    Overnight oats crème brûlée
    Raina P.

La La Land | Beverly Hills Okay so I've been exploring restaurants and spaces all over LA forever, and I finally decided to just start sharing them. This is something I've genuinely always wanted to do.. so here we go! First up: La La Land in Beverly Hills. And no, I'm not late I just don't do the viral hype line situation. 45 minute wait? Not for me. Now, full transparency, I'm caffeine sensitive at the moment, which, as someone who was drinking matcha well before it was a personality trait, is a little tragic. So that also means no espresso drinks for me. I went with the iced salted brown butter oat milk latte and it was delicious. My only note is that the portion felt a little small for the price ... like, if I'm skipping the coffee, maybe meet me halfway on that? Just a thought. The real star though was the crème brûlée overnight oats with chia seeds. I will be back for that alone. Might just start making them at home too, honestly. Also got the turkey and cheese croissant! It was super flaky, super buttery. I ate half there and turned the other half into a whole sandwich once I got home. Love that for me. The space itself is clean. Soft contemporary, cream-colored pool table, very inviting. The kind of place you can actually pull your laptop out without feeling on top of someone. Staff had good energy, the line moved fast, and the napkins and pastry bags were genuinely good quality. Durable, substantial. Those little things matter to me as I pay attention to small details. Prices make sense for Beverly Hills. I'd just love a slightly more generous pour on the non-coffee drinks. But overall? Would coming back.

Such a cute cafe! And it's aesthetically pleasing inside. They also have matcha options as well and they had a vanilla bean foam flavored matcha which was yummy! Cute spot inside and out.

The line can get long but it moves fast; its just that a lot of ppl tend to go into a giant group and order a drink each so thats why its so slow.... but otherwise, once you step in, there's a really chic seating area with all the Lalaland merch. Drink flavors are very unique; I got the Father Day Carrot Cake matcha latte and my friend got the Yellow Rose matcha which has the rose syrup and saffron. Very unique flavors, i love the small cups they come in. I can see why its popular. Nice cream top as well. I love that they found the perfect tiny carrot to add to my drink hehe very posh overall Park in nearby underground parking garages for like $6 or so.

Out of all of the Lalalands, this Michelin style type cafe with the soft contemporary decor (with a cream colored pool table in the back!), and with this location ACTUALLY making the matcha, I love this!!! This Lalaland is matcha based with elevated pastries. The customer service is pretty good and I am a fan of this concept. Good job, and you now have me as a regular customer!

Very clean and sophisticated vibe in the heart of BH where they can craft a myriad of top notch matcha and latte drinks that are individually created for you right in front of your eyes. Service also fantastic. Both indoor and outdoor seating available. Also dog friendly which is a big plus for me. Here's what we tried over a few visits: 1. World's strongest matcha: double dose matcha (6g) which gives it more of earthy taste but the foam top provides the perfect blend of sweetness that compliments very well. Very good. My favorite so far. 2. Supreme matcha latte: the rarest matcha with only 100 ibs harvested per year. Only makes about 20 cups per day so try to go early. More on the earthy side but good. 3. Saffron rose latte: great matcha with hint of saffron and rose water. Pretty edible flower on top. 4. Carrot cake matcha: April specialty drink. Made with matcha or latte. Your typical matcha with a hint of carrot cake/cinnamon aroma. Topped with a teeny tiny carrot. Fun Easter drink. Nice cafe and open early for all you matcha and coffee lovers. See myself coming out here often

I had such a nice experience at La La Land Cafe. The service was super friendly, the cashier took the time to explain their most popular drinks, which I really appreciated. I went with the matcha and it was delicious, not too sweet with a really good, balanced flavor. I loved both the outdoor seating and the indoor space. The all white, modern decor is very minimal and chic, and even though there aren't windows inside, it still feels bright. They also sell cute merch. Even small details stood out, like the napkins, which are made of a strong, high quality material. Overall, such a nice spot. I'll definitely be back to try their coffee and pastries.

Love this location!! I'd heard the line can get crazy, so I was pleasantly surprised to see a short line around noon on a Sunday. Even better - the line moved quickly and I waited for less than 5 minutes for my drinks. SCORE!! The staff are so sweet and helpful, it's very apparent that they enjoy what they do and where they work. The pastries are delish. I had a slice of banana bread with chocolate chips, but there's also croissants and muffins. Prices on food options are relatively reasonable for the quality and location. I tried a couple of their matcha drinks, which are quite sweet but rather small - especially for the price. Not ashamed to admit that I'd buy them again and again, however... The interior is so aesthetically pleasing, clean, and inviting. There's a pool table to pass time. The restroom is tidy and well-kept. Parking is available in a nearby lot for $10, or else there's street parking. You can also park in the garage right next door, but it's more expensive, even for short-term visits.

