Giving this spot a three, because overall the spot was good. It got its own flavors, for example the chicken isn't your typical rotisserie flavor, it has a smoky flavor. Love the garlic sauce on the side and the chimichuri sauce. I little disappointed on the tortillas, you only get two in a meal. Their aguas are alright, not the best, although I did get mines for free, for being my first time here. The chicken , rice and beans though; pretty good. Service is good, they are friendly and the place is clean and ample space to sit down and eat there. Price is good, I paid $14 for a full meal. I would recommend if you want to try rotisserie chicken with a twist.
When I saw there was a new business here I looked it up and saw that they served rotisserie chicken, I couldn't wait to go. When I walked in I could smell the smoke and I knew I was in for a treat. I was greeted when I walked in and helped right away. The employees were nice. I ordered a two piece with rice and Cole slaw. The chicken was hot, seasoned and cooked well, the rice had a good flavor and I believe the Cole slaw was homemade but I could be wrong, ok. They give you dipping sauce and fresh warm corn tortillas. My favorite sauce was the garlic sauce and the red hot sauce. They have other items available that I plan to try , like the flautas. They have tables and chairs inside for dining in, they did a good job with decorating. There's a convenient parking lot. I recommend this place for a healthy, flavorful meal.
Their rotisserie chicken is probably one of the best flavored chicken I've had! Amazing tender and so tasty! There's plenty of indoor and some outdoor seating. It's a relaxed atmosphere not like an outing or date night environment. Kind people and they take pride in their food. Very generous. I got a two piece meal that had two side, rice and beans. It was served with two tortillas and all their amazing sauces. I paid about $14 total taxes included. I will definitely be back!

Reminds me of pollo la brasa with better fries and flavor. The chicken is roasted on an open flame. The people are really nice. The customer service is great. They gave me a free hibiscus drink. I got the whole chicken family meal with rice and beans and added fries. Good luck to them the meal comes with a whole chicken and 2 large sides and tortillas for $30
Try the Chicken Burrito with fries inside. You can thank me later. I also got an horchata and let me tell you something brother ! It's bussin 10/10 I live in Long Beach and I will now commute back to this place every month - every week !
I tried this new location that's right by my pad. So happy that I did! It was delicious and the price is not bad for what you get. I got the half chicken with two sides...fries and rice. The flavor on the chicken was top tier and same for the sides so good! Definitely coming back again to try more on their menu. It's similar to El pollo inka in my opinion.
Excellent rotisserie chicken at very affordable prices, my wife, daughter, and I ordered the family which included a whole chicken, choice of two sides (we got Cole slaw and fries), assorted sauces, and tortillas. We had a complete lunch with leftovers for around 30 bucks. The chicken was juicy with a good smoke flavor. The fries are house made and the slaw had a nice crunch. The location has a seating area inside and an outdoor patio area is coming soon. We took our food to go but walked around the grounds while waiting which features an herb garden and some other fruits and veggies. It gives a nice homey feel and a farm fresh culinary vibe. We will definitely be coming back to try more menu items.

And to get a fresh, flavorful, dare I say semi healthy meal for $30 in this economy is something we should all support. Chicken- rotisseried to perfection. Fall off the bone meat perfumed with smoky aromas. Had a wonderful citrus herb marinade. Mac- not your standard soul food Mac, more like steakhouse style. It's pretty mildly flavored, wish there was a more pronounced cheese flavor. BUT it definitely satisfies that creamy indulgent craving. Red beans- again, not your typical southern style but super tasty. Latin refried beans x Cajun red beans hybrid. Potato salad- such a sleeper, don't skip. Well seasoned with a good ratio of pickles and other acidic flavors to balance the meal. Sauces- Chimi and jalapeño crema are a must Ask for more tortillas if you get the whole chicken meal and add on a few more sauces. Enjoy!!!
This place opened a few months ago just down the block. I didn't think much of it until my neighbor mentioned how good the chicken was and wow was she right. I got the half chicken plate with rice and coleslaw. The rice was a little dry but tasted very good. The coleslaw isn't like the crappy coleslaw you might get at a fast food -- you can tell it was made with quality ingredients. Now the star of the show... The chicken was very juicy and flavorful you can actually taste firewood. The skin was full of flavor and the dill on top was a great addition to it. I got a chimichurri sauce for an additional 0.75$, it was okay. What was great was the garlic sauce that comes complimentary with the meal. The woman who took my order was very friendly and asked if I had any questions. I ordered to-go and my food came out in 5 minutes. Super fast. Don't let the exterior and surrounding area fool you out of this place. The inside is small but very clean, with brand new furniture. A true hidden gem!!
Wooooow! Ordered take out. The chicken was great. The wings are better than versailles (IYKYK on the versailles wings). The mac was really rich. Places usually charge extra to upgrade a side for mac this good. The garlic sauce was like zankou chicken's, but also better (IYKYK on that one too). Family owned and operated. Friendly service. Very reasonably priced. We got an order of wings and a plate for $25. El pollo loco could never! We will be back to try the rest of the menu.

