One of my go to spots while in Vegas. Freshly made handroll place is hard to find where I live, so when I'm in Vegas, I have to hit up this spot. It also helps that they have my favorite sake as well. Hands down my favorite roll is their bay scallops. I can eat at least 10 of them with out any issues. But they aren't cheap, so it's usually a snack place for me than a complete meal. Their togo menu doesn't have handrolls, just traditional maki rolls. The service was okay, I didn't really felt like they were trying to interact and were looking busy just to not tend to us. My husband didn't even have wasabi just ginger when we sat down. The food was delicious. We ordered the high roller and foursome and the bay scallop was our favorite! I ordered the Highroller Set which came with salmon, yellowtail, bay scallop, blue crab and spicy tuna. I believe this set was $42-45? The sushi chef forgot which ones he already gave me so Im not sure if I received all 5. I was distracted so I was unsure too and may have missed a photo of one. The rolls were good but I would have like to see toro included in that set. I do see in past menu photos that it used to be included.
