Yum! Tried Komodo after a show, late dinner seating around 10 or so, they seated us right away, and we had a great meal. We ordered the duck(serves 2-4) doesn't come with much besides what you need to make a wrap. Enjoyed it and Sushi. Nice ambiance.

Came here for a girls' night and had a reservation for 9 PM on a Sunday. We were seated right away, and everyone was friendly and accommodating throughout the night. The restaurant has a great atmosphere with beautiful decor, and there was a DJ playing while we ate. We ordered a few cocktails and did the set course menu, which included the Komodo Chicken Salad, Hamachi Serrano, Spicy Bluefin Tuna, Chilean Sea Bass, Snake River Farms NY Strip, Vegetable Fried Rice, Brussels Sprouts, and dessert. There was plenty of food for all six of us, and everything was flavorful. The sea bass was definitely the favorite of the night.

Such a romantic, sultry spot! The atmosphere is intimate, cozy, and perfect for a special night out. The service was top-notch, and our waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive. Every dish was bursting with flavor, and the drinks were delicious and generously poured. If you're looking for the perfect place for a girls night, this is definitely it. We'll absolutely be back!

Komodo Las Vegas absolutely nails the vibe. Having lived in South Florida, I'm a big fan of the Miami location, and this one delivers the same energy and atmosphere. The must-order dish is the eggplant. I don't even like eggplant, but this version has the perfect crunch with a subtle sweetness that makes it incredibly addictive. The sea bass remains my all-time favorite and never disappoints. I also highly recommend the Money Bag dim sum and the Wagyu lettuce wraps, which are so substantial and flavorful they could easily be an entrée. The only misses for me were the Alaskan crab lo mein and the cabbage served alongside the sea bass. The cabbage felt like an odd pairing, and the lo mein was underwhelming you get what amounts to half of one crab leg, with most of the crab meat mixed into the sauce, so there wasn't much actual crab to enjoy. The drinks are fantastic. Ask for the off-menu lychee martini it's perfectly balanced and one of the highlights of the meal. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the evening. Overall, Komodo is another great restaurant addition to the Fontainebleau Las Vegas dining scene, and I'll definitely be back.

Made a super late reservation on a Saturday night after seeing the Marc Anthony concert. We got there at 11pm and the kitchen and bar was open until about midnight. Our waitress was phenomenal and we loved her recommendations. This place is VERY pricey but since we were only looking for drinks and light bites we were able to keep the cost moderate. We were disappointed that they didn't offer any hot sake as they had an extensive sake menu but their creative cocktails made up for it. We ordered a few bites, some from the specials menu and some from the regular menu and everything was ridiculously delicious.

Hands down one of the vibiest restaurants in Las Vegas. The food here has been consistently good every time I've visited, and the service has always been on point! I love all the restaurants at Fontainebleau, but Komodo is definitely one of my favorites. The atmosphere is beautiful, the food is decent, and vibes feels elevated The Banana Pagoda is amazing. Honestly, sometimes I end up coming back just for dessert. If you're looking for a fun, upscale dinner spot in Vegas with great food, great service, and a gorgeous vibe, Komodo is absolutely worth it.

The best spot we went to in Vegas! Sexy vibe, super trendy restaurant with the most amazing food! Love that they have a live DJ! We had the best server- Eduardo. He was sweet, attentive, entertaining, and knowledgeable. He created a super positive atmosphere for us while we dined. Now let's get to the food! We ordered the eggplant chips, bluefin tuna, honey, salmon, Hamachi, edamame, Shishido, peppers, and yellowtail Hamachi with a side of avocado. Everything melted in our mouths. The food and experience were rich, appetizing and Delightful! This was my second time here and i plan to keep coming every time I visit Vegas. Don't miss out!

food: honestly pretty good! my friend and i came in pretty full from a late lunch, so we didn't order much and our appetites weren't crazy. the honey truffle salmon and hamachi serrano were delicious! the otoro tartare is a miss especially for the price. definitely stick to the carpaccio-like options imo service: our server was so sweet! she was checking in on us, holding conversations, and gave us good recs with detailed descriptions ambiance: GORGEOUS! huge restaurant with plenty if seating and perfect for pictures :)

No outside drinks or food is allowed unless it's from the bar across the restaurant. They also will not hold any of your food up front so be ware. The carpaccios were delicious and tasted fresh. Otoro tartare tasted like wet dog food straight out of a can. Rice crackers that came with it tasted like stale and old rice but it could've been saved with more seasoning. It was a friends birthday so they brought out an ice cream sandwich which was very nice. Our server was super sweet as well. If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't come back.

