We tried the steak, birria, el pastor, the el pastor combo, and I ordered the Queso Birria combo. My combo was Amazing. It comes fresh and hot with 3 delish tacos and the dipping juices with fresh lemon. The pintos have great flavor, too. They have a lot of options. The staff was friendly and fast. We did not wait long at all. They also offer churros. They were yummy, my only thought was, they could use a bit more sugar. For drinks they had sprite and coke in the can. It was pretty convenient that they came as a community dinner night for my daughter's apartment community. We were heading to the pool and decided to try the tacos. It was supper convenient and delish. We hope the community will invite Ruby's again. The sun was going down and the sunset was gorgeous. It was the perfect time to sit for a few minutes and while they prepared our order. Prices were reasonable and we were very pleased. We recommend. Check them out.

He was extremely pleasant, a great salesman offering explanation and options, and very efficient. He is the reason for the 3 star review. We tried four different tacos and a horchata. The pollo street taco was the best and most flavorful. They use dark meat so it was very moist. For us the sauce in the fish taco was overpowering everything else and had a heavy tarter sauce flavor. The two carne tacos were our least favorite for two reasons - several pieces were not edible (fat and gristle), and we felt the flavor was like Taco Bell package seasoning mix (just not our thing).
