It wasn't overly sweet despite the ingredients. Their pastries looked good but I didn't try any. They were busy on a Sunday morning but wait wasn't too long. This place was one of my cafe places to visit for the longest time, so happy I finally stopped by! Apart from the cute merch, the location is such a great meeting stop for business and casual meet-ups! I opted to choose their French Toast Latte and it was so delicious. I've heard so much about this growing local Dallas chain now and haven't had a chance to try it for myself until recently. I believe this is their newest location in Dallas right now, putting them up to 4 locations total. It's in a strip mall which does impact the vibe a little, when the outdoor seating area is adjacent to a huge strip mall parking lot, but their coffee is delicious. And I love the concept of their brand. The perfect latte is their infamous one. And my SO got it and loved it. It's not overly sweet, but just sweet enough. My americano was perfect. Great espresso with clean flavor. I love that their concept centers around being kind. Just being kind to everyone. Being the person your dog thinks you are. But in a aesthetic and humorous delivery of the message. Their tiktok account is also hilarious and warm hearted. Whenever I am in Dallas for work, I always make it a point to get to La La's. They have a great cold brew and the La La Froth is perfectly thick and after is melds into the coffee it is the perfect ratio of cream/coffee - no additional milk needed! The locations are always so aesthetic and this one had a great front patio to sit out on and enjoy the nice weather. The front patio is also dog friendly, and I don't want to brag, but I pet a major cutie pie puppy while there. Great service and a great product lead to an overall great experience! read more

This place has VIBES. We got there at around 8am on a Saturday morning to get fuel for the day. While the inside had blasting AC, most people were hanging outside with their dogs on the SUPER cute patio. The inside is small and intimate with a few tables but this is not the type of place to settle down with a laptop and work. We tried the La La Latte, the Rainbow Latte, and the Buddha Latte. I didn't get the true La La Land Kind Cafe experience/: 2. None of the outlets outside work so I ended up taking out my whole work setup for nothing. The only outlet that worked was by the back wall where there are no tables & people were hunching over their laptops since it was too far back to sit up against the wall. Service was fast, particularly for how crowded it was. The atmosphere in here at 3 on a Sunday is loud, dirty, and generally crowded. Not a great place to get work done, and no outlets by the tables, which is a cardinal sin for a coffee shop in a digital work era. They have outdoor seating, but if you're going to offer indoor seating, you need to keep your tables clean. There were also a weird number of bees on the shop windows and dead on the ground. We wanted avocado toast really bad a couple of weeks ago for breakfast. Googled places that offered it on the menus and lala land cafe popped up. Since then we have been a couple more times and have visited 3 of their locations. Richardson, lovers and this one in Addison. The outside and inside are all yellow and bright and so aesthetically pleasing. The avocado toast has been our go too item, the have a couple of variations and we face tried them all. The bread is a large slice and it's able to hold all the toppings well without becoming soggy. Avocado is fresh and generously applied. It could possibly feed 2 people. As for the drinks we have had a couple but we ordered them semi-keto style and they were just ok. The face done very beautiful looking drinks but we haven't been moved to try them yet. Customer service at each location has been good. Staff is friendly and receptive if you ask a question. I wish if you were ordering from the website they had a way to select to add more chilli flakes, there's a no chill flakes option. The lovers cafe was really generous with the chilli flakes the day I visited. The other locations not so much. That's my only thing. read more

It's a pretty small location but has a few tables inside and some outdoor space. I grabbed a la la latte with oatmilk and a croissant which really hit the spot. Normally, love the franchise but this location doesn't hit all the positives I've come to expect. The pros: Outside and inside are gorgeous to look at. Outside is the better ambiance. The cons: Dirty. Not much activity or cleaning going on even though there are six people standing around either talking to each other or playing on their phones. Tables we sat at hadn't experienced a wipe in a while even though the shop was not really busy. Crumbs of food on the floor. Staff not really knowledgeable or just didn't seem friendly or even courteous. Inside not a place to really sit and work or sit for very long period. Furniture completely not ergonomic and not comfortable. Tables too narrow and insufficient room under to sit properly or comfortably. Recommendation: if you're looking for coffee, order and go outside; if you're going to work, find another shop. Overall, it's meh. read more
