Very vibrant and colorful atmosphere. I loved the rice pudding ice cream flavors I tried. I also liked the strawberry flavor I tried. It is a smaller location than the one I am used to in Modesto with way more flavor options. Bottom line is it is a great place to treat yourself and definitely tailored to young girls with all the bright colors. I would think any young girl would love this place, just on the ambiance alone. read more

First time going to La Michoacana plus here in Tracy and it was pretty good. The food was amazing, had a lot on their menu, which included sweet and salty and sour. The service was good and quick, didn't have complaints there. The ambiance was good, very lit up and music playing(not too loud as some reviews complained) the only complaint was the humidity inside. Like I get they have a mix of cold and hot in there but it def was humid. read more

Paid $9 for what was basically corn tossed with Cheetos and a bit of cheese. This is the price of a meal -- a rip-off. We'd like to support local businesses, but this is highway robbery. Came here on a whim looking for a snack. I ended up getting the mini pancakes with chocolate drizzle. The chocolate tasted like the chocolate abuelita that you use for Mexican hot chocolate! It was yummy! The pancakes however fell flat. They weren't fluffy and thick like other places I've been. The place is cute but it was warm inside (no AC in Tracy?!) and smelt kinda funky. read more

Terrible customer service last time we just came in. 2 workers saw us, no greeting, walked to the back area and said nothing to us. Been there several times in the past, they just lost customers. Normally their service is fine but there's so many places for us to spend our money with that being given terrible service we will not be spending a dime with them. You can get 4 scoops of quality ice cream from Milk and Sugar for the same price as their small mangonada. read more

They have a huge variety of flavors! We used to often the one in Newark when we lived in East Bay, and we're glad we have one in Tracy too! Our go-to is always the Mangonada...we've tried some other items too and haven't been disappointed. Staff were pretty nice when we went, and the store is clean. read more

First of all ms girl forgot one of my items, I also ordered a banana split and it gives you the option to choose 3 different flavors if you want, bc you get 3 scoops of ice cream. 1st I absolutely LOVE this ice cream shop. Yet, I was extremely disappointed yesterday and NOT with the Ice Cream. The 2 young girls working were playing inappropriate music extremely loud. I mentioned it to one of the girls that they were children in the shop and they shouldn't have to listen to "SUCK MY @!*%!" while eating their ice cream and her response was, "I don't see any little kids." She didn't bother changing the music or even apologizing. I'm happy my Granddaughter wasn't with me- the situation probably would have been escalated. I hope the owner teaches their employees what's appropriate in a business and what isn't. read more

This place is worth the wait in line ! So yummy and so cute/instagramable in the inside. They have craveable snacks and ice creams it's overwhelming bc you want to order everything. I got a agua Fresca de Leche so gooooood omg, a micheagua I think that's the name de watermelon so quenching and nachos with a 12 pack of paletas for the house. They have de todos los sabores y colores. Definitely go you won't be disappointed be patient with them bc they are short staffed and people are ordering and they make the snacks themselves. Since this location has opened I've been here multiple times because my son loves the ice cream. However, we no longer eat here because the times we are there waiting in line, the ladies at the counter are always playing inappropriate music on their phones. My son is 4 and I don't want to take him to get ice cream and have hood music playing in a family place. Secondly, the location is not clean and does not smell clean. There was a day my son and I came in and ate ice cream there, he spilled ice cream all over the table and booth and I did my best to clean up but was told they will wipe it up. The next day we came to pick up paletas for a group of people and as I look at the table we were sitting on, the ice cream from the evening before was crusted on the table. Blue Bubblegum paleta still there. I haven't returned since then, I hope management puts in some cleaning tasks and does something about the inappropriate music. Thank you. read more

I really want to like this place, but have been disappointed in some way every time I've been here. I went a few weeks after their grand opening and it was mediocre. Decided to give it a try again because I was craving 'Mexican corn', and being that it's been a while since the grand reveal, you'd think that they would have a better system in place. Totally not efficient at all. Probably need to look into better training from HQ. QUALITY CONTROL PLEASE! Now I'm not even sure what is in my cup. Usually I'd let this go, but I'm literally sitting here trying to figure out what it is. If you know what it, please let me know. Every time I order a regular corn in a cup and ask for no powdered chili they take that as no chili at all, along with please no water in it and the answer is "it's impossible"!!! Let's not forget the only reason you have it in water is to save you time when serving it and to keep it warm not to serve corn soup. Then I ask for a crazy shake and she either doesn't put enough ice cream or over blends it ends up not being a shake just milk with whip cream and sprinkles . Do better!! read more

