Came in for dinner on a Wednesday, not busy. 3 tables were occupied and 2 barstools. The music was too loud. My hub and I shared beef fajitas for 1 ($12.99). The beef was mostly tender but didn't have any deep flavors. We shared a cup of queso too. Tasted like a can of nacho cheese. They serve salsa in a small ramekin, so of course we ran out before we finished. Glad the meal was affordable. No plans to return. read more

Chili rellenos queso y salsa, EXCELLENT! I made an order to go, staff was wonderful in understanding what I was asking and got everything JUST RIGHT! Do not take your family here. They try to run it like a cantina/bar and they have the waitresses wearing revealing clothes. Dannng !!!!! My husband and I usually go to Las Rocas down the street, but we wanted to try this place for a change. It's WAY better than Rocas ! This place is legit ! We got the fajita mix fajitas for 2. It had shrimp, beef, chicken, potato, onion, and peppers. The flavor was all there and all succulent. Didn't skimp on meat, or tortillas. The salsa with the chips is packed with flavor too. The guacamole ? Forget about it ! Soooo goood. The only downside was it took a while for a drink refill, and I wish you got more guacamole when you order a bowl of it. All together, we say hello to our New Mexican place. The food was amazing and all but I thought about writing a review about this because what I saw was not right at all. I witnessed a sexual assault on one of the waitresses The manager a short guy with braces had spanked her on her behind and I could tell she didn't want him to do that by the look she gave him after. And i asked her if he could do that to her and she said no, but she couldn't do anything about it because he is the manager. I come back a week later and he is still working there and it has me in discussed seeing the manager working there. SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE. This place is awful. They stole 50 bucks from us. We payed 50 and they said it declined, the money was no longer in my account and they were trying to convince us that it was not payed. The food was ok and that experience was awful. Unless they fix their system or something 0/10 would not recommend. read more

Just moved here and I already found my new spot! The micheladas are sooo good and the fajitas were delicious. I'm half Mexican so I know good authentic food when I taste it. They serve frijoles charros with the chips and salsa that was so good. It had a little spice to it. Everything was delicious and I love that it's so close to the house. Classic Mexican dishes at very generous prices! When you arrive you're served some chips and salsa and frijoles charros in little cups that will leave you wanting more. For breakfast, strongly suggest chilaquiles verdes with added chicken. The sauce they use is spicy and very flavorful! My husband had the Nazario plate, which comes with two crispy beef sopes. For lunch I recommend the mojarra frita (fried tilapia): it is perfectly crispy and meaty and comes with a red and green sauce, it's very reminiscent of the fried fish people in northern Mexico enjoy. For drinks, try the agua de horchata or the limón, both are delicious. read more

Food is excellent. We've had a variety of things on the menu, and it's all been really good!!! My favorite is the Bistek ala Mexicana. Tender beef cooked with tomatoes, peppers and onions. Enchiladas, fajitas, all good! Most impressive is the Molcajete (may be spelled incorrectly) - a big, hot bunch of beef, chicken, sausage and more meats and treats. Go give this place a try!! Oh man! Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday and enjoyed our meal. Service was excellent. Michelada was on point (mix includes authentic Clamato). I had the Enchiladas Mexicanos which were delish and very tasty. Hubby had Carne Asada and said that the steak was a little overdone. Kids had quesadillas, nachos and tacos which they enjoyed. We had two different kids of queso, which were both a little watery. The house made salsas, both green and red, were very good! read more