Tl;dr - Straight out of a scene from Cyberpunk 2077, Komodo serves up a pretty solid menu with great drinks, good service, and stellar ambiance for a late night. Last night in Vegas, we got back from a wedding and wanted to sneak one experience from the Fontainebleau before we left. Komodo is the only restaurant open late that's any good, so it was naturally our pick. Walking in the place, you already knows its giving off those edgy Tokyo noir vibes. The suspended flower spirals at the entrance are very cool, but stepping in it's like a scene from the future. Red and black permeate the space, it's definitely one of the wilder restaurants they have going. Service was good, everything came out super quick and all the servers were friendly, did their jobs well. This is the norm really at all their properties so they run a tight ship. Drink wise we had the matcha martini and the mochi mochi one, the latter I thought was a really nice play on a negroni with the former being an absolutely luscious cream based drink. Both were quite good and worth the price tags. We didn't do the full dinner here, but we did have some bites, opting for the Alaskan king lo mein, the ahi tacos, and the shu mai. All had some stellar looks, especially the lobster shu mai which was rose red, never seen dumplings look like that so it was very cool. Flavors were good, no complaints. I think what was a little lacking was just the substance, particularly the lo mein. At over $70, I would of liked to see a bigger crab leg on there, they give you a smaller half a leg, so I would say about 4 bite size pieces. More accurate description would be "Lo Mein with a side of crab." Anywho, we topped it off with the banana foster that has some fun spectacle delivery where it has a cube of toasted topping they smash with a little mallet to reveal a banana foster inside. It was decent, but I would of liked some warm and gooey banana, this was more lightly heated. All in all its a really cool place to grab a drink with folks, maybe some small appetizers. For dinner I would say there are probably better options with a bit more value to be had.

Dark, moody, and barely lit--in the best, most dramatic way. You step inside and it's like walking into a dream of cherry blossoms against rich, dark wood, with just pops of pink and black. Simple, striking, and seriously beautiful. We kicked things off with matcha martinis--small but mighty, just enough to spark the mood for everything that followed. Then came the lineup: chili rice, chili crab rice, a surf and turf roll, truffle salmon, edamame, and a pineapple upside-down cake with pistachio ice cream that sealed the deal. Every bite? Worth it. I'd order the whole thing again without blinking. Flavors were bold, combos were on point. Service hit that sweet spot--warm, attentive, but never hovering. You could tell she cared without making it a whole production. Plates disappeared quietly, like magic--efficient and totally unobtrusive. As the night picked up, so did the energy. The room got lively, a little loud, with club-style music that you wouldn't expect--but somehow, it worked. And it wasn't just a young crowd either, so don't picture a full-on nightclub scene. Would I go back? Absolutely. Just know--the prices match the vibe: very much Strip-level, not off-Strip bargains. But for the experience? Totally worth it.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Komodo! It was my husband's and my first time there, and we will definitely be back. Ralph was our server, and he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and gave us some of the best recommendations on the menu. The service was impeccable, and everything was timed perfectly. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the layout was so thoughtfully designed. We had an amazing experience from start to finish and can't wait to return!

The Wor Wonton Soup ($18) is excellent and incredibly delicious! Soup broth is nicely seasoned and flavorful, has four big portions of pork & shrimp wontons, tender chicken, succulent shrimp, bok choy, shiitake mushrooms and carrots, it usually includes beef but I ask to omit, and I love how they're able to accommodate. It's so nice to meet Anthony, he's VP, and came by to my table to check in, asked how everything was, he's very welcoming and personable. Hey, y'all…read more Y'all... I guess I've been living under a rock because I'm just now finding out about Cheongdam Food Hall! Where have I been?! Anywhoddles I ordered from Eki Ramen, and when I tell y'all this ramen was RAMENING! Aka delicious. Aka... fire I ordered the Black Garlic Ramen, and as you can see from the menu, it was only $12.95. I added an extra egg, extra pork belly, and extra black garlic oil because... why not? Anywhoddles with the extra "trimmings" it came to $18 dollars. Let's get back to the review Now lean in so I can tell y'all about this broth. It tasted authentic to me. It was rich, velvety, silky smooth, creamy without being heavy, and bursting with savory goodness. Every sip had me closing my eyes The noodles had the perfect bite--not too soft and not too firm. The pork belly was tender, flavorful, and had just the right amount of char around the edges. And those eggs? Whew! Perfectly jammy with that beautiful golden yolk. So... if you're a ramen lover--or if you've been thinking about trying ramen for the first time--I highly recommend giving Eki Ramen a try. And while you're there, take your time and explore Cheongdam Food Hall because there are plenty of other restaurants waiting to be discovered. Until next time... y'all already know what time it is! I'll be doing a boomerang back to this spot because there are way too many restaurants in this food hall for me to stop at just one!

The former Rite Aid pharmacy that once stood in its place has never looked better and features a cool curated mix of Japanese and Korean-inspired concepts. It's not a large food hall, but it's a good start. The current line up is: Smile Shota, Curry Ya, Namsan Tonkatsu, Market Green Table, Tiger Go Go, Downtoner Sandwich, and Broken Coffee. Market Green Table and Tiger Go Go managed to replace GT Poke and HoHo Crunch earlier this year, and thank goodness. Market Green Table has some of the most creative renditions of musubi and is my favorite of all that I've tried so far. Smile Shota is the most intriguing at the moment, which offers all you can eat sushi throughout the day and even has a late night AYCE special ($25 for now). If there is any knock on the place is that it's small enough to present some major challenges during their busiest times: crowd flow, seating, and especially parking. Peak times include lunch, weekends, and some weeknight dinner hours. Takeout is inevitable, but their least busy hour is usually between 2-4pm.

Only thing for me is that the fried rice and noodles seemed to have a little too big much oil in it. I don't think that's an indictment on 8 east itself, but more of a general Chinese/Taiwanese cooking method. But other than that, I would certainly come back again.
