We came here on Valentine's Day, but went really early before the dinner rush, which turned out to be a great decision. The food came out surprisingly fast, and everything was paced well. The wagyu tacos are an absolute must order. They're one of those dishes I'd come back for every time. However, the desserts missed the mark. We ordered two different desserts that, they were so bland I don't even remember what they were. The restaurant itself is beautiful and has the sleek, upscale aesthetic you'd expect from the Nobu brand. Service was okay. Nothing stood out either way, but the food and atmosphere definitely made the experience worthwhile.

I really didn't care for Nobu in Bay Area, CA so I really didn't care to come here. But oh damn am I glad I did! Especially when it was for a work event so everything was paid for. This was easily the best meal I've had in a long time! The service, the ambiance, the drinks, the food. It was indulgent and somehow, you don't leave feeling heavy like after a fancy steakhouse meal. Highlights: Toro topped with truffles - omg to die for. Popcorn shrimp Miso cod Sashimi salad Wagyu steak with lobster, freshly fired up at the table Old fashioned Forget about the Nobus anywhere else in the world. They were not shy letting us know the Vegas location is the best, and the one that wins the most awards! And this is the location where they test new recipes out.

Amazing dinner! Service impeccable. Ambiance needs a little upgrade in my opinion. But we came for the food. We opted for the waiter to choose for us. We provided him our likes and dislikes, and he created a whole menu around that. We had about six courses and were extremely full and satisfied. It was a very relaxed setting. The food was absolutely incredible. With a great progression from sashimi appetizers, then onto main course, which was lobster and A5 Wagyu, two sashimi at the end, followed by incredible desserts. It is definitely a splurge, but worth it.

This was not the experience I was expecting from such a renowned restaurant. We were seated near the tail end of available reservations, and the entire time I felt as if we were being heavily rushed to leave. I understand being in the last handful of tables means we shouldn't linger, but we weren't moving any slower than is courteous- and especially given the price of our meal, I was hoping for some better service. We were also told to eat family style without much more context as to portion sizes, good items to share, etc. The sushi itself was decent, but if I were to return (likely to another location), I would stick with some of the other seafood dishes instead, as those looked more appetizing.

Sigi was my waiter. He was attentive, friendly and recommended amazing choices!! He deserves a raise for being awesome! The food came out flavorful and delicious. Every dish satisfied my taste buds. Service was amazing. I will definitely come back when I'm back in Paris.

I get the hype now. Service 10/10, food 10/10. So intricately made and they keep the menu so simple and everything was so delicious. Ofcourse we had to get doubles. The tuna rice cake was such a unique mix of flavors and everything was just so fresh. Bring me back!!

Divine - and this from a person that doesn't like most seafood. I knew the menu going in and still became overwhelmed by what I should order. Thankfully our server was phenomenal ... patient, knowledgeable, understood the small tweaks to make an item better for someone nervous to make a selection. The menu we chose: edamame, spicy scallop roll, chicken, spicy scallop with vegetables, amber beer, and a side of white rice. Our server also brought me the tiniest beef tacos as a gift and he was right - delicious. Reservations can be made online for couples to large parties. Fantastic ambience and noise level. Amazing service from all. I'm so glad we visited.

Every Nobu location I've been to is top notch! This is my first visit to the Las Vegas location. I can't remember our server's name, but he was very knowledgeable and made sure we were taken care of all night. We ordered the following items: Shishito peppers $13. Yellowtail jalapeño $38 Tuna Tataki $38 Albacore Chili Ponzu $40 New style sashimi - Salmon $38 Black cod miso $49 Bento box dessert $20 Everything was delicious! We could have ordered more food. We were still hungry! Bill was $260 (before tip) for me, my husband and 18 year old daughter. Instead we went to Secret Pizza for a slice later that night! Beautiful space! Delicious food!

Nobu was fantastic from start to finish. This was our first time dining at this establishment. The service was amazing we were guided through the experience, made many suggestions on food choices, and about the timing of dishes. Our servers Heather and Mary were perfectly present without being bothersome and made the service equally as memorable as the food. We made a reservation for 9pm on Easter Sunday. Turned out to be unnecessary for that time and could have just walked in. The decor is modern and for two the half booth was a joy to sit in for a romantic dinner for two. We had some of their signature dishes: Yellowtail Jalapeno - 8.5/10 - nice balance of flavors Black Cod with Miso - 9.9/10 - as close to perfect as possible Rock Shrimp Tempura - 8/10 - nice range of flavors with the variety of sauces House Special Roll - 7.5/10 - fresh ingredients, very nice Sizzling Scallops - 7.5/10 - cooked well, not overcooked even though it came on a sizzling platter (can't find this dish on the online menu) Tofu Tempura - 7/10 - not greasy, very crispy, went well with the sauce. I confess I also dipped these into the shrimp tempura sauces. All the dishes were amazing, balanced and unique flavors, and wonderful presentations. You could tell that all of the ingredients were fresh and of high quality. Although everything was exceptional, the highlights for us were the Black Cod with Miso and the Yellowtail Jalapeno. The cod was perfectly cooked, melted in your mouth, and was an umami experience with every bite. The yellowtail with the yuzu-ponzu sauce, jalapeno, and cilantro were bites of paradise. I would whole heartedly recommend Nobu.

