Diane and I ate here for the first time on our 36th Anniversary. We were quite pleased with the overall experience, which included colorful floral beauty for the eyes as well as great tastes for the palate. I began with a Hellfire Roll, which featured Spicy Tuna at a spice level of about 7 of 10. It was quite good. A Shrimp Cocktail was next up, with very meaty shrimps and a little zesty cocktail sauce. For a main I selected Herbed Oven-Roasted Branzino, while Diane ordered Crispy Shrimp. I appreciated the fish being served very hot. Parmesan Truffle French Fries were very salty and had chives adhering to them. So, a new chive-free batch was prepared for Diane. Otherwise we received excellent cooking. As warned, a Chopped Salad was huge in size but quite tasty. I took over half home for lunch. Freshly made Chocolate Chip Cookies were given to us as an anniversary gift. But, way above the call of duty in our estimation, we also received a complimentary $23.00 Brownie "Hit Me" Chocolate Cake accompanied by "Liquid Klondike" Dulche Deleche Ice Cream. It was great, but we were so stuffed that most of the cake, too, came home with us. As an unusual touch Iced Tea was served in a small mason jar. The noise level in our dining room was loud, but driving, pulsing electronic music and vocals created a nice musical backdrop for our dining experience. Service was excellent, with several servers stepping up to fulfill our various requests, whether assigned to our table or not.

Chef special Nigiri - a salmon but way better than "regular" sushi salmon

Before our trip, we had a reservation for Zuma but received an email that it was cancelled due to a private party so we pivoted to Catch. The entryway is beautiful but the section of the restaurant we were seated was rather dark - we were lucky to be near a hanging light. The young lady who sat us never smiled or spoke which is unusual (in my experience) for a more upscale establishment. Our primary server was very friendly, giving us off the menu options (specials) but we didn't see much of him. To be fare, it was a busy night. We ordered: Salmon nigiri that was a special off the menu - sorry, I can't remember the exact name - 4.5 stars! My daughter is the salmon lover, not I, but this was so fresh, no fishy taste that salmon can have - loved it! The Catch Nigiri flight - 5 stars. The tuna's were the best the bites of the night. This salmon was my least favorite BUT I'm not a big salmon sushi girl, so no stars removed Catch roll, HellFire roll, MRC roll - 2 1/2 to 3 stars. Disappointing, the descriptions had our mouths watering but the end product was ho-hum. The Catch roll was the biggest bummer of the group. Wagyu Fried Rice - 1 star. I RARELY give a 1*, especially at a higher end restaurant, but my heavens, it was mushy! Mushy fried rice - what the heck! When our waiter came back over, I told him how unappetizing it was and inquired how the dish is made. Points to our waiter, he let us know sometimes the kitchen over sauces the dish and he kindly removed the dish from our table and the bill. If we would have eaten more than a spoonful each, I would have waived off his offer but it was just so bad we gladly accepted. Overall, I would recommend the Nigiri flight, but not the rest. Unfortunately we had just had a phenomenal experience at Scarpetta the night before which made the spotty service at Catch stand out even more.

I have stayed at the Aria many times and this restaurant has been on my list to try but didn't get a chance til this past weekend. Even though we were staying at the Bellagio my husband and I made a last minute reservation online and came here for a late dinner. The restaurant is beautiful and has great vibes. From the entrance you can tell how pretty it's going to be inside and it did not disappoint. The hostess was not welcoming at all. She checked us in and said wait for our table which is being cleared up. After a few minutes we were seated, not in the mani dining room but the one on the right side which is not as pretty as the main but it's ok I know we made the reservations on that day. So no big deal. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. We started with edamame and shishito pepper. Both fresh and delicious. Then we ordered the ceviche and both of us loved it very much. To be honest both my husband and I were in the mood for sushi so we stuck to ordering sushi. Boy was that a disappointment. The Catch roll was not to our taste , it had crab salmon miso honey and the waiter used a torch to cook the salmon on top. It smelled so bad after he did that. Smelled burnt ... I didn't eat that roll after that. Then we ordered a few cut rolls like salmon tuna yellowtail ... all so basic and no taste. So so disappointing to serve this kind of sushi at a fine restaurant . So it turns out we would have been better off ordering non sushi items from the menu. We could have enjoyed our dinner. So after the last roll we called it a night and left. The reviews said they have excellent sushi but I don't think so. Now I wonder how everything else tastes here. Maybe one day I'll have a better experience with food here. Catch is a premiere place to be seen at I guess cause everyone was dressed up (by the way some very inappropriately) and taking so many pictures all over the restaurant.

