Some of the plantain chips were also a bit too hard to enjoy. The fried branzino was probably my favorite dish. The fish was very fresh, and I loved that the skin was left on. Personally, I think I would have enjoyed it even more with a creamier sauce instead of the chimichurri, but that's just a personal preference.
