First off WOW !! I've been going to so many places looking for some REALLY good popusas . And this place BLEW me away!!! The minute I was served. The popusas were not oily and greasy at all! They looked perfect !!! But the minute I took a bite wow there's no words to explain how absolutely delicious these popusas were ! The first bite took me back to when my best friends mom would make them and it felt like home. It felt like the moment when the Anton Ego from ratatouille took the first bite of the ratatouille and it took him back as a kid . This this was it for me . I will never go to another location looking for popusas!

This place has changed names a couple of times. It is now a salvadorian restaurant, I hope this one lasts because I really like their food, this is my go to place for chicken soup, the service is always attentive and the owners are friendly and welcoming. We've come here a few times and we always leave satisfied, their pupusas and breakfasts are really good too. The inside is not luxurious but is well kept and clean. The parking is very limited so if you find parking on the street, go for it.

First of all, I am super happy that I gave this place a chance through Grub-hub! I usually Order Pupusas pick up at Carrusel Bakery and Let me tell you That that recently they have not been on Point ! It is too hot to cook, so I decided to try this awesome place! Their Pupusas are easily, the best that I have tried in the valley ! they arrived hot fresh with an amazing cheese pull !!! I had to call the restaurant because the option for jalapeño and cheese was not available on Grubhub. I spoke with Rosy , she was super nice and accommodating , she told me just choose queso and Loroco pupusas and Ill know you want Jalapeño and Cheese I I will literally be ordering more stuff from this place. Great quality excellent price great customer service 10 stars for this amazing restaurant. I hope to eat at their place soon and try their fried calamari that looks delicious. I called them to let them know how amazing my experience was. I have yet to try my corn Tamal that I ordered. I'm sure it'll be delicious. Gracias a el Personal de Fonda Don Cuper un Establecimiento 5 estrellas , Calidad de comida muy amables ! Se los agradezco Mucho ! Chefs Kiss

Tasty pupusas. Not greasy. Customer service was good. There's a parking lot in the back.

If you're looking for an authentic taste of El Salvador, this is hands down the best pupusa in…read moreReseda ! I ordered 15 Pupusa Revueltas for the family and they were absolutely incredible. The masa was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and the filling was packed with flavor. The cheese was rich, creamy, and incredibly delicious. You can truly taste the quality of the ingredients; they definitely don't cut corners. The pupusa is not huge and It's not small. It's perfectly proportioned just like my mother in law makes them Every bite reminded me of the traditional flavors of El Salvador. Pair it with the curtido and salsa, and it's perfection. If you want a pupusa that stays true to its Salvadoran roots, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be coming back! Ashley is amazing and you can pay ZELLE! Thank you guys we will be back

It was right next door to my appointment and I thought I'd give it a try while waiting for my mom to finish up with her pedicure. They are $3.50 per tamale and it took approximately 10 minutes for my order of two to come out. I think they were steaming them. The restaurant was quite large and there was only one other customer there at about 4 PM on a Thursday. They had the ARV playing on the TVs and have bar seating. The service was friendly. Tamale is 8.5/10: it's packed with a lot of really fun, filling items, like a green bean, potato, olive, and hominy with white meat chicken. The chicken is a little bit dry. But the tamale is very flavorful!

Traditional Salvadorean Cuisine in the SFV!…read more Our first time trying Salvadorean food at this family owned restaurant in Reseda. Carlos gave us some great recommendations so we ended up trying pupusas for the first time. It's made with a homemade corn dough. It's thicker than a regular corn tortilla and stuffed with ground pork and cheese. They have a variety of fillings. You can add salsa roja, a flavorful tomato-based sauce or habanero sauce. Served with Curtido, a tangy, fermented cabbage slaw. So crispy, cheesy and filling. It came burning hot - I could barely hold it. But, I would definitely order this again! We tried Desayuno Típico, a traditional Salvadoran breakfast, which came with casamiento (beans and rice mixed together), Salvadorean style chorizo, fried plantains, 2 eggs, avocado, fresh cheese and Salvadorean style sour cream and homemade corn tortillas.
