Beef Tenderloin with portobello Mushrooms
Debra F.

Blossom is a Chinese restaurant located in the Aria hotel. Outstanding is a word that comes to mind. I have tried the Michelin starred Wing Lei at the Wynn and this place in terms of food beats this hands down. Beautifully decorated in rosewood, the staff are attentive and really go beyond to make your experience memorable. We had the shrimp toast and tempura green beans and they were cooked to perfection. One of the house specialities is their Peking Duck. Leave room in your stomach for this as it is a whole duck enough to feed 4-5. Carved table side and wrapped in your choice of wrappers or buns, it was outstanding. Our mains were the beef with mushrooms and the romaine lettuce with shrimp paste in clay pot as well as fried rice. Thankfully we didn't order more as the rest of the Peking Duck was served as well. The mango sago for dessert was again amazing. All in all an outstanding experience from start to finish. Strongly recommended

Interior was very nice, food was pretty good and fairly priced for it being a nice restaurant on the strip. Recommend to get a reservation to avoid waiting.

aria is one of my favorite in Vegas, largely due to all of the phenomenal restaurants they have, & Blossom is one of them! Blossom offers endless options of delicious Chinese cuisine & everything is excellent! They even have tableside prepared Peking Duck & an Ox Tail Hot Pot! The service is outstanding and the aesthetic is perfect for a nice dinner out. The Crispy Shrimp toast is some of the best that I've had, and it's ideal for sharing with the table! I don't often order pork dishes when having Chinese cuisine, but I'm so glad this was recommended to me because it is incredible! The pork is crispy on the outside but still tender to the bite, and the sauce is so addicting being tangy & sweet & full of flavor! Be sure to add Blossom to your list!

I've been wanting to try this place for a long while and finally I made the move. Their ambiance is great, with beautiful flowers and furnitures. Service is fine, but they will get whatever you need, I asked for another set of cucumber, scallion and sauce for the Peking duck and they provided it to me free of charge. I really liked their Peking duck, its table side service so it looks fun and great for special occasions. However their duck bones which tasted really good, was dipped in soy sauce full of msg, made us really thirsty afterwards, and their walnut shrimp is too oily and sweet, really don't recommend it. If it's not for the msg and walnut shrimp I would have given it a 4.5-5 stars

We visited Blossom in the Aria about a week ago...this place is amazing. Ambiance...outstanding Mood...outstanding Music flavor...outstanding Outstanding service...server was well knowledgeable about the menu. Now about the roasted whole, pre-cracked, well seasoned, perfectly cooked, satisfying, that I didn't need anything else but, and oh so tasty Dungeness crab dish...wow! I used to have to go to LA to get crab this good...not anymore. Blossom is an excellent dining experience. Now...all this has a price...but is fully worth it. Even the coffee was special. Treat yourself to some high end fine Chinese cuisine...Blossom.

Wow!!! Chinese cuisine at its finest! This is so delicious. The atmosphere is casual, the deco is detailed and the service impeccable!

I loved this upscale Chinese restaurant located in Aria. I came here with a group of coworkers after a conference and were seated right away. The staff were friendly and attentive and gladly welcomed feedback from some of the guests at the table. We must've tried one of everything on the menu but my favorite was the whole Peking duck. While pricey, it is 100% worth it. A server comes by the table and skillfully carves it right in front of you. They also make tiny duck rolls, wrapped to absolute perfection. I don't know how they do it, but it was tasty and looked incredible. Highly recommend if you're willing to spend a little extra for an awesome experience. I would absolutely return!

Love everything about this restaurant! We did make reservations and seated fairly quickly. We were offered choices for water which is pretty standard. Our amazing server, Krisztine, helped us with our menu selections. She also suggested the beautiful drink uploaded. For appetizers we had salt & pepper squid , fried eggplant & egg rolls. Delicious . For our main course we decided on the crispy fried Chilean Seabass & Beef tenderloin with portobello mushrooms ‍. Everything is cooked just right. The decor is beautiful with a nice ambiance. Restroom is nice and love the decor. I can't praise Krisztina enough for the excellent service and beautiful smile. Go check them out and yes we will be back!

Cantonese is def one of my favorite cuisines. Spent a lot of time at Aria and was hungry. I wanted Javier's but messed up by not making a reservation on a Friday night. After seeing the sky high prices at the food court, I knew I needed to find something else stat that was a more worth the $$$. That's when I discovered all the upscale Asian cuisines here at Aria. Luckily, Blossom had an opening. It's a gorgeous restaurant with opulent design, love the lighting and color palette. The service was great, they put the napkin on my lap for me and were beyond attentive. The second I finished my drink they refilled it right away. Constant check ins but without being too intrusive. The potstickers were so delish, never had them this stuffed, they looked like little burritos. The chow fun was delightful, the lemon chicken was good but honestly kind of average. I wouldn't mind coming back here if I am in the mood for Cantonese!

