LaLa Noodle is a destination for us every trip, and for the past several trips we have been served by Saul. It is comforting to see excellent service and a customer-first attitude result on longevity in the hospitality sector. This is a theme with the Park MGM and in a town like Las Vegas, there are many choices for employment, seeing so many of the same faces every time we come back speaks volumes for the leadership here. All this capped by the fact that Park MGM is a smoke-free resort, so you won't feel like you are licking an ashtray between bites. Yes, the food was spectacular. My go-to for Chinese take-out is General Tso's chicken and I avoided it here for a long time for that reason. I shouldn't have. The chicken was juicy, delicious, appropriately sauced, and had a touch of flavor I haven't identiifed yet that differentiated it from any I have tasted before. Even the vegetable fried rice, which you expect to be a simple side, competes for first billing with fluffy perfection, excellent, and (amazingly) the freshness of the scrambled egg! The house knew it was our anniversary and we were presented with a celebratory mochi sampler that was a perfectly balanced ending to the meal. I've been here twice. The first time was back in 2024 when I knew after leaving that I had to come back. I arrived back in early March, 2026 and this spot is still around and kicking it with delicious asian eats off the Vegas Strip. Located in the Park MGM, this is one of the few restaurants in Sin City that lives up to the price points. In 2024 when I came here, I remember having the red light potstickers which were freakin money! The spiciness from the chili oil with the scallion/ginger garnish and the texture of the dumpling made this one of the best appetizers on their list. Sadly I did not see it on the menu this time which made my heart sank. Fortunately they had a Xiao Long Bao dim sum available (soup dumplings) which come steaming in the bamboo steamers. Not to mention great taste as well! For entrees, my two recommendations are the Drunken Beef and the Beef Brisket Soup Noodle. The Drunken Beef is tender and packed with spiciness from the red chili with tender noodles, egg, thai basil, bell peppers, and sprouts. A very succulent noodle dish! If you're in the mood for soups, the Beef Brisket Soup Noodle is the way to go. There's tender chunks of brisket mixed in the broth with egg noodles and bok choy mixed in. Excellent spices with that 5-spice chinese smell that hits your nostrils when the bowl is placed in front of you. One of the most awesome noodle soups I've ever had! La La Noodle is wok fired delicious food with unique sauces and fresh ingredients. Late night dining at Park MGM will bring you here or across the way to Best Friend. You must try the chili wontons here and the crispy sea bass. I also love the noodles and cocktails. You can make reservations, it can get busy after games or concerts at T-Mobile arena. You can taste the fire in the food, things are hot and fresh and umami! Sometimes it's overly sauced but it's always great food with excellent service. My friend ordered Kettle One (he drinks this daily!!) and it did not smell or taste like K1. We brought it to our server, Huyen's, attention and she insisted it was Kettle. Ordered a second one SAME thing... so we asked to speak to the manager, Jose Pelayo, he said..."it could have been residue in the jigger or in the glass" - does that mean they don't clean very well? Is there cross contamination? Be aware of fake drinks or dirty glasses. I think they could have offered to bring over the bottle with a new glass or open a new bottle..? Food was excellent - probably the reason I did not give a one star. We had the vegetarian fried rice and shrimp fried rice - both were delicious, the rice was fluffy and flavorful. Great Asian food spot located directly in Park MGM. Though mainly Chinese inspired, it does have other Asian dishes as well, such as pad thai. The quality and taste of all the dishes we ordered were good. No complaints! The flavors were not your simple "teriyaki" sauce thrown on top of some meats and veggies. One of the many perks of staying at Park MGM is their array of dining options! We dined at La La Noodle during our stay at Park MGM and absolutely loved it! Reservations are highly recommended as the restaurant gets pretty busy. We made reservations ahead of time and thankfully the restaurant was not too busy. We were quickly seated and greeted by our friendly server. Menu items are shareable with sizable portions. They also offer vegetarian and vegan menu items. The service was incredibly quick, our food came out in under 5 minutes from ordering, which was impressive given the amount we got. We ordered a variety of dishes and everything hit the spot. The Mongolian beef was a solid classic and very