Absolutely loved this place. Watching Joey (Owner? and acting as Matire D) working was a treat in itself. He came by before we were served asking whether everything was OK. And then came again after we were served asking if everything OK, I said a slight mixup in wife's order (given regular vs special that night which was to be a different companionate adder to fish dish) and he jumped right on it. Had it fixed in a NY minute. I just hope no one was shot in the kitchen. Watching him work the tables and staff was a restaurant symphony. Was comped a glass of any wine. Service AAA+ obviously. Food AA Italian comfort main stream. I had veal Vesuvio and was on point, She had the a fish dish liked also. Ambiance: This nigh was like a Vegas casino. Older crowd but we fit in. He said Neil Diamond (honor performance) would be on later if I wanted to come back (HaHa felt like wanted a Goodfellows walk thru the kitchen to the table). Overall , a rememberable experience.. As a heads up, If you want a booth I was told one must reserve at least a month in advance by waiter. We found a new FAVORITE Restaurant. in West Palm Beach. And given the high prices now in the area this was reasonably priced. I'll admit, I didn't expect a restaurant inside a Hilton to be this authentic, but Osteria by Capri is a total hidden gem. From the moment you walk in, the vibe shifts from "hotel lobby" to an upscale, intimate Italian lounge. The food is clearly made from scratch. We started with a liittle charchuterie of Spicey Capocolo and Red rpasted Peppers and cheese.. For the mains, the homemade Rigatoni and the Eggplant Parmigian were the stars--the portions are huge, and the sauce tastes like it's been simmering all day. They even brought out complimentary meatballs to start, which was a classy touch. Service was top-notch; our server Courtney was attentive without hovering, and the owner, Joey, actually made the rounds to check on tables. To top it off, the Tiramisu is a must-order--it's easily the best I've had in Florida.along with the Joey Cannolis with Nutella. It can get a little loud when the music kicks in, and be aware of the small surcharge for credit cards, but for the quality of the meal and the "old school" hospitality, it's worth every penny. read more

On Monday March 9th 2026, I visited Osteria by Capri in West Palm Beach for an early dinner. The inviting white table cloth environment set the mood for my celebratory birthday experience. The manager warmly greeted me to my seat. I couldn't help notice the cleanliness and polished silverware. The waiter - "Luca" carefully listened to my order which was Pollo Pompei. The food was incredible, tasty and carefully crafted. The presentation was superb and mouth watering. The waiter, the staff who tended to my needs were professional and responsive. They were very attentive and prompt. I was very impressed. I will definitely make this my restaurant choice next time I'm in the West Palm Beach area. read more

Italian food in the US simply is embarrassing. $28 for a plate of soggy linguine with eggplant covered with fake mozzarella. And the plate being garnished with balsamic vinegar makes no sense and it's ridiculous. Americans just need to stop making Italian food. It's embarrassing. And why are 2 slices of eggplant (the poor man's meat) over pasta 28 dollars? Stuck at this hotel for 2 days. Next time I'll be ordering food out, saving money and eating better. read more

Our home away from home was a delightful mini getaway to West Palm Beach. We stayed at the PBI Hilton and dined at our favorite restaurant, Caprí. The experience was nothing short of amazing. The food was incredibly delicious, and the decor was classy and romantic. The servers and bartenders provided exceptional service, making our visit truly special. Caprí is truly food for the soul! Solo night and had a delicious fish at the bar and Francisco provided outstanding service. It was an early evening for me.

This is such a better restaurant than the Tony Roma's that was here before. The bar is center stage and they do a great job. Excellent beer selection and all the usual liquors and a reasonable top shelf collection. The service is excellent and very attentive. The atmosphere is what I would call upscale casual. The menu is pretty extensive northern Italian. I would love to see a couple more low carb options. They do have a couple of steaks which is nice but on the expensive side. Something a little less pricey would be nice. Perhaps a grilled pork chop and/or chicken breast would be nice. I stay in the hotel several times a year and this is a really nice option for staying in. Recommended. read more

I ordered the Calamari Fritti and Linguini con Vongole through Door Dash. Delivery service was great, but the food was horrible and definitely not worth what I paid. The calamari was rubbery and the breading just fell off when I touched it. Plus, some of the pieces still had the quill it. It also had no flavor. The Linguini con Vongole was so bland, watery, and disgusting. There was no flavor at all and the liquid just tasted like water with some olive oil. It was so bland. No matter how much garlic salt, pepper, spices, and pecorino I added, it didn't taste good. A well-prepared Linguine con Vongole shouldn't have a lot of excess liquid sloshing around. The goal is a luscious, creamy sauce that coats the pasta rather than a soupy consistency. This was not the case. There was a lot of excess liquid sloshing around and there was no creaminess. This was definitely not worth the $30 I paid. The Tiramisu was decent. read more