UNDENIABLY bold, delicious, and so original! Quality, quantity, and price all harmoniously come together here. Rotisserie chicken is a beautiful thing, but then their mesquite-borderline-smoking of the birds just takes it to whole nother level. Not only are these some huge-ass (most likely roided out) chickens, but who is complaining when they're this juicy & flavorful??! THEN they take all the best components of Latin and Mediterranean cuisine, and sprinkle a little Soul up in the mix. Their salsa roja was great with an actual kick, can't ever go wrong with jalapeño crema, the chimichurri one of the best we've had, and they actually managed to nail the toum garlic sauce. Incredible and so unexpected! Don't get me started on the sides. Well, to be fair, we had to boil it down to just 2 for the Family Meal. But what impressed us even before ordering were the options they offered. Wanna keep it "Americano"? Mac & cheese, cole slaw, with potato salad. South of the Border? Rice & beans! We opted for the latter and were super happy with our choice. Two simple things very easy to not do well, but they are not an afterthought here. Refried mostly whole kidney beans but so deliciously creamy. Rice is tasty, tender, and moist. THE FRIES! A legit mountain of super yummy hand cut papas that reheat extremely well. We were well-fed for days!!! An enormous amount of amazing leftovers that made many tasty meals. They have a lot of other exciting things on the menu that we hope to try soon. This family is clearly very ambitious, passionate, and talented at their craft. BRAVO. read more

Nestled away in a deeply uninspiring part of town is La Granja Rotisserie. Located at the corner of 59th Place and Crenshaw, it fills the air with the wonderful scent of wood fired rotisserie chicken. We each had the rotisserie chicken bowl and here are the results: Me: I thought it was damn delicious and expertly flavored. Wife: "It's good, but it's too salty." We also had the fries. Nothing special about them, but seasoned well and highly addictive as it turned out. The menu itself seemed pretty good too. There's steak, breakfast choices and a few other things that we'd like to try if we are ever in this neck of the woods again. The service: The woman at the counter was sweet and somewhat attentive. Service with a smile. She was nice. The place itself has a charm to it. It's very clean and there is ample seating inside as well as the outdoor patio, which would benefit from a revamp to the existing artificial flora that adorns the fencing. The restroom is very clean. Eat there. Support a small business. Their food deserves it. Adios amigo. read more
Though it's posted that they open at 11am, I'd say it's a loose opening time. I got there at 11:30 and the gates were closed but I heard music inside so was able to wave someone down to open the door and they confirmed they are open. They also don't pick up their phone so I wasn't able to order in advance. Unsure if I just happened to come on an off day. The chicken was good but I've had better. The flautas were pretty good. I give this place a 10 of 10. Had the family meal, chicken, mac and cheese, coleslaw and added French fries with corn on the cob. The chicken was juicy and marinated to perfection. The mac and cheese was amazing, not quite bbq style but fire. Fries were great as was the coleslaw. Ill be back, ASAP. The service was outstanding, everyone was very attentive. I am soooo impressed with this place. My son and I came for the first time this week and we had a fantastic meal. So good that I had to come back a few days later with my wife for brunch. The food is outstanding, the people couldn't be nicer, and honestly it is the most pleasant outdoor dining experience for miles. It is very chill and comfortable. Ok, so im a real foodie, not a pretender. So first takes on this place, its centrally located good parking and a clean looking place. The guy behind the register was smooth, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. The smell in this place had me salivating, I was ready to get down. But... When I got to the house I sat down after running up the stairs, ok so boom, I bust open the bag and it looks really good!!!I tasted the sauces first, garlic sauce was ok not super crazy about it, the chimchurri was on point as well as the Chipotle sauce. The rice was tad bit dry I did come in before closing by 30 minutes, but it was well seasoned. The cilantro slaw was ok, not wet enough needed a little more luv, it just dragged for me a tiny bit. The chicken was good, but just good needed less time on the grill, which is why ordered dark meat. ALL IN ALL, its cool if you want to switch up on pollo loco. But im not impressed enough. I'll have to try it again maybe closer to when they open. But as of now its a 3 out of five on the food. Service and ambiance gets a 5 out of 5. read more

We keep going back, again and again, we can't get enough! We keep ordering the family meal because it's delicious chicken at a great price and service is always good. We've now tried the rice and beans too, everything is just so delicious. Dined in for this first time this weekend and enjoyed the patio dining, chill and enjoyable. I recommend La Granja to all my neighboring friends and family. Yum! read more

Family of 5 went in on Saturday afternoon. We ordered 1 1/2 chickens, a bunch of different sides including rice, beans, macaroni, corn and fries, a plate of nachos with shredded chicken and a burrito, all were amazing and juicy an flavorful with a nice smokey taste. The service was great, they brought out everything family style on a large charcuterie style board and we helped ourselves until we couldn't handle anymore. The place is small but cozy enough to accommodate us. While we were there, nobody else was eating but taking orders to go every few minutes. We'll be back soon. read more

I absolutely love this place. You can smell the chicken even before walking in, the costumer service is great . Highly recommend getting the family meal with the coleslaw, Potatoe salad , and the Mac n cheese. The chicken is very very juicy and savory.