Found out about La Michoacana Plus on their very hyped up Instagram. Every post I have seen on their Instagram left me drooling. I expected the same when I finally was able to try out this place. Visited this location twice and both times we did not have a pleasant experience. WHAT YOU SEE ON IG is NOT WHAT YOU GET HERE. Extremely long lines even in the early afternoons. One or two workers (if that) that can not keep up with orders. Last encounter with the employee helping me skipped me and then almost skipped me again. Ice cream had little to no flavor. The popsicles had great flavor but melt very fast so makes it very messy. Seating is very limited in here so don't plan to enjoy your treats inside. read more

Tbh I didn't even get to order (been to the one in Santa Ana tho). I came here when the line was at the bathroom so I thought it was gonna be fast. Wrong. The service here is like that scene in Zootopia when they went to the DMV and everyone that worked there were all sloths. The workers were so slow lmao. If you put 1 paisa in there, guaranteed they'd clean that line up real quick lol. When we came in, the customer ordering at the front still hadn't received his order when we left. Which was like 20 minutes. That was our queue to leave. It was probably going to take over an hour to get to us and the line was only at the bathroom. I'll probably recommend coming back before they open or 15 mins before they close. read more

La Michoacana has day glow favors to match their day glow decor. You can choose from dozens of flvaors of paletas de agua, paletas de leche, nieves de agua and nieves de leche. They also have mangonadas, agua frescas, and snacks! The paletas are the thing. The clean, bright flavors give your palate something to sing about. While I flirted with ordering my usual, lime, I decided to do something different. The options were many, but I love the fruit-filled paletas best. So I went with cherry. My cherry paleta and my friend's lemon pie paleta were both yummy. Although, the fruity pebbles paleta kept calling me. Maybe another time. I love how bright and clean the store is, but it's not a place you want to linger. The service is meh ,and at least the last time I was there, kind of loud. I will still keep visiting though. I am so disappointed. I was so excited when this place opened. Went there in the early afternoon and it was packed! Well, that's because of the super slow service. I watched someone stalking a full case of popsicles, while there was a line wrapped around the inside of the store. None of the employees seemed to care. No manager anywhere. Ended up getting just a scoop of chocolate ice cream. Mediocre at best. I couldn't justify waiting another 45 minutes for one Of the specialty concoctions. They don't care about how long people are waiting. It's a joke. People just kept leaving. The owner should know that they are losing business. This will be the last time I come here. Save yourself the time and go to Coldstone, the ice cream is way better. read more

Im vegetarian and eating pork goes against my religious beliefs so i asked for tostilocos without cueritos (pork rinds) and the girl accidentally added them and that's fine. i work at an ice cream shop too and accidents happen but i don't just secretly remove my accident for them to find out about later... Transparency is important in the food business but not to this worker i guess. as you can see i found pork rinds in my food i'm just leaving this review in hopes of this not happening to anyone else. read more

My wife & I also hired Aldo's to do the dessert at our kids birthday party our 1st year in Tracy as well, it was a huge hit. Hard to find anyone who doesn't love gelato. My favorite flavor overall since I've been going there is "cookies" They do a good job rotating flavors too. They usually have a few test flavors in their main display for people to choose. They also have a few keto flavors typically as well. They carry custard, vanilla or chocolate, and sorbets too. Lots to choose from. Rich, Michelle, & the crew are all super nice, and give great customer service & a great product. One thing this place is really good at, is being open. Local business we've noticed, close pretty early, or sometimes aren't even open when they say they are. If I go to Aldo's before 10 pm, I don't think I've ever seen them closed. Give this local family owned spot a try.

The menu is large with options for everyone that include all different flavors of drinks as well as a lot of food menu options. Some of my favorites are the basil popcorn chicken, fried tofu, crab Rangoons, and chicken wings - but I always get the honey peach royal teal 30/30! It's soooo good! This place is not for you. I appreciate the always scorching food, never had to experience lukewarm or cold food here. The tea is good as usual too, lots of variety of drinks to choose from. There's something for everyone in that drink menu. My only gripe is that the cup sizes have changed. They are smaller, way smaller in comparison to 5 years ago. Prior to Covid. And the drinks are now more expensive too. Another shop affected by shrinkflation.

The bread is cooked perfectly! I love the variety of flavours that they offer, I personally love the Pork Floss! Salted egg, green tea and dulce de leche are great options as well! I wish they had a store in LA! Pro tip! They make everything from scratch, so the demand is always high.
