Amazing everything great experience! This place has multiple servers and really takes care of you. I would take a sip of water and they were refilling my glass within seconds. We had the mussels and you have to dunk it in the sauce on the bottom. If not they taste plain. We ordered the lamb, lobster pasta, cheeseburger and steaks. The only one not good was the trout. I had them add the Parmesan truffles to my fries and wow! For dessert we ordered the chocolate mousse and the 3 ice cream looking with chocolate everywhere was very good. The place is very elegant and well kept. A very large staff for top service!

I've been wanting to try this restaurant because I've heard so many good things about it. I finally came here for work lunch and they have so many delicious options on the menu. We sat outside and the weather was perfect. To start off they gave us a sourdough bread and butter. I ordered the lobster roll on toasted brioche with side of truffle fries ($48). It was honestly the best lobster roll and fries I've ever had! The sauce added so much flavor and made the dish even more amazing. My friend ordered the mussels with a side of fries and shared some with me. They were so good too! Our server was also the best, very attentive and friendly. So glad I went! Really enjoyed it.

Went to La Goulue with a friend and had a really nice experience overall. We kept it light and ordered the charcuterie board and foie gras which were both well done and perfect for sharing. Everything felt very classic French -- simple, flavorful, and nicely presented. The atmosphere is what really stands out here. It definitely gives that chic Palm Beach energy without feeling stuffy. Great spot for catching up with a friend or a relaxed night out that still feels a little fancy. Service was attentive and professional, and while prices are on the higher side, that's kind of expected for the location and vibe. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're in the mood for French bites, wine, and a polished dining experience. I'd come back to try more of the menu.

Easy valet parking in front. As we arrived early at around 5:30pm, we were seated quickly and the staff was super attentive, The restaurant got busy closer to 7pm. We ordered from their Flavor South Florida menu, with the addition of some escargot (which are absolutely delicious here). Although I wasn't a fan of my heirloom tomato salad appetizer which featured some overly mushy and heavily salted slices, the rest of the meal was excellent. The sea bream en Papillote was superb. I especially enjoyed the chocolate mouse as well. I like the French bistro feel to the restaurant and the seating is fine - not overly comfortable, but better than many places. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We've enjoyed eating here previously and will return.

A great experience. We initially dined because they offered caviar and ordered a few other items on the menu. Our waitress was pleasant and very accommodating since we had a little one with us. I will however warn anyone who doesn't like loud spaces that everyone's voices echo in here despite it being an intimate space.

The waiter was so fun and accommodating They have great gluten-free options. The snails are absolute incredible. The beef carpaccio was a little thick and chewy, but the flavor was good. The Dover Sole was excellent.!!!

Omg. So La Goulue means the glutton or pig lol and yes... I acted like one... & it was more than worth it!! Yes the cheese soufflé... but also the Croque monsieur, & lobster roll, also the pomme frites... lord have mercy! We sat at the bar and it was all a dream.. highly recommend!

This is a special place. Not a grab a bit place. You go here purposefully. We started with a special which was smoked branzino dip, served with cornichons, pickled onions, and 4 pieces of toasted French bread chunks. It was very good. The mound/large scoop of fish was a bit too much for the bread, but we still had the crusty bread they bring to the table and used some of that. Brought home almost half of it, though, Would have been perfect had we shared it among 4 people. We ordered the cheese soufflé, without the truffle oil. This was the thing to order. Wow. The consistency was perfect. Like a sponge. The taste was perfect too This is the one thing I would get any time I come here. Which I hope to do again soon. What a treat. Fabulous. We also got the salad with barely cooked tuna I couldn't eat any of that and my friend had some. We plan to split that for dinner. Portions are generous, though had we skipped the app, we may have been able to eat both entrees. Service was perfect. Atmosphere is quite similar to a Paris bistro. Seats outside also. Even in our seats, the door/windows were opened wide so it was as though we were outside. You can see what I mean in the photo. My friend got a mimosa and we drank Evian because my friend says that FL water is awful. So nice. Very special time there. Special place truly.

At first we were a little tense due to traffic due to the boat show. I do recommend calling ahead, as we did but they are very strict with the 15 min grace period. Once seated my mom and I ordered drinks. Would love to see some house mocktails, since they have the best cocktails and very knowledgeable creative bartenders. This place is definitely worth asking for recommendations, especially the cocktails. We had beautiful weather for a tropical French brasserie. I had the escargot and the snails were a perfect size. Definitely use the toast. My mom had the Scallops St. Jacques which are beautifully plated and the caviar bump on each of the scallops. I had the Maine lobster linguini. It was so flavorful with large chunks of lobster. The linguini was obviously freshly made. I highly recommend this dish. Dessert is a must. The crepes Suzette was served flambé. The flavor was authentic but not too sweet. The profiteroles are huge. My mom barely tackled one. I highly recommend the C'est La Vie and Millionaire (off menu, so may not be available). This is one of my favorite PBI spots and the valet is perfect. Enjoy the ambiance with a table on the edge but inside.

Everything was great. Food was DELICIOUS and we got a lot! Crab cakes as a special, escargot, steak tartare, beef bourguignon and the filet. Our waitress Mahrina B was so kind and attentive - checking in on us without being too much which is hard to do coming from someone who's worked in restaurants. My only small complaint was the tight quarters are table was at. Luckily we had friendly neighbors we ended up chatting with but it was difficult getting up from my seat and would've appreciated some more space. Will still love to return to this amazing restaurant when I visit Palm Beach!

    Yum!

Feels like fancy Palm Beach, which it is. The Bronzino in a salted pastry crust was a special treat. We always order the beef tartare, and it didn't disappoint. Servers were knowledgeable without being snooty. One thing - it was very loud inside, so it's hard to have a conversation beyond with the person right next to you.

Is there a dress code for brunch? Are dress shorts & a polo acceptable?

It is Palm Beach....I do not go anywhere without a nice pair of white jeans, collar shirt and dress shoes. It is a talked about a lot in town right now to keep it a special place. We will eat here a lot after church so I might even have a jacket…

    Do they have valet parking?

Yes. Dinner only, though. No valet at lunch/brunch

Are dogs allowed with outdoor seating?

Yes, you can take your dog on their patio

I'm not here to diminish anyone else's experience, but rather to share my own honestly and constructively. Situations like this should serve as a learning opportunity for upper-level management, especially when the level of service and leadership falls below even basic expectations. We ordered a filet mignon that lacked the tenderness I would expect from a restaurant claiming this caliber of dining. We also ordered the salmon, which unfortunately had that unmistakable metallic, pungent flavor that immediately signals the fish is not fresh and should not be consumed further. We brought the issue to the attention of the manager, who acknowledged it initially but never returned to follow up. To their credit, the salmon was removed from the bill and an alternative dish was offered. However, the overall experience still fell far short of what should be expected at this price point and reputation level. What disappointed me most was not simply the food itself, but the complete lack of genuine hospitality and ownership from management. Strong restaurants understand that service recovery matters just as much as the meal. There's a reason establishments like The Capital Grille or Flagler Steakhouse have earned reputations for professionalism and customer care. Sometimes I genuinely think managers at places like this should spend time training in environments where hospitality is treated as an art form rather than an inconvenience. The following day, I was still disappointed enough to write this review. At a certain point, guests should not have to spend over $200 while simultaneously educating a restaurant on how to deliver proper service and quality control. With an abundance of superior restaurants nearby, this is not a place I would return to, even if offered a complimentary meal. Don't chance it.
