    Banana cloud matcha
    Briana N.

I love this location! Parking is pretty simple and they have an extended seating area in the back with a huge window, so there's a lot of natural light. It's a really nice place to hang out or just get some work done. I got the banana cloud matcha and it was overall really good. The banana flavor really came through throughout the whole drink. But I couldn't really taste much matcha flavor, so I wish it was stronger. All of their matcha is premade which already isn't the best sign, but the end result was still delicious.

I finally got to see what the hype was about at La La Land, and it definitely lived up to it. We stopped in for coffee and both drinks were really good. My fiancé ordered his hot and I got mine iced, and we were both impressed with how smooth and flavorful they were. He also grabbed a chocolate chip cookie, and to our surprise they warmed it up for him, which made it even better. It was soft, fresh, and honestly a perfect pairing with the coffee. Overall, such a cute spot. I can definitely see why people love coming here, and I'd happily go back again. Can't wait to visit Texas again or another city with a La La Land location.

The drinks and food are amazing! I love to grab a banana cold foam matcha and work from this location. The ambiance is clean and luxurious and the employees are very true to the ethos of the chain and kind. I love all of the collabs and limited time releases they do!

La La Land kinda lives up to it's name at this location. I will try it again but at another location to see if this is the norm or just a fluke at the Legacy Drive location. We got there at 8:45 am with the expectation of it opening up at 9 am (per the website). It seemed like we were not the only ones too. By the time 3 individuals pulled on the entrance door did a young man come out to tell us they do not open till 9:30. When they finally opened and we made it to cashier to order, we were greeted with a meh type face. This seemed to be the theme throughout the whole time (unless if they knew you then you got a smile or was a fellow employee). It wasn't like they were short staffed at all. I counted approximately 7 employees. We ordered two medium cafe lattes as well as a hazelnut toast and honey strawberry toast. Though it was busy at first, it slowed down to no customers by the time we were waiting for our order. When we did get our caffe lattes, they came in a fancy to go cup but not even fill to the top. Medium is more like SMALL ! Both lattes were delicious I have to admit as well as the specialty toasts. Unfortunately, I had to stand at the end of the counter for approximately 10 to 15 minutes after receiving both our lattes before someone asked me what I was waiting for. The girl at the cash register looked at me at least 3 times but said nothing as well as the three girls making the coffee orders. Not surprised ... Then a young man saw me standing there, he asked and I told him about our toast. He immediately went to the back area and found them sitting there. As to the quality of the specialty toasts, it was also very good ! Total cost : $38.33 including tip ( I should have skipped the tip ). As to ambience, it is very bright but roomy. Seems more like a boutique to sell their items with coffee on the side. I will give them kudos on quality of taste but not at all on service. I felt though out this, they (the employees) were doing me a favor and at the price they charge I've honestly had better ! Or at the very least, service with a smile !

Absolutely loved the service at La La Land and how cute it is, we stayed at the shops at Legacy on our recent trip to Dallas, and walked over to this La Land Land, which was bustling in the morning on our brunch crowd. We snagged a toasted s'more pastry pop tart for kiddo, a strawberry matcha latte, and the Dream Avo toast. All of it was such good quality, albeit pricy knowing what you're getting and the cause it serves. We also had the friendliest staff taking prompt orders and whipping out drinks and food so the line moved quick. Seating can be a bit cozy, but the crowds move and the space light and airy. We loved it and can't wait to return!

My order was set to be ready at 4:50 when I arrived, I was not greeted. After waiting for about five minutes, I was asked what I was waiting on for my order. I was still waiting on a sandwich. They said OK and walked to where the food was and pulled about 10 tickets that were waiting to be made since nobody was making food. They proceeded to make everyone's order and then finally mine. Since I had a lot of time to kill, I decided to use the restroom. They were so disgusting after using the restroom. I went to get a self-serve cup of water, but the water dispenser was empty. To top off my experience my sandwhich was over cooked so the top bread of it had random hard bits that can't be eaten.

I was looking for a coffee shop near my hotel and glad I found this one! I looked up the menu and the drinks sounded unique to me so I decided to check it out. I really couldn't decide what drink to get but I just went with their signature "la la latte." I was intrigued by their "cloud top." I also ordered a ham and swiss croissant. I was glad they asked if I wanted it warmed up - it's always nice when cafes ask that because no one wants a cold pastry! The la la latte was sweet and creamy - definitely wouldn't be my go-to every day latte, but it was a nice treat to have. The ham and swiss croissant was also good, although I wish there was more filling inside. I would def recommend this for out of towners if you are looking for a different coffee experience. The staff also worked quickly and were very organized with how they handed out drinks which I appreciated when it got busy.

