The asada was plentiful- with a smokey, crispy edge that was also juicy and tender. The cheese was fresh and the tortilla was soft. Delicious all around. Better than what I've tried at a brick and mortar burrito place lately. I'm picky with flavors because I know how to cook so I can be a flavor snob. This food was good for a commercially made burrito and taco and if you don't want to cook. Again, much better than any brick and mortar taqueria in the area. I Just wish they had communicated to me that they were out of avocado and lettuce so that I could make an educated decision to not get a super and just order regular tacos and burritos and just add cheese. Communication is key when you run a business. Just keep your customers informed if you run out of certain add-ons ( lettuce, avocado, sour cream) so we know. I'm still on the fence whether I'd go back again.