Truffle mushroom spaghetti with shrimp. I wouldn't.

Enormous disappointment. We were so looking forward to our meal here. I'm in my "seafood period" right now and I was excited at the potential I saw in the menu here. It's beautiful. But you no doubt know that from all of the Insta pics. Plan on some extra time to allow all of the wannabe influencers that are staging photo shoots at the entrance, which is famously decked out in fake flowers and pretty vignettes. It's all downhill from there. We were about 10 minutes early for our 5:30 reservation and the hostess told us she would seat us "closer to our reservation time". OK. That is sort of unusual since the restaurant seemed empty but sure. 5:30 came and went. We went back up to the hostess stand... apparently there was some shift change that was holding things up. Again, that's OK. But there was an attitude about it all that wasn't very friendly. We were shown to our table soon and it was a nice curvy booth. We both noticed pretty quickly that the music is too loud. That makes everyone have to talk loudly so you will be surrounded by tables of people yelling at each other. Our server seemed distinctly unimpressed that we didn't order any alcohol. You could see the moment he lost interest in us. When my partner asked about the chicken he sort of menu shamed us. We ordered expensive food so his attitude was unnecessary and he did warm up a bit after that. I had the seafood tower for one. This is $68 a person. When they put it in front of me, I was honestly confused. I couldn't hear a thing our server was saying over the loud music so I missed his descriptions of the items. There was something so bizarre on this seafood tower - something that looked like an oyster shell full of whipped cream. What in the world? Oh it's so much worse than that. To my horror, I tried it and found this is some sort of absolutely foul lemongrass cream or some nonsense like that. It was an enormous amount of it - a full mouthful and at the bottom of the shell was supposedly an oyster. I didn't find it and I wouldn't want to eat an oyster that had been sitting in that offensive pool. Wow. That is so amazingly bad. Nowhere on the menu do they warn you what they are going to do to your oysters. It's truly appalling - so bad in fact that I just had to say something to the waiter. He seemed surprised but I don't buy it. This cannot be popular. Anyway, rant over. The rest of the seafood tower was just OK. The lobster was tiny and not super fresh. The shrimp were sort of "meh" but the hit surprisingly was the scallop ceviche... very nice and bright. Note there is no bread either offered or on the menu. Felt weird. It's needed. For our main course, my partner got the filet mignon and a side lobster tail. His lobster was also of the "wee" variety and a bit tough. Steak was nice though and cooked as requested. I had the Truffle Mushroom with Spaghetti and added the jumbo shrimp. This was also terrible. I thought I liked truffles - but I bit into something in this dish that again I can only describe as foul. And the sauce was just too much and overwhelming. I ate about three bites and just gave up. We spent about $260 before tip. With no drinks. This was a pretty stunningly bad meal.

My husband and I went to Catch while in Las Vegas. We wanted to try a new restaurant, and after researching a few places, we found Catch had great reviews. The restaurant was busy, but with a reservation we were seated within 10 minutes. Our server quickly came over to take our drink order and was very friendly. The restaurant's vibe was trendy and beautiful. For our appetizer, we ordered the edamame and crispy cauliflower. OMG--the cauliflower was delicious! It had the perfect crisp thanks to its light breading and was tossed in a spicy vegan mayo. Even though it had a generous amount of sauce, each piece still maintained its crispy texture. For our entrées, we ordered the Vegetable King Roll with king oyster mushroom, cucumber, avocado, and spicy miso. We also ordered the Truffle Mushroom Spaghetti with the added shrimp option. The spaghetti was perfect. The truffle flavor wasn't overwhelming, but it was definitely present and paired wonderfully with the rich mushroom sauce. For dessert, we ordered the vegan pistachio cheesecake with a side of coconut sorbet. It was so decadent and delicious. The portion was more than enough for the two of us to share and was the perfect way to end the meal. I highly recommend Catch and hope to go back the next time I'm in Las Vegas.

