I ordered the poached chicken with noodle soup to go. For takeout, they package the chicken and noodles together in one box, and the hot soup broth comes in a separate container. The turnaround time was only 10 minutes from ordering to pickup. The flavor was bland, and the hot broth wasn't enough to soften the noodles, which arrived a bit undercooked. I took it home and cooked it on the stove, which softened the noodles and brought out more flavor.

Over the weekend my husband and I stayed at the Bellagio. Before checking out on Sunday we decided to have lunch here since we tried the other restaurants at the Bellagio already. The hostess was welcoming and friendly. We were seated right away. We ordered a few things to share. The cucumber and seaweed salad was a waste of $11 so were the wings which had no taste. The sauce helped us eat them lol .... The Mongolian beef was delicious we ordered steam rice to eat with it. The chow mein noodles were ok, a bit bland... I wish it had more flavorful sauce. The water spinach was delicious and we enjoyed it much. Overall I would say it was an ok meal, the ambiance was nice. Lovely decor and colors. The waiting staff were a bit unfriendly and serious.

We went for dinner but not really a line and I can see why. We sat right away and the ambiance was cool, but the food was just okay. We ordered kung pao shrimp, which was good but would've liked a little more shrimp for the price. We ordered the chicken chow mein which was unseasoned and bland. And we ordered steamed rice which is really hard to screw up, I think the highlight was the Thai tea with boba. That was really good. Don't think I'll go back anytime soon.

Noodles is a casual Asian fusion restaurant located inside of the Bellagio. It was a busy lunch hour when we visited so lots of people came in and out. What we enjoyed here was the good service even though they were busy. The atmosphere was ok, nothing over the top and decent for the price point. The food we thought was average with the duck, sweet and sour chicken, and dumplings standing out above the rest. The spicy fish was not as spicy as we had hoped, and the soup was just basic. All things being equal, quick lunch service and ok dishes depending on what you order.

Noodles is always a restaurant I visit when I come to Las Vegas. Situated near the lobby of the Bellagio Hotel, it serves authentic Hong Kong style food and dim sum. They have also added dim sum trolleys in the last year which means you get to see the dim sum before you order it. The dim sum list is pretty extensive too. Lots of traditional dishes but a few chef specials as well. If you can make a reservation do that but they cycle through guests pretty quick. The noodle soups are outstanding with clear rich broths that enhance the flavor of the protein that is added (wontons and duck are definitely worth a try). Wait staff are very attentive and service is quick. The restaurant isn't very big so be prepared to wait if there's a line. It's well worth the wait

On a somewhat busy Wednesday night, we waited about 2 hours for our turn at noodles. I've never been to a pan asian restaurant on the strip before but friends and family wanted to have some asian food before they headed off to the concert nearby. As a self proclaimed asian food snob, I think this place falls into the jack of all trades category, since the customer demographic is wide and varied, they'd want a place that would have a little bit of everything rather than a specialty place known for one thing. We ordered the following: oriental fried rice / soy fry flat rice noodles / mixed vegetables sauteed in garlic / hainan chicken rice / roast duck noodle soup /xo green bean All of which are a good entry level dishes towards authentic asian food. Even taking into account the hike in prices by being on the strip, I think it's slightly overpriced for the wait we had to go through. Upon entering, it gives a nice upscale/casual asian cafe aesthetic going for it. The aesthetic is clean, opulent and simple.

This place is expensive for what it is, I don't know why im surprised, We are in vegas, its expected, but dang gina! We got two things from the dim sum cart. Fried shrimp balls that comes in two and pork shumai, that had 3, 3 small pork shumai. Both came out to about $20 bucks! It was good but not 20 dollar good lol. Also ordered the hainan chicken, beef pan fried noodle, a bottle of Asahi and ice tea, total was a little over a hundred bucks, not including the tip, hainan chicken and fried noodle was ok, wouldn't come back, too much monay.

