The food here is absolutely delicious! If you're looking for a happy hour that's actually worth it,…read morethis is the place. We ordered the wings, oysters, and the paella. Everything was excellent, but the paella was the star of the meal my wife couldn't put her fork down. The drinks were cold, refreshing, and paired perfectly with the food. The only downside was the service at the front. The host seemed a little unfriendly, which wasn't the best first impression. Thankfully, the manager stepped in, was very welcoming, and seated us in the back, which ended up being the perfect spot for a quick bite and a couple of drinks. Overall, the food and drinks definitely outweigh the small hiccup at the beginning. We'll definitely be back for happy hour again.

The space itself is spacious, and I loved that they offer both indoor and outdoor dining options. There's plenty of seating either way, and the atmosphere was lively when we visited. Service was friendly and attentive. The food was good, and you can tell a lot of thought goes into the sauces and little details. That said, the flavors were a little outside of what I was craving that day. I was looking for something light, bright, and refreshing, especially seafood. I ordered the scallop ceviche and completely missed that it came with a guanabana sauce, so it ended up being a much thicker, saucier ceviche than I expected. The scallops were fresh and the flavors were good, but I was really craving a more classic ceviche. I ordered another ceviche afterward, and while the fish was fresh, the pieces were chopped a little too small for my preference and it still wasn't quite what I was looking for. Some of the plantain chips were also a bit too hard to enjoy. The fried branzino was probably my favorite dish. The fish was very fresh, and I loved that the skin was left on. Personally, I think I would have enjoyed it even more with a creamier sauce instead of the chimichurri, but that's just a personal preference. Overall, I really liked the vibe here and appreciated the creativity and care put into the food. Not every dish matched my personal taste that day, but there are still plenty of things on the menu I'd like to come back and try, especially during happy hour. And I'll definitely be back for a margarita.

There are only a handful of tables, but we were still able to find a spot easily (we went around 2pm). We ordered Cuban sandwiches and guava pastelitos. I hadn't had a Cuban sandwich in years, and these absolutely did not disappoint. The sandwiches had the perfect balance of bread, meat, cheese, and sauce. They were rich and flavorful without being greasy or dry. They also came with plantain chips and a garlic sauce on the side, which was a nice touch. I also really enjoyed the guava pastry. It had a generous amount of guava filling but wasn't overly sweet. I'm so glad we discovered this spot and will definitely be coming back.

Ambiance is super casual - maybe more of a take out spot, but there's decent seating. Came with 6 people (including 2 little ones) and it was great. Food: make sure to order the Garlic Moji and Cilantro Aioli on the side. They really make the dishes! I ordered the below and enjoyed it all: -Chicken Plate: very satisfying -Pork Sandwich (a little oily, but would order again) -Empanadas: favorite was ham & cheese. The guava one was ok - a bit rich and leans more heavily cheese.

The lobster appetizer and watermelon tuna ceviche were so fresh and delicious. The lomo saltado was delicious as well and the signature Paloma was one of the best cocktails I've had in a while. I'm usually not a fan of aguachile, I've had it at several places now but Landmark's version is the best one I've tried. If we weren't going to order so many dishes, I definitely would've gotten another order. Classic ceviche was a lil too acidic for me but L loved it. Fish tacos were good too. We're not a fan of truffle oil but L wanted to try it. Fried nicely. Love yucca.. we could taste the watermelon in the tuna ceviche. L was afraid it would be too sweet but it wasn't, he enjoyed it. The corn was really rich. We both had a sample of the corn and lomo saltado. Lomo was a bit salty for me, it's cut into little pieces. Different from the more authentic versions we're used to but it was interesting.. we took both leftovers home so we could mix it with plain rice to balance the saltiness. Service was excellent. Recommended to others and they loved it as well. The drinks were really good but strong. The frozen passion fruit margarita was my favorite, we ordered another. 1-2 drinks might be enough to get drunk but I had 5 which isn't my max usually but at Landmark.. I really should've stopped at 3 but I usually try most the menu if I can. Our server was so nice...Great atmosphere. I usually don't go to restaurants twice especially after I recommend them but if I do I definitely want to sit in the patio.