Best experience I've had in a long time ! 10/10 Loved everything about this place, from the entrance and interior to the service. The atmosphere is super trendy and upscale and the quality of the food matches the prices. I ordered the Catch Roll, 10oz Filet and Lobster Mash! All amaazinggg ! The steak was so juicy and tender, cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes were soo creamy and beyond flavorful. The sushi was fresh and easily one of the highlights of the meal. Overall, everything tasted top tier and the presentation was beautiful. Would definitely come back.

Just had a wonderful dinner at Catch! They have a wonderful romantic (dark) ambiance, great food, and the best server ever Darren! He took great care of us and was seriously one of the kindest servers I have ever met. Darren made our day with being so nice and helped make our friend's birthday great. I've been to Catch LA too but Catch LV takes the cake. Will be back!

Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Atmosphere is awesome and lively but not too much. The bartenders know what they are doing and they do it sooooo well. Props to Juby and Steve for being impeccable. The chefs are no joke either. Highly recommend the Spanish Octopus and the branzino. The food served around me looked incredible too.

If you're looking for the ultimate Vegas dining experience, Catch is my absolute favorite spot in the city. Their menu is has so many options! It's Asian fusion, so you know it's yummy! I've visited several times, and they have literally never missed. The flavors are bold, the presentation is gorgeous, and the quality is consistent. If you're feeling overwhelmed by the choices, just know you can't go wrong here! MUST TRY ITEMS : truffle sashimi, the catch roll, crispy shrimp, their mushroom spaghetti, grilled Spanish octopus, wagyu hot rock, the Cantonese lobster, the whole branzino, + the ribeye. Pretty much everything on the menu lol!! Their staff is very attentive and very welcoming. My drinks here are never empty! As for dessert you have to get their vegan pistachio cheesecake, it's to die for!!! It's paired with coconut sorbet and fancy dark red cherries! And their strawberry shortcake shaved ice is a great palette cleanser to end your meal. One of their staple desserts: the hit me cake! If you're a chocolate lover, this one's for you. Whether it's a girls' night, a date night, or just an excuse to dress up and feel fancy, Catch delivers every single time!

A trendy spot in the Aria. Loved the decor and the restaurant is very nicely decorated. Service was great and our waiter kept checking in on us to make sure we were okay - they also let us sit and talk and did not rush us which I appreciate. Some stand outs: Truffle Sashimi - we ordered it 3x !! Whole Branzino Strawberry Kakigori The table also enjoyed the wagyu fried rice and mushroom pasta. There was a nice assortment of dishes. We also got a few rolls to share for the table - it was tasty for sure but I enjoyed the other dishes more. I thought the portion sizes were pretty generous for most dishes. Definitely make a reservation to make sure you have a spot!

DAREN was phenomenal!! The food was great too but honestly, Darren providing outstanding service and made our night so much better! We've been to a few restaurants and the service was meh. When you come hope that you get Darren ! Ambiance was very lively !

I've heard about Catch for years and always wanted to check it out because everyone talks about the beautiful ambiance and stylish décor. I finally had the chance to visit while in Las Vegas celebrating a friend's birthday, and WOW !!! This place completely exceeded my expectations. Not only is the restaurant gorgeous, but the food was absolutely incredible... Catch is definitely on the higher-end side, so the prices are a bit elevated, but the quality of the food makes it 100% worth it... We came as a group of seven and decided to order everything family-style so we could try as much as possible... One of the highlights was the sushi boat... It arrived loaded with fresh sushi and sashimi, and every single piece was amazing. The sashimi literally melted in your mouth, so fresh and flavorful... My personal favorite dish of the night was the shrimp mushroom noodles. They were unbelievably good !!! rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I could honestly go back just for that dish alone... We also ordered the shishito peppers, which were seasoned perfectly and cooked just right -- not soggy and not overly crispy.. The salmon was delicious, and the herb branzino was another standout. It was buttery, flavorful, and cooked perfectly... The drinks were also fantastic light, fresh, and surprisingly strong in the best way... On top of the great food, the restaurant itself is absolutely stunning... The décor is beautiful and the atmosphere feels lively and upscale... The staff was extremely attentive and helpful, answering all our questions about the menu and making sure our group had a great experience... This is such a great spot if you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or just want a fun night out with friends... I highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time because it's very popular. If you arrive early, that's actually a bonus because there are so many cute photo spots in the entryway .. perfect for anyone who loves taking pictures with their friends... Overall, Catch in Las Vegas was an amazing experience. Beautiful restaurant, great service, delicious food, and fun vibes all around... I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Vegas...

