We also tried Derek's class, and he's just as awesome. He pushes you just right, encouraging you to dig a little deeper and keep going even when you feel like stopping. I would urge people to be very careful when signing up for a membership here. I canceled my…read moremonth-to-month membership in writing (per their policy and contract) on December 24, 2025, but the studio asked once for further info, then never acknowledged the cancellation and continued billing anyway despite me sending multiple follow ups. It is now March and they have continued adding charges for months after cancellation. The balance has now increased to about $477. I have tried multiple times to resolve this directly, including emailing the studio, 3rd party billing and the manager, but literally no one trom the studio has responded to me in writing confirming cancellation. When I spoke to 3rd party billing, Club Ready, they too ignored the cancellation request and tried to pressure me to pay by threatening sending the account to collections. I continue receiving automated billing emails and text messages, along with phone calls asking me to call them to pay the balance. Because I have been unable to get a response or written confirmation of cancellation, I have had to document the situation with consumer protection agencies. I truly hope the studio does the right thing, corrects the account balance and confirms the cancellation in writing.

Let me tell you, his training changed my whole body! My body has transformed completely from a regular female body with not much strength in the upper body, to one that has muscle definition, energy and strength. Body changes: Belly before: a little pouch, kind of pudgy, but some core strength from yoga Belly after: smaller waist, OBLIQUES showing, lean and very strong core muscles Chest before: just lean, not much strength Chest after: visible nice looking layer of chest muscles that is not too much, still feminine and look strong and healthy like a celebrity Shoulders before: rounded, not very good posture, very normal looking Shoulders after: shoulder look leaner, more angular and look much better in clothes. I even have super defined muscles when I flex and it's crazy amazing! Arms before: slightly fat in the upper arm, probably have some hidden muscles to begin with Arms after: that layer of fat is replaced by strong muscle definition and they look so good and feel stronger Legs before: chubby and not too strong. I am built with more fat in this area Legs after: stronger quads and better looking calves! Unbelievable. It's not making me become someone with hot model legs but I look much better than before! Coach Norm is so kind, so compassionate, and most importantly, his workouts feel like checking in with my buddy. We joke around while he gives me complex moves while carefully observing my form and help me make micro adjustments so my workout is more effective and safe. He's really good at not pushing me to the brink of hating working out and always let me stop a set early if he spots that I am struggling with it, so I don't get injured. With his charisma, caring attitude and expertise in the industry I couldn't recommend him enough!
