I came up on this place by accidentally getting lost. And i am happy to report that this taquiero is good! It's literally just a taco truck with a few tents and a great menu! I ordered a carne asada burrito to go. The burrito was delicious and no grease! That was the best part. They have both green and red salsa. The green one was yummy! I wanted more. You take away the fat and the meat will not be very flavorful and it will be dry...and it's exactly how these lean carne asada tacos are; flavorless and dry. People may equate that to "high quality" meat...more power to you and enjoy your "diet" carne asada tacos. When I go to eat tacos, I want my tacos to have a nice protein to fat ratio.