Oh my gosh! I'm not sure how to describe this, but this is indeed the best Peking duck that I've had in a while. The duck skin is cooked to perfection and the meat itself is fantastic. Take this from someone who doesn't really like duck to begin with... but I will definitively eat this Peking duck again! The service to this establishment was amazing. It is located inside Aria casino. The decor has an Asian theme as the food is Chinese. We ordered a few items off from the menu as this was our first dinner of the night and we had another restaurant scheduled later in the night. We ordered some chicken corn chowder, honey walnut shrimp and the spicy chicken pot. Each item was simply delicious!

Dined in on my most recent visit. Great service and food was good just like i remembered.

Peking Duck boa buns with hoisin sauce. Delicious

We will be back!! The Peking Duck was a total surprise. The bartender next door Dino at the Baccarat Bar told us to order it. First of all our server Janet was so fun and professional. Then, Krisztain carved the duck with masterful precision!!! So fun to watch, as she presented the Peking Duck.

This is one of the best Asian restaurants that I have ever been to. Everything was sooo good and fresh! We ordered a lot of dishes to try. Some of the standout dishes were the shrimp toast, salt and pepper squid, foie gras, king crab 2 ways- legs were steamed and the crab belly was stir fried, Wagyu cubed beef and the birds nest steamed in a whole coconut. The Wagyu beef was probably my favorite. It melted in my mouth and was literally better than the beef I've had in Japan. The service was also really great. Overall it was an excellent dining experience and I can't wait to go back!

Can we wear nice jeans and sweat shirts and sneakers, we didn't bring dressy clothes?

Yes, I was very casually dressed and wore sneakers when I dined there just a few days ago on December 28, 2024.

I cancelled my reservation during the reasonable time period but was still charged for the peking duck. I called the number listed and was told no one at the restaurant is picking up. How do I get in contact with someone regarding the charge?

Hello Maryanne. We are very sorry to hear about the inconvenience. Please email me at cwong@aria.com so that we can refund the pre-reserved Peking Duck for you. Best regards, Connie

Do you have to pre order the Peking duck?

Hello. Yes we highly recommend calling to reserve a Peking Duck or you can make a notation in your reservation notes.

I love the ambiance inside with the asian designs. Love to be back again!

The experience was phenomenal lead by him and backed up by the kitchen and the rest of the team. He talked us into the duck special which came with duck soup, salt-n-pepper duck and whole duck carved at the table by Alex. Duck Soup - Delicious and savory broth. The cuts were tender and delicious. The best I've had in a long time. Salt N Pepper Duck - A crispy duck dish I've never had before. Good times. Guo Bao Pork - Creative, delicious and I understand why this is a feature dish. Green Beans - Perfect veggie pairing for all this food. The portions were so generous and I had 3 containers of food to take home for dinner. I appreciated the birthday dessert at lunch to finish off the experience. Well, that was a fantastic first visit. It definitely won't be the last as I see a dinner visit in the near future. Cheers!

Menu offers quite a variety... reg dim sum, delicious dim sum, chef specialties, house specialties, super dim sum, vegan no-meat dim sum, congee, noodles, rice dishes, appetizers, entrees, lunch specials, and more. Prices of the dim sum vary from $5.98 and up. We chose a handful of dim sum and one Shrimp & Pork Wonton Egg Noodles. Overall, dim sum was decent. A few of them could have been better in preparation, flavor, and taste. Wonton noodles were tasty. *Bean Sauce Chicken Feet - skin was on the tougher side, could have been more tender, sauce was too thick, flavor was okay *Crispy Taro Pancake - top layer was crispy, but taro fell apart when picked up by chopsticks *Egg Tarts - light and flaky crust with soft, smooth & jiggly egg custard filling, amazingly good, definitely would get again, wished it came with 3 instead of 2, they are bigger than normal egg tarts, but still *Fried Pork Ball - just okay, nothing special *Golden Sand Lava - huge baked bun with lots of oozing sandy egg yolk, must get! *Shrimp Dumpling - full of shrimps in thin skin, tasty filling, good size, worth the price! *Shrimp & Pork Chives Dumpling - more chives than shrimp and pork, flavor was mediocre *Shrimp & Pork Shumai - surprisingly flavorful, but wished there was more shrimp than pork Glad we got a chance to try this place.
