Service here is always terrible to be honest, They are never in a good mood to serve you and i don't understand why but if you over look their service their menu has a huge selection of treats to choose from. The place is pretty clean. We chose the tostilocos only part i don't like which is a personal preference of mine is i wish instead of putting the tostilocos in a container they kept them in the bag of chips and just added the toppings in the bag i find it to be more tastier that way and easier to eat it as well i dont know thats just me! They are also pretty stingy with the chamoy. My partner got and esquite with cheetos i perfer the mexican corn which is the white one but he perfers the American one its more sweet. I got a vanilla raspado pretty good but the ice to vanilla ratio was off. I recommend their aguas frescas or their paletas read more

I was hesitant on returning for a second time since the customer service was TERRIBLE the 1st time. No matter how good everything is, if the server spoils it with their careless, bratty attitude, it's over. But, I remember how good the antojos were and gave it another try. Thank goodness I was greeted so nicely by Sabrina this time. They actually asked me how I stayed so cheerful and happy, and I simply told them, "we got to be nicer to each other, even if it's hard when it comes to helping difficult customers" Great work, Sabrina! I was at a McDonald's nearby and happened to see this La Michoacana ice cream shop. I've been visiting La Michoacana every chance I get. I was informed they are all different... they just happen to carry the same business name, but can have a different suffix to it. Unfortunately not all La Michoacana are on Yelp so there are a few I haven't visited in the high desert due to this reason. Upon entry, I noticed there was a lot of staff which I thought would be a good sign. That wasn't the case. There was one lady who was taking and making the orders while the other ladies were either prepping or cleaning. I tried to get the other ladies attention because there was a long line, but none of them looked up. Anyway, another lady finally acknowledged my presence, but it appeared that she didn't speak much English. Now I understand. I ordered two scoops of ice cream... one was oreos cookie n cream and another was gansito. They both were good, but not as creamy as the La Michoacana of the Hight Desert. Price was decent. Atmosphere was okay, but shop is not too big. I probably will not be back to this location. At least I gave it a try. Be happy with your ice cream! read more

First, customer service was HORRIBLE.... I spent 20$ on TRASH. The ice cream (strawberry cheesecake) tasted OLD instantly went in the trash.i had to wait for the cheese to be warmed in the microwave for my nachos. That went in the trash. I actually like coming here and getting my antojitos because they have a variety to choose from but what sucks is that they advertise a certain time and it seems like they just pick up and go whenever they feel like it. I was craving some Ice cream and to my liking it was closed, ummmmm hello is 8:20pm it sais it's closed at 9:30! There was no sign stating it would be closed. First thing is the customer service was terrible. Myself and my wife stood there for a while and we were skipped several times like we were invisible and or inconvenient. This is the second time we have experienced this, I thought maybe the first time was just a bad day for them because it was late at night before closing. We were never greeted as we entered the store, the workers all seemed annoyed. Second thing is the AC is broke and the ice cream was melting it's not safe to sale melting or melted ice cream. Great customer service, the staff was super friendly and got us through the line quickly! The place was very clean, including the bathroom. And of course the food was great one my sister got ice cream and I got a fruit salad that was amazing I didn't get a picture of it because I was just dying to eat it! It is difficult to stand in line and feel like you are an inconvenience and not a guest... you have to ask for everything ( napkins, straw, spoon) and the unfriendly faces don't make it easy! The drinks are good but overpriced and not worth the hostile service...NO GRACIAS! read more

This spot has everything you want in a ice cream shop...from smoothies to mocha frappe....juices from Mexico. Also they have corn....nachos and you can have it anyway you want. Everything here is made fresh and that's what I love about it. Definitely recommend coming here. read more

I was craving something cold and sweet. So why not stop at this place to give it a try. Walter, not sure if he is the owner or manager, but he had excellent customer service, letting my boyfriend and I know about the deals and offering us to try samples of the agua frescas...he also explained to us what certain items on the menu were, since we did not speak or understand Spanish. If I could, I would rate his service a 5/5. Anyways, my boyfriend and I ordered one of the Agua Frescas, Bionico, which was already prepared...which I thought was pretty cool, until I got home and esquites...Favorite one out of all 3 was the Agua Fresca. The young female standing at the register, made my Esquites...she put 3 tiny strands of mayo....filled the top with Cheese and very little hot Cheetos...making it flavorless..When we got home...we had the Bionico. I shared the Bionico with my grandmother and the fruits were very sour...was not happy about that. By the time we got home, the place was closed. So we had to wait til the next day to call them...Called the next day to see if I can get another one, since the the one they gave me was spoiled...the young lady from the previous night told me that nobody there speaks English. So we decided to drive there instead, since we knew someone there spoke English.
