A gentleman wearing a black polo shirt looked at his watch and informed us that the store was closing in two minutes. Shortly afterward, another employee, who identified himself as Joel, approached us wearing a soccer jersey and an AirPod in one ear. He repeated that they were closing in two minutes and stated that they needed to clean everything. When I asked for both employees' names, Joel provided his name but would not allow the other employee to speak and told me that I did not need his name. This interaction was not a good representation of Cold Stone's customer service. As a result, I left and drove to a nearby Baskin-Robbins, where I was able to order a shake without any issues. As a secondary note, the store also had a strong odor that resembled a backed-up sewer. I wanted to mention this so management is aware of the condition.