Yellow rose matcha is absolutely incredible and I'll so be going back for it because wow the saffron was actually good. The carrot cake latte was insanely good too. Hojicha was standard, but wouldn't go out of your way to get one here. Really loved the reserve location (so stunning!) too and I love that the prices are still the same.

I got their $20 matcha, apparently they sell a limited amount per day but i was able to get the last one at 5pm on a Saturday so im guessing people dont like it that much? While the matcha was better than your average, no way its worth $20. The cup is so tiny and they fill the cup with ice to the top. Worth trying it one time but wont be returning

4.25 star review. I had previously tried Lalaland Santa Monica and it was pretty trash so when I saw that they had a location in Beverly Hills, I was a bit hesitant but gave it a shot. The location is big, lovely design and layout. Lots of seating and it would be a cool spot to hang out with friends with their pool table at the back. But we're here for the coffee and it exceeded my expectations. Maybe it was a bad day at the other location, but the baristas here worker well with each other and they took care of each customer and each drink. And the drinks were really good. I especially enjoyed the cortado. I can't remember the name of the second drink, it was a salted butter something and though I appreciated the effort in being creative, it just didn't quite hit. Will definitely come back soon to try a few other drinks.

We got the vanilla latte on draft and it was so so good! It was packed in there but quick service. And the ambiance was really cute, there is even some nice art and a pool table in the back!

WELCOME ! Is the first thing you hear , a huge smile with that comes after . This place is such a ," VIBE" . This is the place where lap tops and dogs and pool players are all welcomed. You can tell it's owned by great mom and pop story tying everything in . From the details on the walls, to the photographic memories clinging on the cream colored walls. Great place for an amazing PAIN . I'll share the photos here

La La Land Reserve is definitely an experience. The lines might look long, but they honestly move pretty quickly. Be prepared for everyone including yourself to be taking photos of every corner because this place is so aesthetically pleasing. I absolutely love the space. I ordered the saffron rose cream top matcha latte and it was delicious, truly unlike anything I've had at another café. So unique and worth trying. The only cons compared to the classic La La Land cafés are that the regular locations have better quality cups and much better portions. Lesson learned, next time I'll be ordering two drinks just for myself. I also tried the pain suisse, which was oddly very flat, but still delicious. Just a heads up, there are only about six bakery items and no other food options, so definitely don't come starving.

In addition to coffee, lattes, & date shakes made with dates sourced from around the world, Café Sheera offers Mediterranean sweets, traditional pastries, & sandwiches - all made with fresh ingredients and free from any chemicals, additives, or preservatives. She mentioned that their coffee is imported from Italy and that the Signature Herbal Lattes are a best seller as well as the Baklava Latte, which is flavored with honey & pistachios. I was sold on the Baklava Latte and requested it with almond milk. The girl that took my order was friendly as was the other gal behind the counter. I was impressed that Suzy prepared my latte for me. I took a sip and was pleasantly surprised that it tasted like Baklava. The bold, rich flavor of the roast was balanced out with notes of honey & pistachio. It also came with a bite sized piece of baklava that was the perfect tasty little snack.

The outdoor setting was perfect for people-watching, adding to the laid-back vibe of the place. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. I decided to try the Dialog Breakfast Burrito, which has soft scrambled eggs, kielbasa sausage, and melted cheddar; crispy hash browns to add crunch, and the house-made spicy ketchup provides a zesty kick. I also enjoyed a Madagascar vanilla latte and fresh-squeezed orange juice. Let me tell you, the breakfast burrito was fantastic! The eggs were cooked to perfection, and the flavors blended beautifully. A special shout-out to Annika, who recommended the vanilla latte--it truly was heavenly! They use house-made vanilla syrup, which elevated the drink to a whole new level. While we didn't order it, I must mention the BLT that the table next to us had. It looked and smelled amazing, and they confirmed it was as good as it appeared. If you're looking for a chill spot with great food and friendly service, Dialog is definitely worth a visit!

My friend chose to celebrate her birthday here with a tea party for 10 women, and it took nearly two weeks just to secure the reservation. Communication was slow and unresponsive. Her fiancé even tried to pre-order a bottle of champagne for the birthday girl, but they wouldn't accept payment over the phone, which made the process even more complicated. To make things worse, they mixed up the reservation time. They told us it was at 3:00 PM, but our confirmation texts clearly stated 2:00 PM. When we arrived at 2:00, the front-of-house staff was rude and told the waiter--right in front of us--that we had arrived too early, even after we showed proof of the confirmed time. That interaction really set the tone. We spend a lot of time in Beverly Hills and are used to high-end service, but this experience felt unnecessarily difficult and unwelcoming. We were debating between here and The Peninsula and chose this spot thinking it would feel more modern, but the entire reservation process and day-of experience were disappointing. In all honesty, the space itself wasn't as impressive as we expected either. By the end, the tea party itself was cute, and our waiter was very nice, but overall, none of us would recommend it or return.
