Absolute terrible service. Usually, they're okay, but today was unacceptable. There was a "difficult" customer in front of us, she had a severe peanut allergy so she needed toppings grabbed from the back. The young girl that was working the register went to the back and brought out some Oreos and gummy worms in a little plastic cup. The customer wanted more gummy worms and some popping boba, which the worker goes to the back and is gone for a while. Comes back with 4 cups of Oreos. Customer tells her what she actually asked for and she goes BACK to get them, comes back with popping boba, but says they're out of gummy worms. Girl only brought out like 4 gummy worms to start with, you're telling me they kept the BIG bag of gummy worms to hold only 4 worms back there? I understand working with difficult customers, since I work in retail myself, but you can't shut down and not help. We also asked if they were out of plain yogurt or if the machine was broken. She walked to the back, came back, and said "it doesn't work." Then proceeded to do NOTHING about anything. Us, the customers, had to tell other customers that the machine isn't working. There was another guy working who did nothing to help the other worker and the line was piled up to the cups station. I brought my wife to Yogurtland on 6/28/26 at 9:00pm expecting a pleasant experience, but unfortunately it was anything but. The store was extremely dirty, with yogurt and brownie pieces all over the floor. My wife nearly slipped because of the mess, which was very concerning. What made the situation even more disappointing was that there were three employees on duty who appeared to be standing around talking instead of cleaning or helping customers. The toppings bar was messy, with condiments mixed together, and the area around the scale was filthy. Overall, the store looked neglected and poorly maintained. This was a very disappointing visit. Cleanliness and customer safety should be a top priority, and unfortunately, neither seemed to be taken seriously during our visit. I checked in last week to treat myself to some fun and refreshing Strawberry Yogurt and had a lovely time! The Team Members kept the line well stocked with a rainbow of tantalizing toppings and I built a beautiful mix of Strawberry Shortcake Yogurt with fresh strawberries, kiwi, and peanuts. I needed to charge my phone and appreciates how there was an outlet available for us to use! The Team Member working that night also kept me in high quality company as we broke down our Favorite Comic Book Movies and how they compared to the Original Source Material. The only part of the experience that could've used improvement was the cleanliness of the Tables and Restrooms! I think there is something for everyone at Yogurtland. The self-serve concept is simple. Choose the flavor(s) that appeal to you. You can have one, two, three or more flavors and/or toppings, it's entirely up to you. There are flavors that remain each month, while others are swamped to bring in limited and seasonal flavors. The yogurt cup will be "weighed," so plan accordingly. They do offer specials and rewards on their app. The current Promo Code I see is for free delivery. That is entirely a new idea for me. I have never ordered one to be delivered to me because I like to choose each item myself. My thought is the free delivery is a good idea for someone like me to go for it! My kids and I were craving yogurtland so we decided to go last night around 9pm. - was easy plenty of parking so you don't have to worry about that. Upon entering we were greeted by Yvanna with a smile. All the taster cups are on top of the glass where the toppings are so feel free to help yourself. They have plenty of yogurt options my favorite one is the tart! Now the toppings, so much. My kids love the sprinkles, sour belts, fresh fruit and the face that everything was kept clean. Usually at yogurtland at another location the toppings are messy. At this one everything was nice and well kept. Yvanna helped us at checkout and she was delightful. So friendly and very kind to us. We went on a random Tuesday around 5 pm ish and there wasnt any line. So we took our time picking out our foyo and toppings. I got the small size and hubs got large size cups. The flavors were limited, and there wasn't any specific one that was eye catching, lol I got the sorbet, vanilla, and oreos and cream, topped with some cherries, mochi bites, cheesecake bites, and a wafer. If I could give zero stars, I would. This place was a mess. First me and a couple people walk in and there's a line (not complaining about that), more than half of their flavors are out. I told the shirt guy with curly hair and he said he'd fix it but didn't because ten minutes go by and the same flavors are still out if not more. I chose some flavor they had but after my cup that one ran out too. Ridiculous! I move to their station with the fruit and it was a mess as well. Blueberries and other fruit in the strawberries and everything mixed up with everything. The floor was a mess, spills of yogurt everywhere, and service was bad. My first time coming here since the pandemic. They did a great job with enforcing covid protocols. The male employee working was very sweet, polite and welcoming which was nice as well. When you walk in there are no chairs or tables out and the toppings bar is wrapped up to avoid cross contamination from customers. They have disposable gloves for customer use so that you don't have direct contact with the frozen yogurt machines which is reassuring. Once you fill your cup you can place your cup on top of the toppings bar and let the employees know what toppings you want. Very convenient! I love me some froyo so I am happy to see they are still open during these tough times. I wish I got the workers name but I was too excited about my froyo that I forgot to ask. This place has gone down hill fast. I'm going to assume the owners are not involved or they have no help from corporate on how to run the business. We have tried multiple times and each time it gets worse and worse. I brought a group of 12 people on 4/30 and they only had 4 flavors available at 8:30pm. If you haven't tried Menchies off Hidden Valley then your missing out. The place has amazing flavors and the employees are great! I will now drive 15 min out of the way to enjoy this location. I like this plaza because it's right before the traffic gets bad and there's plenty of parking. The workers are always very welcoming and friendly. I always ask for an extra spoon bc my son always manages to somehow drop his so I've learned to always ask for an extra and they are understanding and doesn't give me a look of judgment. one guy even said I can give you two extra if you want. The staff at this location were speaking about us unkindly (we went there as a family) in their native language when we attempted to download the app for the BOGO day. It was a good thing that my kids took language classes in school and they were able to understand what they were saying. One of the family members had the app already, but the staff insisted that only one transaction could be used for one BOGO. That being said, I don't think there were preconditions in the promotional ad indicating that the customers needed the yogurtland app to enjoy the BOGO. If the app is required for discounts, please display the precondition somewhere in large prints so the customer can be informed and be ready. read more

I typically like this branch, and was even a fan after it seemingly was much cheaper than other stores, but today on Fan Appreciation Day, the staff were extremely uncooperative. When me and my family went to pay, the cashier, Andrea told us we had to have a reward account to get in on the deal. I had known about the event for a while so I told her the account was only for double points. Andrea argued with me and told me I could either download the app or pay full price. We had even read the fine print they had on the flyer at the store but Andrea insisted that she would not give us the deal without an app. She did this to another family behind me as well.