You don't need a flight to enjoy some authentic Italian food. Just drive to the Hilton Palm Beach and you'll be enticed by the exquisite dishes at the new Osteria by Carpri. Start with a Manhattan or Martini along with some appetizers like the Grilled Misto or Meatballs and of course they also have Calaamri. Then for the main course, they offer a variety of pastas but I love the Veal Parmigiana. They also have seafood linguinis by I highly recommend the Seabass from the specials. And don't skip the dessert. You cant go wrong with their fresh tiramisu with a shot of Frangelico which was recommended by my server. This place is legit so what are you waiting for? read more

I went here last weekend and had a great experience. It wasn't crowded, so we were sat right away, even though we made a reservation online. The staff was very attentive and offered champagne and bread upon being seated. For appetizer we had the calamari alla capri, it was delicious. The right amount of sauce, spiciness and fried calamari. I got the linguine con vongole with a white wine sauce. It was a little watery, but it came with a lot of clams and was delicious. The shrimp diavolo over linguini was also a big portion and really good. The lighting was dim provided an intimate ambiance even with the football games on near the bar. I go here every time I drive friends or family from or to the airport and it's a great choice. The restaurant is comfortable and the staff is great and I make sure to always go when Travis is working because his service makes a good dinner a great dinner. The menu is varied but I always go for the house made Rigatoni and it's fantastic with a sauce that's among the best I've had in South Florida. Italian American staples are better here than most local restaurants and that can be because the ingredients seem fresher. I've had Chicken Parm and Chicken with a lemon sauce and both were excellent. I've gone through most of the menu and nothing has disappointed. I would come back regardless of whether I had to go to the airport or not as the excellent food, service and drinks can't be beat. read more

Stayed at the hotel for the week and ended up eating at the hotel restaurant twice. First time was for the convenience and second time was by choice!! The staff is wonderful, especially if you sit at the bar and food is delicious. I would give 5 out of 5 for the service and 4 out of 5 for the food. The tastefully, decorated and equipped restaurant has a separate entrance, tucked away adjacent to the Airport Hilton main lobby, a stones throw distance from PBIA. I enjoyed a wonderful preflight dinner with my granddaughter, her husband and great grandson. Our dinner choices were excellent, in presentation and quality. Following well-prepared cocktails, we shared and enjoyed Pizza Margherita, Caesar salad, Vitelli Franchese and generous portion of Lobster Diavolo over Linguini. Probably because it was Monday early evening, some of the necessary ingredients were not available after weekend dining. We were there in May of 2025 for a business trip. We stayed 7 days and we went to this restaurant 5 of the 7 days for dinner. Our drinks were excellent, service was outstanding and food was amazing. This new restaurant is located in the Hilton Hotel by PBI & right next to I95. The service & food was excellent. You have to try the Nonna's Meatballs with Ricotta Cheese & Marinara sauce, Chicken Parmigiana & lastly the Homemade Rigatoni Vita Mia, all excellent. Probably one of the worst meals I've ever had. First, the bread was old. I ordered the chicken, which was supposed to come in a white wine sauce. The sad chicken arrived in a greasy soup of fat, with a skin on it, which is what happens when fat sits and congeals. The risotto was pure white, starchy and clumpy, clearly microwaved. To even call this risotto is a crime. The steaks were cold, liked they'd been pre-cooked and reheated. This is the saddest restaurant in Palm Beach County, don't eat here. read more

Giving it 5 "*****" The service was exceptional (Our Server -owned a NJ Bagel Shop- I am so sorry I forgot her name). Personable, knowledgeable and attentive. Joey the owner or one of was over the top amazing from start to finish. We started with the Burrata and prosciutto appetizer (Delicious). Perfect portion size. I ordered the homemade rigatoni (Now I know homemade) They nailed it! The dish choice was the "Via Mia" Fantastic flavor in the Sauce. (I added the blackened chicken) The Rigs were the "Real Deal." My business peer had the Chicken Parm over Pasta. It was amazing, two perfectly browned and smothered cutlets covered w/Cheese & Sauce. Joey brought us out the "Star of the show." the In House made Tiramisu! Superior! This place is a real gem! Great food, service and atmosphere! They own a restaurant in Hilton Head and many others in Chicago. I enjoyed the food and conversation enough to say that this is a winner!
