The menu should specify they don't cook their salmon fully and the waiter should ask how you want it cooked. Not just serve up nearly raw fish. The rest of the dish (the pasta part) was okay. Kind of bland but edible. Overall I thought the menu was very limited. Just pasta and pizzas. Not really a good selection of non pasta based entrees. Cook the fish fully and bring in higher levels of flavor and this could easily be a three star review. But as is I was not impressed.