Beautiful restaurant! Lots of photo opps on the way in to the restaurant. Came on a sold out Saturday night but was told the bar was first come first serve. We ordered the whispering poet sake bottle and got some rolls! We loved the Catch roll and the eel avocado roll. Service was great!

Does anyone know if they have a Happy Hour ? Me and my girls enjoy a good one and a good time

There is no Happy Hour, not that I'd know of.

Any dress code for dinner ??????

Dress code in this restaurant is fairly casual to upscale business or cocktail, just depends on the occasion.

We have a reservation for a birthday dinner. Would we be able to bring in a birthday cake? Update- We couldn't take a cake into Catch, but there are many other restaurants on…

Hey there, no you can not. You can ask them at time of reservation and inform them it is a birthday, so a birthday desert will come out. You can not bring any outside food into any Las Vegas strip restaurant. You can ask if they can bake a special…

Do they serve a Tomohawk steak?

Sorry, I don't think so as they're a seafood-forward restaurant. However, I do remember seeing a 42 oz porterhouse steak for two on their menu.

Is it dine in by reservation only?

No it's not. There are really nice high tops and cushioned seating around the bar and at the bar itself. You can seat yourself and get table service there.

Can I get the lobster Mac and cheese without the lobster?

    Yes. But, WHY!!??

How much is the Friday night buffet?

There is no Buffett there. You can order family style sharable dishes

Are kids 3 years old allowed at Catch?

I took my kids and no-one said a peep or told me anything.

    Can you go without reservation?

Yes, you may get lucky on a slow night or sit at the bar. But it is advised to still make one

Is there a wait list for reservations? I email them for a request and did not get a answer 😭 I really want to go for my birthday 💔

You should book your reservation through OpenTable.com or go online to aria.mgmresorts.com, if you don't have an account with OpenTable.com.

Is there a wait list for walk ups if there are no available reservations?

Good evening, We do keep our bar area available for walk-ins to all guest so please feel free to swing by and see if we have any availability.

    Are brunch hours available?

    Not that I know of

    Are kids allowed?

Yes, I saw a family there when I visited last night. You don't need to walk through casino to get there unless you park in the Aria parking garage.

Is there any vegan options here?

Yes! They have amazing veggie side dishes and other great vegan main dishes.

Is there happy hour? I just saw $18 for a strawberry shortcake jokes. Excuse my poorness

    Ewww

What price category/range is this restaurant?

I would say except to spend at least $60 a person

    What's the attire?

Honestly people are trendy casual to super dressed up!

Is it true that the bill is always split, "family style", as in split evenly amongst your entire party, regardless of individual bill?

No I didn't have that issue, single check unless you request otherwise.

Do they have a gluten-free menu/options for those with celiac disease?

Yes they do and they are very accommodating. Ask the server if you have questions. They can make some dishes gluten free.

It lists Amenities as being Loud. So is the music nice background ambiance music or loud and distracting you can't hear across the table? I've gone to too many restaurants that loud ambiance music ruins the experience.

Yes it is loud but we were able to have a conversation. If you are looking for more quiet dinner this might not be the place. But the ambience is great! & the music they play is good too.

During that visit, the manager, Karen, stopped by our table to check on us. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine, and I told her I'd definitely come back to try the restaurant myself. About a month later, a friend came to visit from California, and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to return. Coincidentally, Karen was there again, and once again she made us feel so welcome and appreciated. Then, last weekend, I came back with another group of friends, and Karen continued the same exceptional level of hospitality. She even surprised us with an appetizer and Momofuku's famous Blondie dessert, which was absolutely delicious! (For anyone wondering, it's only available during dinner service, and it's worth ordering.) Every visit I've had here has been a positive experience. The food has been great, the atmosphere is fun, and the hospitality has been what keeps bringing me back. Karen truly knows how to make guests feel special, and that's something you don't find everywhere. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Cassie at the front desk. She is warm, friendly, and welcoming, and she makes a wonderful first impression. If I could offer a little constructive feedback, I'd say the dining room could use a bit more lighting. It's a cute space, but it feels a little too dark for my taste. The music was also a bit louder than I'd prefer, making conversation a little difficult. During our most recent visit, the service was slower than expected, and the pours on the white wine seemed quite small considering they were $21 per glass. Overall, though, I've really enjoyed my experiences at Momofuku. Great food, outstanding hospitality, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests keep me coming back. Karen is a true asset to the restaurant, and she's a big reason I'll definitely be returning.

