I was greeted by the friendly hostess at the order window and the menu was nearby to see the extreme variety of meats that you normally don't see at restaurants in the bay! If you haven't tried before, order the cabeza, tripa and lengua tacos! I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Full of flavor and beef that just melts in your mouth. I'd drive back a hundred plus miles just to have these again. The papusas are worth a try if you haven't tried before. They're a solid choice and I'd go with the pork and beans if you're a first timer. It's a bit hot out in Buttonwillow during the summer but they do have a bit of shade and few tables as you enjoy your authentic tacos!

The business owner is Maricella Salinas, and she is very friendly and loves what she does. She makes the drinks quickly and even adjusted my son's drink (because he didn't know it had coffee in it) and he loved it. The truck is so cute and could fit pretty much anywhere. We ordered a dirty chai, thicker than snickers and vanilla frapp that she added mocha and banana to and turned out delicious. They were all very tasty. I look forward to trying a different drink when I see her next.

Two thumbs way down, next time if Tita's is closed we are going to get back on the road to head up to that Mexican place in the plaza at the Paso Robles exit.