Stopped in while in Plano for a conference. Super cute aesthetic inside, and packaging of the coffees and food is so cute and practical. Love the merch for purchase too.

This was a little worth the hype! The hazelnut croissant alone. Our wait was only about 15-20 minutes, but the friendly staff was moving at a fast pace. My coffee was delicious and the chocolate chip cookie was equally as yummy. Beautiful decor with lots of seating.

Traditionally a fan of Lala land kind cafe however not fan of their super long wait for the drinks and food items. This location is truly beautiful however the staff can be unfriendly at times. I went here for my birthday a month ago and the guy who assisted me with my drink was truly kind. However when I asked for a pup cup the girl who gave me the pup cup and made my drink seemed kind of in a bad mood which I did not appreciate specially after the order taking longer than normal estimating a 30 minutes wait. I had also initially had visited the Starbucks location off legacy west earlier which they had put me in such a good mood for my birthday and all that happiness was gone after visiting this store sadly. Again amazing drinks, great ambience, just hope that they work on their staff customer service.

The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I dont remember the name of the person who was out greeting everyone. We went to get the free hickey cup for our boy but sadly they were all gone. We grabbed a kids menu and got him a surprise gift instead. The kids avocado toast was really good- so fresh. I got a coffee Lalaland latte and it was good too. Overall the people, the atmosphere, food, drinks, music, everything was vibing so perfect!!!

This place is such a little ray of sunshine--literally! The yellow color scheme gives the whole café a bright, cheerful vibe. Yes, the line can look intimidating, especially on weekends, but it moves fast and the staff is always warm and welcoming. Coffee and matcha are both solid--I've had a few different drinks here and they never disappoint. The matcha especially is smooth and not overly sweet. My husband is obsessed with the avocado toast. It's HUGE and filling. Perfect spot for a weekend treat or even a quick weekday pick-me-up. We'll definitely keep coming back!

Such a great vibe and esthetic here. The workers are al friendly and coming here always gives you a serotonin boost. The drinks are great and they have lots of non-coffee options especially with matcha. I got the Keith Lee special and it had lots of matcha in it with a fresh strawberry. The butter croissant was actually pretty good and had a nice crunch on the outside while being soft on the inside. The cafe has great natural lighting with bright colors everywhere. They have a decent amount of indoor seating while having some covered patio tables outside. Being in the Shops of Legacy also adds to an urban vibe like you'd get in big cities elsewhere.

It's a really cute 2-floor coffee shop and the service is friendly and quick. It provides the perfect space to meet someone over coffee, or to work from the shop. The coffee here has a signature sweet cream, which is delicious, however it disagreed with my stomach both times I had it. The first time I got and iced latte with their regular milk (I'm assuming whole milk). It tore my stomach up!!! The second time I went, I got the same latte but opted for Almond milk instead. Why did it also mess my stomach up?!! It's so upsetting to me, because I love the vibe of this place and the way that the coffee tastes, but unfortunately, my lactose intolerance hates Summer Moon. I don't have this problem with Starbucks, 151, Dutch Bros, or Paris Baguette. It's so disapointing, because I'm a sweet cream iced latte kind of girl, but I think it's a wrap for me.

The bag I bought was roasted within the week and it was very good coffee. They offer a variety of roasts in store and boast pour over. I prefer a pour over or chemex. When I requested one however the barista indicated they would prefer to offer me their brewed coffee instead. I asked how long ago it was brewed. They said an hour (ew). Also I had requested the dark roast and the brew was medium roast. I know better than to trouble an employee who does not want to work ha! So I took the brew. It was ok but not what In wanted. I hope Kona Reserve reads this and understands: while you have an adorable store and good coffee, if a coffee lover comes in and requests your hand prepared coffee when that is what you offer, consider giving it to them. You are a craft coffee culture. Otherwise it is a huge disappointment. Plenty of parking out front in the mall. Easy access on the highway right next to the gas station. Lots of tables for socializing. Even two tables tucked away for a more private experience.
