My boys love coming to DQ as a start to summer/end of school celebration. They've chosen this spot several years in a row. Blizzards are always a huge hit with them. Wanted to give it 3 stars just because I love DQ BUT this is the very first time I ever got a blizzard and they did not flip it upside down. (part of the experience why kids love going to DQ is because they get entertained when they flip the blizzard). Both my blizzard cups had ice cream and chocolate residue on the outside of the cups, it was handed to me all sticky, usually they wipe it down before handing it to you but not this time. :( I noticed it's a bunch of younger people working which I applaud for hiring young people that want to work but whoever the manager is, at least train them properly. read more

Stopped by tonight for some blizzards for me and my family, and it was good. The prices was a bit high and the service was excellent.

Burger arrived cold and wet. Never again. One bite and my fingers were covered in grease.

Food was not hot which tells me it wasn't fresh. I ordered it online and they were just finishing the ice cream when I got there. We also ordered honey mustard and ranch but they gave us bbq sauce. The service was okay. Staff were friendly. Highly disappointed. We are visiting from out of town and expected much better quality (which we have received at every other DQ in the country.) read more

I've been going to this Dairy Queen for over 3 years and ordering a Banana Split Blizzard and substituting chocolate chunks for chocolate syrup at no extra cost because I'm not taking chocolate syrup but I'm getting chocolate chunks. Today, the price was almost $2 more to have a substitution of chocolate chunks for chocolate syrup. The cost for a blizzard is ridiculous price in California to begin with! And the reason and logic behind why that was happening today, was just a pathetic excuse for the extra charge. Then when I asked to have the chocolate syrup given to me on the side so that I at least have that and I'm paying extra for the chunks, that was denied too. I'm surprised by these negative reviews. Today, we stopped by after church and ordered 3 cherry dipped cones, 2 blizzards, and a double stack burger meal. Everything was excellent, though the service was a bit slow. Not kidding when I say it's the best burger I've had in the longest time. It tasted like In-N-Out, minus the bun as it wasn't toasted. The bacon was actually crispy and not overcooked. The french fries were fantastic as well. The mint brownie blizzard didn't taste as minty as I would expect, but it was still good. The food is good. But if you want good service, do NOT use the mobile order pickup. It would be faster and you'd get acknowledged by doing regular or drive thru orders. We waited for 1/2 an hour for our pickup orders and they were placed 10 minutes before we arrived. They were busy and so we waited patiently for our turn to get service at the mobile order pickup area. The front workers didn't acknowledge our presence the whole time. Everyone who ordered in person got serviced right away and friendly faces. One kitchen worker saw us and said our order was being worked on, then we waited another 25 minutes. He apologized for the wait and gave us more sauces as an apology. Very frustrating experience but I love DQ and their ice cream. I've always loved Dairy Queen and have gone to several locations with excellent service; however, this specific location was extremely disappointing. Tuesday night, I got blizzards with my bf and his family, and I had gotten a cotton candy one that wasn't mixed properly to start off, and not only that, it had nuts mixed in! and choclate pieces. I've been coming to this store for years but unfortunately tonight the experience was not great. My boyfriend and I waited 50 minutes in the drive through (couldn't leave because there were already people behind me). I got a mini blizzard and my bf got the Brownie cupfection. When we got to the window, the guy took payment. Then we waited about 10 minutes and another guy came to ask if we were cashed out already and said yes and asked what order we were waiting for. After those 10 minutes at the window, i saw them finally start making the cupfection and then the blizzard.
