The woman that I spoke with was so kind & helpful. I tweaked an arrangement that I saw online to accommodate their pink & white theme & it turned out perfectly! They sent a photo of the arrangement & it was stunning! They were both blown away! This is my first time using Le Fleurel, and I am so impressed I want to leave a review. I ordered a bouquet for a memorial. (I only gave them 2 days notice, and they were able to fill my order.) Their customer service is impeccable. They needed to swap out the color of the vase/bucket from what was shown on their website and reached out to me by text and phone call. I had ignored them because I thought it was spam (it's that time of year), but they persisted until they got a hold of me. Many places would've just made the swap, but they went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the end product. And the recipient of the bouquet just texted me with a picture. Could you imagine sending a bright pink arrangement to a funeral/memorial service? Me neither. I had high hopes for this florist, but I was quite disappointed. I selected this florist because one of the arrangements had a Tiffany blue box I liked. I reached out to ask the florist if it was correct that there would be a $45 delivery fee - the delivery address is 15 miles away so a fee this high was unusual. She made it $20 (which is still double the $10 rate at my usual florist) and made it seem like a big deal. She alerted me that she didn't have the blue box featured on her website for the arrangement I wanted - she could only do that box if I bought the bigger arrangement. I then selected a lavender arrangement - a brighter color than I initially planned, but I didn't have a choice. I asked the owner to confirm she did have all the flowers and supplies for it. Yes, she said. Then she sent, instead of a lavender arrangement, a pink one. I was mortified that without my agreement, I had sent a pink arrangement for a solemn occasion. Wow!! This is my new and go to florist. I needed a bouquet for Valentine's Day and wanted to try out a new place locally so I went on yelp. I do not personally prefer using one 800 floral businesses because they local businesses I find tend to get more creative. Or can be. I came across La Fleur on yelp and decided to try them out for Valentine's Day. It was last minute the day before. Valentine's Day being the Super Bowl of florist days. She was great to work with finding something nice. I was so thrilled when I saw what was delivered. It ended up being the most elegant beautiful bouquet of roses in such a creative setting and unique. It looked like a hat box presentation almost. I believe it was called the Valentine's Day box. I appreciated the artistry and consideration put into this bouquet. And I like finding when you take a chance on a new business and they deliver. No pun intended. I don't even know where to begin here. My best friend had a tragic accident and was feeling very low. I needed to send her something to make her day a little brighter. I usually use another well known valley florist, but let's face it, everything has gone up in price and couple that with Valentine's Day, I thought I would try a different place. La Fleurel popped up on my search and it had some great reviews so I ordered a custom arrangement. I did it online and requested it to be delivered the next day. I received a text with photos of the arrangement. I made some requests for modifications to the arrangement and it was no problem. They provided me with several options. They didn't bat an eye. They just wanted me to be happy. They sent me a final photo for approval prior to sending it to my friend.