Would I give it five stars back home? Definitely not. But compared to the other dining options on the Strip, this is one of the places I'll happily spend my money. The kimchi fried rice especially deserves a shout out. It topped versions I've had at more traditional Korean restaurants, which I wasn't expecting. Value: C This isn't really the restaurant's fault. It's Vegas. Everything on the Strip comes with a premium. Even so, we ordered all of the above for just over $100, which is honestly difficult to do at many Strip restaurants these days. I'm a fan of Roy Choi and what he's built. Before becoming a nationally recognized chef, he worked his way up through hotel kitchens and later helped spark the gourmet food truck movement with Kogi BBQ. He's also been a longtime advocate for making great food more accessible and has supported community initiatives focused on feeding underserved neighborhoods. At the end of the day, Best Friend is fun, unpretentious (again, for Vegas), and delivers one of the better values you'll find on the Strip. If I'm eating on Las Vegas Boulevard, this is one of the few places I'd happily return to.

I can't believe I haven't written about my favorite dim sum restaurant in Las Vegas! When I heard…read morethat the owners of San Francisco's Koi Palace were launching this concept, I was close to the first in line when they opened. It's been top notch since the very first visit. I have taken friends, clients, and colleagues, and the response has been uniformly positive. The menu has changed over time, but the dim sum classics are all there, often with a nouveau twist. What really got me was coming for dinner with a large group, where we could really savor the seafood, noodle, and meat dishes. I'm not going to run down the list because everything I've tried has been excellent, and I've tried most of the menu. We always enjoy decapitating the crispy mochi ducklings, filled of course with minced pork. The wagyu steak and wagyu fried rice, the xiao long bao with vinegar caviar, and salt and pepper tofu are all winners. The interiors are beautiful and give a different feel wherever you sit. Bring a friend or bring a large group and go to town.

Super modern dumpling spot. Great service but food was just ehh…read more I want to say the service here was really impeccable. Dropped a chopstick and someone quickly came over to deliver a fresh pair. Then another person came and asked where rhe dirty one was so they can take it away to prevent confusion. It's nice to not have to ask for another pair like most places. Later on we notified them they we were still waiting on a drink. They bright a glass of liquor. It wasn't the old fashioned we ordered. Just a glass of alcohol. For dessert they provided the complimentary coconut jelly as an apology. A nice touch. That was the positives. Food was average at best. Go to china town for real food. The crispy dumpling had the most flavor of all the dishes. The crisp was nice. The noodle wrapped wagyu had almost no flavor. I drenched it in soy sauce just to make it enjoyable. The raddish was just okay. You can barely tell it was raddish. The complimentary dessert was the coconut shaped dog on top of what tasted like jar jam you get at the store to make a PB&J. Wait. The drink was okay. Best part was the lychee. The table smelled like a dirty rag. Hard pass people.

Happy hour was awesome!…read more After a somewhat challenging escapade trying to find the place, we very much enjoyed every dish, drink, and server. We had a 3pm reservation for the bar area. HH is 3-6pm. It features a good sized menu of cocktails (I've enjoyed a few prior to this correspondence) including the IG worthy Berries & Bubbles cocktail. We ordered the dinner menu bread basket, which included some everything crackers, soft bread, and preztel bread + butter ($10). We also had the short rib sliders (2), lamp chop lollipops (3), and a burger. The lamb was the best I've ever had thanks to the seasoning and medium rare cook. The short rib sliders dipped in au jus, were also great. My wife enjoyed her burger. Great place to go on The Strip for literally half the price of any other spot. After all this food and 3 cocktails our bill was $111. James did a great job of checking on us. Everyone was very helpful!

Wonderful night out with friends, family or date night…read more This restaurant is gorgeous inside and has an amazing strip patio view. Plenty of seating in the bar and lounge, as well as, the main dining room. The service was top notch and so was the food. I was in engaging with a family friend the entire time and forgot to get pics of everything. Just know everything we go was delicious. From the martinis to pineapple picante drinks, oysters (recommend the oysters you can only exclusively get at OP), filet, baked potato, lobster linguini, vegetable roll and chocolate cake. Generous portions we could definitely have shared. Went home with leftovers for another full meal.