comforting, only thing was that it was a tad chewy. The crispy fried wontons had big, juicy pieces of shrimp that paired well with their house made chili oil. The green beans and onions in XO sauce had a good crunch, but I wish it was a bit more seasoned as it had a light flavor, and the drunken noodles had a noticeable fresh basil note that really elevated the dish. I also got the lychee martini, which was very strong, definitely not watered down and great if you're looking for a solid cocktail with a slight buzz. What really made the night memorable was the service. Came to La La Noodle for our first meal in Vegas. The line can get pretty long, so I'd definitely recommend making a reservation. Food Drunken Noodles - Pretty standard compared to what you'd find at a Thai restaurant. The beef was super tender and the veggies still had a nice crunch. I just wish it packed more salt or umami it was a bit too light for my taste. Fried Wontons - Standard. Some parts weren't as crispy as I hoped, and the filling didn't really stand out. Friend loves laska and has a hard time finding good, authentic laksa in the U.S. This was still a bit Americanized (not a ton of belechan flavor) but was still quite good. They have a mix of seafood, beef and chicken, which was a little weird. The fried rice came with lots of giant shrimp and their xo beans were delish. I'm pretty surprised that this place gets so much love. We found it to be just as average as any Chinese/American restaurant you can find in any strip mall across the country. Nothing special. You can (and you should) get the MyVegas deal for a free starter with an entrée purchase. This is especially relevant because the best thing we had was an appetizer - the Spicy Chili Wontons ($19.88 without the deal - so get it!). For a main, we shared the Mongolian Beef ($26.88) and the La La Special Fried Rice ($32.88). The Mongolian Beef was fine... it tasted like the same dish I could get literally anywhere. The Special Fried Rice absolutely did not live up to the moniker. It's expensive and made promises it couldn't keep... for instance, we found a few large shrimp and some veggies but not a single piece of the promised lobster and one piece of beef. It also had that taste that poorly done fried rice can get - dank and like not fresh oil. We didn't eat much. Service was ok. Not especially attentive but this is really a casual place and it serves the purpose of just providing sustenance - it's not a night out place. After using the MyVegas, we paid only about $60 for two, which is a really cheap dinner on the Strip. I have to say I was nervous. I read good things but then also not so good about this place. I made reservations day of because I was still going back and forth to see if this place was worth trying. She had so many tables but was able to get our order and made great suggestions in a timely manner. She was also able to make accommodations and not add spice to the dishes I wanted. We got the spice on the side and it was perfect. The cucumbers were fresh, juicy, cut well and the side of sauce had a delicious flavor that packs heat if spice is what you want. The green beans were great. My kids ate a lot of them. They were not overcooked and had the right amount of crunch. I got drunken noodles with tofu instead and I was shocked by how good the tofu was. I was worried it might be tofu that was soft which I don't prefer. The tofu was fried with wonderful flavor. There was a trio of bell pepper and a lot of egg. Next time I'll want to adventure out and get a different dish but nothing wrong with this crowd pleaser. The beef soup was also great. Noodles soft not overcooked and broth flavorful. Our broth was on the sweeter side if you opt out of the spice but I can imagine if you order as is, the broth would be balanced well. We didn't have room for dessert this time because we ate dessert before dinner today. But next time will have to try the mochi. I love the atmosphere. Solo trip to Vegas and booked La La Noodle for the first time. I wanted to try something new so ordered the Curry Laksa and an old stand by - spring rolls. Spring rolls: I can only speculate what went wrong here. My reservation was at opening so maybe these were still frozen in the middle or they just weren't cooked enough - they were pale, not crispy, and cool in the center. How you can deep fry something and still have a cool center ? Disappointing. The curry Laksa had a good flavor but I thought it was a soup, so I was expecting more broth, even though it wasn't broth like. Since this is my first experience with Laksa, it could be I just didn't understand the dish. The flavor was interesting and plenty of chicken with a mild spice, I just wanted more broth/sauce. The server was friendly and attentive and the restaurant is bigger than it looks so lots of seating.
