In fact, I came to know a couple of staff members well, including the manager Izza. One time I was lucky to see him roast the coffee beans with the in-house roasting machine. He gave me a 101 on how the machine worked and how the coffee beans were loaded into it. It was quite an experience to see it in action. Thank you so much for his "lesson". They clearly pay attention to the details when it comes to both instructions and taste. I definitely plan to come back.