On Easter we visited one of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's Las Vegas locations. The renouned chef has three locations in Las Vegas. Our dinner was at the Caesar's Palace location. Nobu Caesar's Palace blends Japanese tradition with bold Peruvian flavors, offering signature dishes like Yellowtail Jalapeño, Black Cod Miso, Brick Oven Roasted Lobster, Japanese A5 Wagyu, and premium sushi. They also offer Omakase meal packages. The restaurant decor displays a luxurious and intimate ambiance with sleek lines and trendy ceiling light coverings. The front of the house was very welcoming as we arrived a few minutes early for our scheduled reservation. We were seated immediately. The lively club music tracks provided plenty of buzz in the space. Our server Kristopher was also welcoming and very knowledgeable about the menu. For our dinner we chose the Brick Oven Roasted Lobster, the Shrimp and Lobster Salad with lemon sauce, the California Roll, the Miso Soup, and the Shojin - Vegetable Tempura. We were not disappointed as everything tasted great! For dessert, we chose the Japanese Whisky Cappuccino Coffee Crème Brûlée layered with crunchy coffee Cacao soil, milk ice cream, and Japanese Whisky Foam, and the Vanilla Miso Tart which included shortbread crust, whisky mascarpone cheesecake, vanilla ganache, a white chocolate glaze, and red miso Dulce de Leche. These desserts were so delicious folks!!

This place never disappoints. Popped in on a Monday evening right as they opened and was able to find seating at the bar for two. Ordered a bunch of bites to share. Everything was delicious and fresh. This place never disappoints. The service at the bar is just as good as the Table service, all the weight staff was very polite and professional and always check to make sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. Enjoy!

How much is the sushi omakase now? Paris clearly lists the price but not Caesars Palance.

It depends. You can kind of control it by telling your server or chef what you'd like to spend. I enjoyed it for around $80 during happy hour.

    Is the restaurant really noisy?

It can be when it's very busy or on a big event night. I'd plan on it being noisy.

    What is counter seating?

You sit at the bar. It's first come first serve if you walk in with no reservation.

    Are reservations necessary?

Highly recommend if you have a group. I was able to get in as a solo two times solo and once with my wife in a week.

What is the typical price point for dinner?

For a reasonable selection of options (not ordering every one of the most expensive items on the menu), plus drinks and dessert for two people, you can expect somewhere in the neighborhood of 350-400 dollars.

Do they serve the full menu at their regular bar area and is it open seating or do I need a reservation?

They serve everything at the bar as well

Is this place only a la carte? Or is there all you can eat also?

There is no all you can eat. Granted, you can keep purchasing different items but you'll be getting charged.

Is bar seating available for 1 person?

Yes and you don't need a reservation as long there's space

How much are the chef's tasting menus?

From what I remember there were 3 levels to choose from. We chose the middle one which was $155 per person. With everything we got, it was so worth it. The anticipation and not knowing what was coming next was very fun....and tasty!!

What's the dress code? Dining Saturday night at 6pm

I've gone around then and I wore casual attire :-)

    Does Nobu allow kids?

Yes they do. We've taken our young kids (6, 7, 10) to several locations for years and haven't had a problem. Our kids enjoy fine dining experiences with us.

Does it serve teppenyaki (like Benihana)?

Yes, the Las Vegas Nobu in Caesars Palace offers teppanyaki dining. It is the only Nobu location in the U.S. to do so. Check out the restaurant's description on the Caesars Palace website if you don't believe me.

They offer all-you-can-eat for around $35, which honestly seems like a great deal if you can put down some sushi , but we knew we wouldn't eat enough to make it worth it, so we opted to order à la carte instead. We started with the pork belly, which was actually the only thing we didn't care for, so we ended up sending that back. Everything after that, though, was SO good. The garlic spicy salted edamame was delicious and such a good way to start. We also tried several of their all-day specials--the yellowtail carpaccio, crunchy onion albacore, and seared bluefin tuna--and all three were delicious. Normally the specials are limited to one per person with AYCE, but since we were ordering à la carte, we could order however many we wanted. For rolls, I got the A Little Tease Roll and really enjoyed it. My husband got the Call 911 roll, and judging by how quickly it disappeared, I'd say he loved his too . My son kept it simple with a California roll and a cup of rice, which worked perfectly for him. We also shared a lychee nigiri, one of my favorites, and it was super yummy. The ambiance is probably one of my favorite things about this place. It's really fun and feels like somewhere you could come for a date night, but it's still completely comfortable for families. It would also be a great spot to come with a group. The surrounding area looks a little sketchy, so don't let that throw you off. Once you walk inside, it seriously feels like you've been transported somewhere completely different. The restaurant itself is really nice and has such a fun vibe. Definitely recommend checking this place out and trying some of their different sushi rolls and specials. Everything we had (minus the pork belly ) was BOMB. Next time we're in Vegas, we'll absolutely come back and try some more!