In a spur of a moment and 19 hours away from me getting dispatched out to Tennessee & New Jersey, I decided 2026 Year of the Horse I was going to come out to Vegas and watch the Seattle Seahawks avenge my boy Bo Nix of the Denver Broncos. And so here I am, at the Bellagio, during half time with the Hawks up 9 points enjoying a bowl of Singapore Laksa Noodles while my buddy downs a Cantonese Wonton Egg Noodle Soup. And you know what? We're pumped again after this high grade noodle soup, seriously, not a bad bowl of Laksa, good creaminess, good assortment of seafood, and very balanced in curry flavors and that lemongrass. And now after finishing the meal, with a high class escort eyeing my buddy, we're going to ignore the woman and get back to what's important, the Superbowl, with the Hawks beating the Patties. Not this year Drake Maye! Not this year! Ambiance: 11/10 Service: 10/10 thank you Auntie Food: 8.5/10

Here's the thing! Time flies whenever in Las Vegas. Four amazing comp nights, freeplay, resort credits just ain't enough time, six comp nights is ideal but regardless, it's super important to fuel up and for me it's a must to have a late succulent delicious chinese meal then I'm able to continue having fun gaming lol

Mandarin Beef Stew Noodles ($23.88) - Above View
    Ian A.

Noodles (Las Vegas) is not bad. I ordered the Mandarin Beef Stew Noodles ($23.88), the Pan Fried Pot Stickers ($14.88), and the Oriental Fried Rice ($24.88). I appreciated aspects of its dishes. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of airy, soft noodles (bordering on mushy). I arrived at Noodles (Las Vegas) on Saturday (around 4PM). I had a reservation, so I was immediately seated. This business is located inside the Bellagio Hotel & Casino. Staff is professional, helpful, but terse. Staff (receipt says Shelly) was initially very friendly and welcoming. However, it felt like Staff was pressured to rapidly turnover tables, so Shelly started to become visibly curt as we neared the end of our meal. Shelly would rush over to clear away a dish and quickly scamper away. Personally, I think the service is fine; however, I can easily rationalize how other guests could feel unwelcome. Still, I'm very impressed with the food's time! Its speed is somewhat suspicious, but I'm guessing they precooked aspects of everything. All the dishes arrived in eight minutes and 11 seconds! Crazy fast! As mentioned, I did not dislike the food. I appreciated parts of it. The soup's tender meat easily fell apart in my mouth; the pot stickers came thick yet delicate; and the fried rice is airy, clean and lovingly showcases a bright egg flavor. Unfortunately, the pot stickers tasted bland; its pork lacked flavor. The fried rice's Chinese pork had no taste; it felt like an afterthought. And as mentioned, I did not enjoy the noodles because they did not feel springy nor firm. Its noodles had the texture of leftover udon. Currently, Noodles (Las Vegas) feels like safe food for the elderly. Concerning ambiance, Noodles (Las Vegas) is gorgeous. The location is attractive, shiny, and very clean. The colors of gold and white pearl sparkle through. Overall, Noodles (Las Vegas) is not bad, but it's also not impressive. It feels like they sacrificed service and quality for speed. At the very least, I hope it improves. 3.9 out of 5

