Service is meh it depends who you get. The girls except for one are horrible at serving ice cream. They don't serve a full scoop and when you ask them if they can please add a little more because they took it out in bits they get offended. Not only that but they don't use gloves and the back of their fingers rub along the ice cream. read more

An excellent choice for dessert. Located just off the freeway, this place has all the treats you're craving. For me, I love their palletas as well as their mangonadas. Started going here during Yelp event and we stop here whenever we are in this area. Shout-out to Sarai, she was extremely helpful and very friendly, she gave samples and explained about lot of different flavors, which I have never seen before. We have also tried cajeta milkshake, it was our of the world. The place is small but filled with treats. I got Fruity pebbled ice-cream, it cannot go wrong. Especially with crunchy textures on the top. From the tasters, I loved mazapan and Starbucks coffee flavor, for my next. They have ice-cream, paletas, smoothies, shakes and tostilocos too. They have so many things to offer! Ice cream scoops, paletas, smoothies, shakes, etc. The owner/staff were so friendly and nice! I went with the cookie monster scoop in a cup. It has pieces of cookies in it of course and it is really good. You're welcome to sample a couple flavors and I chose the Reeses to sample but was set on the cookie monster in the end. This is a cute little ice cream shop in a shopping center. They have quite a few flavors to pick from, and many unique. They have both milk and water based flavors, and have something for everyone! The staff there was very helpful and friendly. You can get samples to get the right flavor for you. I got the mint chocolate chip, which was delicious. I came in and asked for s pico de gallo, the lady stated that she didn't have any watermelon so she's substitute it with cucumber jicana. I only wanted wAtermelon, pineapple and mango, I just got home and realized that the pineapple she gave me is canned pineapple, besides the fact that she rang me up $14 for this, its canned!! I could've just gone to the grocery store and bought a pineapple for a couple bucks!! Its supossed to be fresh fruit!! Definately not returning to this location. read more

We come here often for the aguas and bionico! It's always clean and nice staff! Parking is tight since it's in a strip mall but not awful. My only complain would be the rocky road ice cream def is not rocky road. It tastes like chocolate milk with mazapan. Will continue coming here. read more

If you follow me and my reviews you'll know I'm not a fan of sweets or ice cream, however I have a lot of ice cream loving friends and every so often I get a craving. It's rare but it happens. Some of my issues with places it quality, consistency and price. Ice cream being one of the major issues I have where it's overpriced, paying $5-$10 for mediocre ice cream and small scoops. This Michoacana did not disappoint. $5 for a triple scoops seems fair and reasonable and the quality is there. They offer huge selection of Mexican treats from snacks, juices, water and ice cream. I am very picky when it comes to my aqua fresca and theirs was delicious. I don't want to know how much sugar they put in my drink but that's ok because it was refreshing, light and flavorful. While others are super sweet, taste like syrup, this one hit the spot. If you have a craving for healthy snacks they have fruit and other options. If you want the Mexican experience and shower yourself in deliciousness you can get elote, tostilocos, and just thinking about it I'm getting cravings and wanting to go back. From the moment I walked in the employee was incredibly nice and she unprompted said "here you go try a sample" as I was eyeing all the different flavors they have.
