Unfortunately there was a lot of bread out and personally for me I don't prefer. I got the Nutella Conchas, when I took a bite there was no Nutella, the other side had a small amout put in, but it wasn't piped all the way through. I also bought the Nutella Cinnamon roll, not my fav. Lastly a pineapple Concha, chocolate chip cookie and the red velvet Concha. I have tried better, fresh and softer bread. We finally went to visit the place all over tiktok. I was expecting bad experience going by the comments section but was surprised. They were all very welcoming,nice little place with diff breads to choose from. I'm not a concha person but I wish they made the concha a bit thinner and they would definitely be better with the chocolate and strawberries but that's just me.They weren't bad just wish a bit thinner. I'm also not a fan of the famous chocolate but this was actually good. I got a birrote with cheese(cream cheese) I wanted American cheese but eh it was still good. It was empty when I went only me getting bread and service is self serve . Ambiance chill . I don't know if it's cuz the bread has been sitting but I tried the corn and the 2 banana pudding breads they weren't great at all . The corn one was hard and the banana one if you don't like heavy banana artificial taste don't get it , the empanadas were great definitely not worth the TikTok hype. Came here for a Cinco de Mayo breakfast celebration for their uniquely cream filled concha's. First time being here and I highly recommend them especially if it's a cheat day. Well let's just say it was my cheat day. We had the pineapple and vanilla filled conchas with cheese. We also ordered the sweet potato empanadas, which were a little too sweet for our liking. Saw the viral "Dubai chocolate" conchas on TikTok and decided to make the almost-hour commute to try these. Very disappointing. Waited in a line that was not terribly long, but moved very slow. The employees were not nice and welcoming and seemed bothered by me asking what other Dubai chocolate items they had. The concha was sad, it was super dry and only had a few slices of strawberries and the only chocolate was on top which was partially smeared off by the small packaging they put it in. Definitely not worth the drive and price. Did not try anything else as I only wanted "Dubai chocolate" items, but I do not recommend this place if you're solely wanting a Dubai chocolate experience. read more

I gave them a try, but they turned out to be too crumbly and messy for my taste. Flavor-wise, they were okay -- not really worth a long trip, though. Thumbs Down: Nothing here is labeled, so you have to guess what each item is. Thumbs Down: The cinnamon rolls look fantastic, but unfortunately, the icing has coconut in it. I find it frustrating when chefs add unexpected ingredients to what should be simple recipes. I've only been here a handful of times, since I'd rather make the drive to the bakery on Wayside and 45; but living across the street from this bakery, sometimes convenience gets the best of me. I was here again tonight, and I can confirm that EVERY TIME I'm here, I leave with some kind of unknown charge. I walk out with buyer's remorse because of the sticker shock, and upon examination of my receipt, I find extra charges. Tonight I have an extra $2 charge for I have no idea what. I paid $13 for FOUR pieces of sweet bread and two $2.50 bags of torta bread. I have 7 line items on my receipt. But what good does it do to walk back in demanding an explanation on a small charge? Don't place shipping orders from this business. I was excited to try the Pumpkin spice conchas so placed an order on December 10th, 2024. UPS was to deliver on December 12th, 2024 I was home waiting to receive the package. No package was delivered. I contacted UPS made a claim. Then I contacted the business so they can follow up with UPS. My order was lost/delivered to the wrong house. I tried to get a hold of someone in the bakery but it took numerous attempts. I explained the situation with no resolution. I requested a refund from UPS and the bakery but they put blame on each other as to who needs to provide the refund. There is no reason for me to lie about not getting the conchas delivered.. But if a business can't help find a solution or reimburse it's best to not offer delivery. Packages get missplaced, stolen or in my case lost by the carrier. Do not buy for shipping from here. It's not worth the headache. I won't order again from here. Awful experience and customer service is bad as well. read more

We were looking for a small cake they only had bigger ones or slices, so we opted out and went to another bakery, did not try the bread so cannot say how good it is.