Noodless to say, this place couldn't have survived all this time if they were really just 3.3 stars. Noodles is a spot that may be simply be called Chinese for the most part but does include from multiple Asian cuisines. It's one of the closest restaurants to the Bellagio lobby and is right next to the baccarat room, which also seemed to be a good sign considering the typical player demographic there. Plus, I had relatives in town and they invited me to dinner, so who was I to argue? We arrived a little earlier than our reservation but were seated quickly anyway. We decided to dine family-style, and they took care of our beverage orders and apps first, then served the rest of the entree-type dishes later. Chicken Wing Zing ($16.88): crispy, perfectly cooked wings with some sweet chili sauce. Would've been nice if they'd portioned it a little more appropriately for the 5 people in our party, or at least warned us. Malaysian Pan Fried Roti ($11.88): absolutely delicious flatbread, but it was served with some sort of soy sauce instead of the advertised curry sauce. Crispy Calamari ($17.88): very tender and decently crispy. Also served with the sweet chili sauce, which was fine. Crabmeat Fried Rice ($35.88): nicely good fried rice with acceptable amounts of crab. The crispy edges on the egg were actually great. I just wish that the portion justified the price, since I can get similar dishes for half the price at local Thai spots. Water Spinach ($19.88): seemed to be more like morning glory, a typical sauteed dish. Had enough garlic flavor and seasoning that it didn't taste that "green" ifyouknowwhatimean. Kung Pao Shrimp ($30.88): a bit lacking in shrimp and a lot lacking in the right flavor profile. It was like mildly spicy sweet and sour shrimp more than a real kung pao. Cantonese Roast Duck ($25.88): got the bone-in portion. Duck was tender and fatty, but the flavor is way different than the five spice profile I'm accustomed to from local restaurants that serve similar roast duck. Soy Chilean Sea Bass ($53.88): one of my favorite dishes. Just some really tender, moist white fish filets with light soy flavor and some julienned ginger and green onions. The hot jasmine tea was priced per person. It was jasmine and tasted fine, although they didn't seem to provide more leaves later on, just hot water. The complimentary iced water took a while to get refilled, but they eventually noticed. On that note, service seemed a little closer to typical Asian restaurant service than Bellagio-worthy. Come to Noodles if you're stuck at Bellagio and don't mind the exorbitant pricing. The food quality is solid overall, and that's about it.

Pretty wild that this place takes and holds reservations like they are splitting an atom inside. Went with takeout to the room instead as our first meal after checking in and taking a breather. Ordered bao, dumplings, and chicken fried rice. Things were ... ok ... somehow they were no longer fresh or hot after a short 7min walk to the elevator and walking in the room. Was no better or worse than your local Chinese restaurant that delivers.

BEST beef noodle soup in Las Vegas!!!

Return visit 10-12-2025. Still the best Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup ($24) on the Vegas Strip (certainly 1 of top 5 in the entire U.S.) The herby, deep, beefy, steamy hot broth, the firm and bouncy white noodle, the buttery soft brisket that melts in your mouth -- it's a gastronomical masterpiece. The salt and pepper shrimp ($40), de-shelled, is wok-fried with crispy garlic, scallions, jalapeno and red chili pepper. it is surprisingly free of oil and completely scrumptious -- a perfect companion for a bowl of jasmine rice.

During that visit, the manager, Karen, stopped by our table to check on us. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine, and I told her I'd definitely come back to try the restaurant myself. About a month later, a friend came to visit from California, and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to return. Coincidentally, Karen was there again, and once again she made us feel so welcome and appreciated. Then, last weekend, I came back with another group of friends, and Karen continued the same exceptional level of hospitality. She even surprised us with an appetizer and Momofuku's famous Blondie dessert, which was absolutely delicious! (For anyone wondering, it's only available during dinner service, and it's worth ordering.) Every visit I've had here has been a positive experience. The food has been great, the atmosphere is fun, and the hospitality has been what keeps bringing me back. Karen truly knows how to make guests feel special, and that's something you don't find everywhere. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Cassie at the front desk. She is warm, friendly, and welcoming, and she makes a wonderful first impression. If I could offer a little constructive feedback, I'd say the dining room could use a bit more lighting. It's a cute space, but it feels a little too dark for my taste. The music was also a bit louder than I'd prefer, making conversation a little difficult. During our most recent visit, the service was slower than expected, and the pours on the white wine seemed quite small considering they were $21 per glass. Overall, though, I've really enjoyed my experiences at Momofuku. Great food, outstanding hospitality, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests keep me coming back. Karen is a true asset to the restaurant, and she's a big reason I'll definitely be returning.

Our server Christina was fantastic, super friendly and attentive throughout the whole meal. Already looking forward to coming back and letting her walk us through the omakase style ordering when we're a little more hungry. The Korean fried chicken was the highlight of the night without question. Double fried, perfect crisp, seasoning that actually made us stop mid-bite. That one delivered. We also got the cucumbers, which sounds simple but don't sleep on them - cool and refreshing with a nice little kick, and the scallion sauce pulled the whole thing together so well that I'm already down a rabbit hole looking for copycat recipes. We rounded it out with the spicy miso ramen because it felt like the right call at a place like this. It was solid, but the chicken set such a high bar that the ramen felt like the supporting act. Nothing wrong with it, just not a must-order the way the other two were.

The restaurant was busy, but with a reservation we were seated within 10 minutes. Our server quickly came over to take our drink order and was very friendly. The restaurant's vibe was trendy and beautiful. For our appetizer, we ordered the edamame and crispy cauliflower. OMG--the cauliflower was delicious! It had the perfect crisp thanks to its light breading and was tossed in a spicy vegan mayo. Even though it had a generous amount of sauce, each piece still maintained its crispy texture. For our entrées, we ordered the Vegetable King Roll with king oyster mushroom, cucumber, avocado, and spicy miso. We also ordered the Truffle Mushroom Spaghetti with the added shrimp option. The spaghetti was perfect. The truffle flavor wasn't overwhelming, but it was definitely present and paired wonderfully with the rich mushroom sauce. For dessert, we ordered the vegan pistachio cheesecake with a side of coconut sorbet. It was so decadent and delicious. The portion was more than enough for the two of us to share and was the perfect way to end the meal. I highly recommend Catch and hope to go back the next time I'm in Las Vegas.

We ordered the premium nigiri flight (110) that comes with all the special nigiri on the menu. Also got the catch roll (25) and the MRC roll (24). We added sea urchin sashimi (25) salmon sashimi (17) and hamachi sashimi (16). All were amazing, really fresh and the premium options were delicious. Unique presentation for each one, including Wagyu with caviar. Yumm. We added a half dozen east coast oysters (29) and the rice cake appetizer (31) along with the king salmon entree (45) to round out the meal. Everything was spiced perfectly until the end, then we got the oysters, rice cakes and salmon pretty much at the same time. Sucked down the oysters so I could get to my hot entree. Salmon was very good, came with green beans and an edamame purée. Cooked perfectly and very tasty We waited a while before anyone came by to clear the dishes and offer dessert. Best Friend: She's a Vegas 6 and an LA 4... just like me. :)…read moreLet me start by saying this is a five-star review in the context of the Las Vegas Strip. Would I give it five stars back home? Definitely not. But compared to the other dining options on the Strip, this is one of the places I'll happily spend my money. Vibes: A+ I love the fake convenience store entrance that opens into the clubby dining room. It has that over-the-top Vegas maximalist energy and reminded me of Omega Mart. It's playful, immersive, and exactly the kind of experience that works here. Service: A+ Our server was hilarious, genuinely engaging, and steered us toward some excellent choices. The standout recommendation was the aguachile, which ended up being the sleeper hit of the meal. Food: B+ We ordered the kalbi BBQ, the aquachile, the street corn, and the kimchi fried rice. The kimchi fried rice especially deserves a shout out. It topped versions I've had at more traditional Korean restaurants, which I wasn't expecting. Value: C This isn't really the restaurant's fault. It's Vegas. Everything on the Strip comes with a premium. Even so, we ordered all of the above for just over $100, which is honestly difficult to do at many Strip restaurants these days. I'm a fan of Roy Choi and what he's built. Before becoming a nationally recognized chef, he worked his way up through hotel kitchens and later helped spark the gourmet food truck movement with Kogi BBQ. He's also been a longtime advocate for making great food more accessible and has supported community initiatives focused on feeding underserved neighborhoods. At the end of the day, Best Friend is fun, unpretentious (again, for Vegas), and delivers one of the better values you'll find on the Strip. If I'm eating on Las Vegas Boulevard, this is one of the few places I'd happily return to.
